The water tank 10 is arranged on the transport vehicle 1 to facilitate working in an environment without a water source, when the transport vehicle is used in a nearby place without the water source, water in the water tank 10 can be conveyed into the stirring barrel 2 through the water pump 10-1, and when the transport vehicle is in a place with the water source, the water in the water tank 10 is timely supplemented, so that the time for finding the water source is saved.
