The invention discloses a brewing device and a brewing method, wherein the brewing device comprises a container, a brewing container, an air exhaust device, a pulling device, a control module, a liquid guide pipe fitting and a sealing cover, wherein the brewing container is arranged in the container and used for placing brewing materials; the air extractor comprises an air duct connected with the wrench device, the wrench device leads the air duct to be communicated with the air flow channel, and when the air extractor works, the infusion liquid in the container enters the infusion container through the liquid guide pipe fitting. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the brewing device is simple and convenient to operate, high in automation degree, not only simplifies the mechanical structure and reduces the manufacturing cost, but also can provide a dynamic brewing method for effectively and quickly soaking and extracting the brewing material.

Background
In the process of manufacturing the automatic or semi-automatic beverage brewing device on the market, a brewing container with brewing materials is placed in brewing liquid, and the brewing liquid is soaked for a period of time to enable the taste of the brewing materials to permeate. Since the infusion action of such products is mostly static, it takes a longer time to infuse the infusion material completely and to spill the desired taste. In addition, the mechanical structure required for manually or automatically moving the brewing container into the brewing liquid is complicated, which not only increases the manufacturing cost of the brewing device, but also makes it difficult to clean the brewing device.

s3: after soaking, the infusion liquid flows back into the container through the liquid guide pipe fitting.
In summary, the brewing device and the brewing method provided by the invention have the following beneficial effects: the brewing device adopts the air extractor to enable the brewing liquid in the container to automatically enter the brewing container so as to brew the brewing material, is simple and convenient to operate and high in automation degree, not only simplifies the mechanical structure and reduces the manufacturing cost, but also can provide a dynamic brewing method for effectively and quickly soaking and extracting the brewing material.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a brewing device, which mainly comprises a base 1, a bracket 2, a container 3, a brewing container 4, a liquid guiding pipe 5, a sealing cover 6, an air extractor 7, a pulling device 8 and a control module.
Wherein, the container 3 is arranged on the base 1, and the container 3 is filled with the infusion liquid. The brewing receptacle 4 is placed in the receptacle 3 and the brewing material is placed in the brewing receptacle 4. The sealing cover 6 is connected to the brewing container 4, and an air flow channel 60 communicated with the brewing container 4 is arranged on the sealing cover 6. The bracket 2 is fixed on the base 1, the air extractor 7 comprises an air duct 71, the air duct 71 and the wrenching device 8 are respectively assembled on the bracket 2, the wrenching device 8 is connected with the air duct 71, and the wrenching device 8 leads the air duct 71 to be communicated or staggered with the air flow channel 60. The liquid guide pipe fitting 5 is connected to the brewing container 4 and is hermetically connected with the brewing container 4. When the air duct 71 is communicated with the air flow channel 60, the air extractor 7 makes the infusion liquid in the container 3 enter the infusion container 4 through the liquid guide pipe fitting 5.
As shown in fig. 1, the upper surface of the base 1 is provided with a positioning groove 10, the container 3 is placed in the positioning groove 10, and the shape of the positioning groove 10 is matched with the shape of the bottom of the container 3. The top of the container 3 is provided with a water inlet through which the brewing container 4 is inserted into the container 3.
The brewing container 4 is of a hollow structure, a brewing chamber 40 for placing the brewing material is arranged in the brewing container 4, and the brewing chamber 40 is made of a filter screen. In this embodiment, the brewing container 4 comprises a steeping portion 41 and a connecting portion 42, the steeping portion 41 being inserted into the container 3, the connecting portion 42 being located outside the container 3. The sealing cover 6 covers the opening of the connecting portion 42, the steeping portion 41 is provided with a plurality of water passing holes, and the steeping chamber 40 is assembled on the steeping portion 41.
The liquid guiding pipe fitting 5 is sleeved outside the brewing container 4 and is hermetically connected with the brewing container 4, and the liquid guiding pipe fitting 5 is connected with the water inlet of the container 3 in an inserting mode. In this embodiment, the liquid guiding pipe 5 includes a main body 51 and at least one conduit 52, the conduit 52 is connected to the bottom of the main body 51 and extends toward the bottom of the container 3, and the main body 51 is communicated with the conduit 52. The main body 51 is connected outside the brewing container 4 through a threaded connection structure, a sealing ring 9 is arranged between the liquid guide pipe 5 and the brewing container 4, and the liquid guide pipe 5 and the brewing container 4 are in sealing connection through the sealing ring 9. It is understood that the present embodiment does not limit the specific connection manner of the brewing container 4 and the liquid guiding tube 5, for example, the liquid guiding tube 5 can be connected with the brewing container 4 in a sealing manner by a snap structure.
