技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,特别是涉及一种抗污染组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生产和经济的快递增长,环境的不断恶化,空气污染不断地加重,人类的污染源不断地增加。污染会造成不良反应,并引发严重问题,这种情况在亚洲的大城市尤甚。
对空气和水构成污染的物质包括气态物质、有机化合物、重金属和颗粒物,例如被污染的大气中含有具有光致毒效应的多环芳烃(PAHs)和硝基多环芳烃(NPAHs),在紫外线的照射下,多环芳烃所导致的光致毒效应会严重损伤皮肤,包括加速自由基的形成,加速皮肤老化。暴露在这些物质中,导致氧化应激反应的发生,并会带来一些不良变化,包括皮肤细胞生存能力降低、金属硫蛋白过度表达,金属硫蛋白能对抗金属和氧化剂,并减少免疫系统中郎格罕细胞的数量,此类损伤会导致皮肤发生显见变化,如干燥、红肿和过早老化。另外,UVB也会对皮肤造成损伤。
目前市售的化妆品中,只有极少部分产品具有抗污染的功效,且抗污染功效主要集中在清洁皮肤、络合重金属等方面,较难对肌肤进行抗污染保护,以及深层净化和修复。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种抗污染组合物,该抗污染护肤组合物能够有效形成皮肤抗污染屏障,减少污染物附着在皮肤上;提升皮肤的屏障功效,加强皮肤对刺激物的耐受力;深层净化肌肤PM2.5,提高皮肤抗氧化能力,修复细胞及DNA损伤的功效,且能够对抗紫外线对皮肤损伤。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种抗污染组合物,包含以下重量份的组分:
丁二醇1-40份、1,3-丙二醇1-40份、水解小核菌胶0.1-10份、透明质酸钠0.02-10份、海藻糖0.2-10份、泛醇0.1-30份、对羟基苯乙酮0.1-3份、β-葡聚糖0.01-20份、甘草酸二钾0.01-5份、银耳提取物0.01-20份、抗污染剂A 0.01-5份、抗污染剂B 0.01-30份、抗氧化剂0.01-30份和螯合剂0.1-3份。

本发明还提供一种如上述的抗污染组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇、水解小核菌胶、透明质酸钠、海藻糖、泛醇加入到反应器中,加热至80-85℃,开启均质,使其溶解完全,搅拌降温;
(2)待温度降至60℃,将对羟基苯乙酮加入到步骤(1)的混合物中继续搅拌降温;
(3)待温度降至45℃以下,将β-葡聚糖、甘草酸二钾、抗污染A、抗污染B、银耳提取物、抗氧化剂和螯合剂加入到步骤(2)的混合物中继续搅拌,使其均匀分散;
(4)待温度降至常温后,出料,即得抗污染组合物。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的抗污染组合物具有多种防护避免污染物对皮肤的伤害,所含有的抗污染剂A在皮肤上形成物理阻隔膜,能减少污染物在皮肤的吸附,所含有的水性富勒烯增强皮肤屏障,具有超强抗氧化能力,清除自由基,美白抗衰老功效,还能增强皮肤耐受性,避免污染物对皮肤刺激;所含的抗污染剂B中的重要组合物,能再生皮肤,增强解毒能力,能缓解皮肤过敏症状。

具体实施方式
为了更加简洁明了的展示本发明的技术方案、目的和优点,下面结合具体实施例以及附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
实施例1-5
一种抗污染组合物,含有如下重量份的各组分,如表1:

上述实施例1-5的抗污染组合物采用以下制备方法制备而成:
(1)将水、丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇、水解小核菌胶、透明质酸钠、海藻糖、泛醇加入到反应器中,加热至85℃,开启均质,使其溶解完全,搅拌降温;
(2)待温度降至60℃,将对羟基苯乙酮加入到步骤(1)的混合物中继续搅拌降温;
(3)待温度降至45℃以下,将β-葡聚糖、甘草酸二钾、抗污染A、抗污染B、银耳提取物、抗氧化剂和螯合剂加入到步骤(2)的混合物中继续搅拌,使其均匀分散;
(4)待温度降至常温后,出料,即得实施例1-5的抗污染组合物。
对比例1-3
一种抗污染组合物,含有如下重量份的各组分,如表2:

上述对比例1-3的抗污染组合物采用以下制备方法制备而成:
(1)将水、丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇、水解小核菌胶、透明质酸钠、海藻糖、泛醇加入到反应器中,加热至85℃,开启均质,使其溶解完全,搅拌降温;
(2)待温度降至60℃,将对羟基苯乙酮加入到步骤(1)的混合物中继续搅拌降温;
(3)待温度降至45℃以下,将β-葡聚糖、甘草酸二钾、银耳提取物、螯合剂、抗污染A或抗污染B或抗氧化剂加入到步骤(2)的混合物中继续搅拌,使其均匀分散;
(4)待温度降至常温后,出料,即得对比例1-3的抗污染组合物。
对比例4
对比例4为一款市售宣称具有抗污染功效的化妆品,其组份及重量份为:小球藻提取物3份、海藻糖6份、二甲基甲氧基苯并二氢吡喃醇3份、甘油5份、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷25份、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石4份、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5份。
将上述制备的实施例1-5、对比例1-4的抗污染组合物进行效果评价:
试验一、抗炎能力测试:
环境污染会引发皮肤炎症反应。已知NF-kb(转录因子)是机体炎症反应中主要的调控蛋白,控制着各种炎症蛋白因子的产生和释放。许多活性物均通过抑制NF-kb发挥抗炎的功效。以NF-kb为炎症标志物,用肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)或白细胞介素等炎症性细胞因子刺激人角质形成细胞,激活NF-kb并诱发细胞炎症反应。加入一定浓度实本发明实施例1-5与对比例1-4的样品处理细胞,通过观察其抑制NF-kb表达的能力。
具体测试方式如下:各实验组均选取10名职员制,年龄20-50岁,都生活在大城市,深受污染影响,皮肤粗糙黯淡;使用方法:取约2克本发明实施例1-5与对比例1-4的样品敷在脸上,均匀涂抹后20分钟后洗净,每天一次。连续1个月,拍照存档。将实施例1-5与对比例1-4数据相比较,就可以得到物质对细胞炎症反应的抑制百分率,结果见表3。

试验二、斑点效果测试
空气中漂浮的PM颗粒仅为毛孔直径的五十分之一,容易进入毛孔,以及PM颗粒含有化学成分,严重破坏角质层更新周期及更新速度,造成一系列的肌肤问题。例如肤色暗沉、肤色发黄、肤质粗糙、斑点增多等。利用VISIA测试仪。
具体测试方式如下:各实验组均选取10名职员制,身体健康,无皮肤病和过敏病史,非敏感皮肤,能够按范使用化妆品,并配合工作人员按要求完成评价工作,具有一定表述能力,能真实反应使用后的感受。取约2克本发明实施例1-5与对比例1-4的样品涂抹于脸部,每天一次。连续1个月,第0天和第30天数据对比。

通过试验一抗炎能力测试以及试验二斑点效果测试,结果由表3、4和图1、2可知,实施例3与实施例1-2、4-5相比对NF-kb抑制率和色斑降低率要高,说明实施例3中各组分的含量配比为最佳比例,是本发明的最佳实施例。实施例1-5与对比例1-3对比可见,本发明抗污染组合物的各组分合用时效果最佳,说明本发明的抗污染组合物各组分之间有协同增效作用。实施例1-5与对比例4对比可见,本发明的抗污染组合物与市售同款产品相比,NF-kb抑制率和色斑降低率效果要好,是由于本发明的抗污染组合中添加了富勒烯与中药组合物,增强了抗污染性和抗过敏性,提高了本发明的产品性能,较其他同类型产品的性能要高,具有抵抗空气污染的效果。
试验三、人体过敏试验
将本实施例1-5的产品进行人体过敏试验:
实验样品:实施例1-5的抗污染组合物;
实验方法:将样品分别作用于受试者(受试人数50名)的脸部、颈部和耳背皮肤,10分钟后,观察受试者的皮肤状况,实验结果如下:

由表5的实验结果可知,本发明的抗污染组合物,天然温和,对皮肤无刺激,使用完全可靠。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (8)
1.一种抗污染组合物,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的组分:丁二醇1-40份、1,3-丙二醇1-40份、水解小核菌胶0.1-10份、透明质酸钠0.02-10份、海藻糖0.2-10份、泛醇0.1-30份、对羟基苯乙酮0.1-3份、β-葡聚糖0.01-20份、甘草酸二钾0.01-5份、银耳提取物0.01-20份、抗污染剂A 0.01-5份、抗污染剂B 0.01-30份、抗氧化剂0.01-30份和螯合剂0.1-3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗污染组合物,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的组分:
丁二醇2-30份、1,3-丙二醇2-30份、水解小核菌胶0.2-8份、透明质酸钠0.05-8份、海藻糖1-8份、泛醇1-20份、对羟基苯乙酮0.2-1份、β-葡聚糖1-10份、甘草酸二钾0.05-2份、银耳提取物0.1-10份、抗污染剂A 0.05-3份、抗污染剂B 1-20份、抗氧化剂0.1-20份和螯合剂0.2-1份。
3.如权利要求2所述的抗污染组合物,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的组分:
丁二醇5份、1,3-丙二醇5份、水解小核菌胶0.5份、透明质酸钠1份、海藻糖5份、泛醇5份、对羟基苯乙酮0.5份、β-葡聚糖5份、甘草酸二钾0.2份、银耳提取物5份、抗污染剂A 0.1份、抗污染剂B 5份、抗氧化剂2份和螯合剂0.5份。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的抗污染组合物,其特征在于,所述抗污染剂A包含以下重量份的组分:
1,3-丙二醇、己二酸二异丙酯、卵磷脂、丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺甲基丙烷磺酸共聚物、二甲基甲氧基苯并二氢吡喃醇、甘油辛酸酯、黄原胶。
5.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的抗污染组合物,其特征在于,所述抗污染剂B包含以下重量份的组分:
甘草根提取物、荆芥提取物、芍药根提取物、掌叶大黄根提取物、重齿毛当归根提取物、朝鲜当归根提取物、黄檗树皮提取物。
6.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的抗污染组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂包含以下重量份的组分:
富勒烯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、丁二醇。
7.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的抗污染组合物,其特征在于,所述螯合剂包含以下重量份的组分:
辛酰羟肟酸、乙基己基甘油、1,2-己二醇、丁二醇。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的抗污染组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇、水解小核菌胶、透明质酸钠、海藻糖、泛醇加入到反应器中,加热至80-85℃,开启均质,使其溶解完全,搅拌降温;
(2)待温度降至60℃,将对羟基苯乙酮加入到步骤(1)的混合物中继续搅拌降温;
(3)待温度降至45℃以下,将β-葡聚糖、甘草酸二钾、抗污染A、抗污染B、银耳提取物、抗氧化剂和螯合剂加入到步骤(2)的混合物中继续搅拌,使其均匀分散;
(4)待温度降至常温后,出料,即得抗污染组合物。