The sealing cover 6 is covered on the top of the brewing container 4, and the sealing cover 6 is provided with an air flow channel 60 and a safety structure for preventing the brewing liquid in the brewing container 4 from flowing out of the air flow channel 60. The safety structure comprises a fixing part 61 and a floating part 62, wherein the fixing part 61 is of a hollow column structure, the fixing part 61 is positioned at the bottom of the sealing cover 6 and communicated with the air flow channel 60, and the floating part 62 is movably connected in the fixing part 61 and positioned below the air flow channel 60. The inner wall of the fixing portion 61 is provided with a support protrusion 63 to prevent the floating member 62 from falling off from the bottom of the fixing portion 61. The float member 62 floats due to the excessive rise of the infusion liquid and closes the air flow passage 60, preventing the infusion liquid from flowing out.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the pulling device 8 mainly includes a movable plate 81 and an elastic member 82 connected to the movable plate 81, the elastic member 82 is located above the sealing cover 6, the elastic member 82 is provided with a connecting hole 83 corresponding to the air flow passage 60 of the sealing cover 6, and the air duct 71 is connected to the elastic member 82 and is communicated with the connecting hole 83. In this embodiment, the elastic member 82 is made of soft plastic material. Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing the closing of the pulling device, when the movable plate 81 is pulled down, the movable plate 81 presses the elastic member 82 to the top of the sealing cover 6, and the air duct 71, the connecting hole 83 and the air flow passage 60 are communicated with each other to form a connected passage which reaches the container 3. Fig. 4 is a schematic view showing the opening of the pulling device, when the movable plate 81 is in the release state, the elastic member 82 is released from the sealing cover 6 to form an open channel.
The air extracting device 7 further comprises an air pump 72 and an air valve 73, an accommodating cavity is arranged in the base 1, the air pump 72 and the air valve 73 are assembled in the accommodating cavity, and the air duct 71 and the air valve 73 are respectively connected to the air pump 72.
In use, the infusion liquid is firstly introduced into the container 3, then the infusion container 4 with the infusion material placed therein and the liquid guide pipe member 5 are assembled on the container 3, and the sealing cover 6 is installed on the infusion container 4. As shown in fig. 5, the movable plate 81 of the pulling device 8 is pulled down, and the air duct 71, the connecting hole 83 and the air flow passage 60 are communicated with each other to form a connected passage. When the air extractor 7 is activated, air in the brewing container 4 is extracted through the air duct 71, and the brewing liquid in the container 3 enters the brewing container 4 along the pipeline 52 of the liquid guiding pipe 5 due to the change of the air pressure in the brewing container 4, so that the brewing liquid permeates and soaks with each other through the brewing material.
When the brewing liquid rises to a certain height of the brewing container 4, the brewing liquid can flow back to the container 3 through the liquid guide pipe 5 under the action of gravity by stopping the air pump 72; or, the air valve 73 is used simultaneously to make the infusion stay in the infusion container 4 for soaking, and after the soaking is finished, the infusion flows back to the container 3 through the liquid guide pipe 5. The brewing liquid can be brewed for a plurality of times according to the required brewing condition, so that the brewing taste can be effectively controlled.
The control module is mainly used for controlling the operation time of the air extracting device 7 so as to control the amount of the extracted brewing liquid. When the control module controls the air extractor 7 to operate for a long time, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, most or all of the infusion liquid can enter the infusion container 4 from the container 3 along the liquid guide pipe 5. When the level of the infusion liquid in the container 3 is lower than the inlet of the pipeline 52 of the liquid guide pipe 5, the air in the container 3 is pumped into the infusion container 4, so that the infusion material and the infusion liquid are rolled together, the permeability of the infusion material is accelerated, and a dynamic infusion method for effectively and quickly soaking and extracting the infusion material is provided.
Preferably, in order to increase the speed of the infusion liquid in the infusion container 4 flowing back into the container 3, the infusion device may further comprise an air injection device, which is connected to the control module and accelerates the infusion liquid in the infusion container 4 flowing back into the container 3.
The invention also provides a brewing method by using the brewing device, which comprises the following steps
S1: pouring the brewing liquid into the container 3, then assembling the brewing container 4 with the brewing material and the liquid guide pipe fitting 5 on the container 3, and installing the sealing cover 6 on the brewing container 4;
s2: starting the air extractor 7 to enable the brewing liquid in the container 3 to enter the brewing container 4 along the liquid guide pipe 5 to soak the brewing material;
s3: after soaking, the infusion liquid is made to flow back into the container 3 through the liquid guide pipe 5.
After soaking, the air pump 72 can be stopped to make the infusion liquid flow back to the container 3 through the liquid guide pipe 5 under the action of gravity; or, the air valve 73 is used simultaneously to make the infusion stay in the infusion container 4 for soaking,
while the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted without departing from the scope of the invention. In addition, many modifications may be made to adapt a particular situation or material to the teachings of the invention without departing from its scope. Therefore, it is intended that the invention not be limited to the particular embodiment disclosed, but that the invention will include all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (7)
1. A brewing device comprises a container (3) and a brewing container (4) which is arranged in the container (3) and used for placing brewing materials, and is characterized by also comprising an air extractor (7), a pulling device (8), a control module for controlling the work of the air extractor (7), and a liquid guide pipe fitting (5) and a sealing cover (6) which are connected on the brewing container (4); an air flow channel (60) communicated with the brewing container (4) is arranged on the sealing cover (6), the air extracting device (7) comprises an air guide pipe (71) connected with the pulling device (8), the pulling device (8) enables the air guide pipe (71) to be communicated with the air flow channel (60), and when the air extracting device (7) works, the brewing liquid in the container (3) enters the brewing container (4) through the liquid guide pipe fitting (5);
a sealing ring (9) is arranged between the liquid guide pipe fitting (5) and the brewing container (4);
the sealing cover (6) is further provided with a fixing part (61) and a floating part (62) movably connected in the fixing part (61), the fixing part (61) is of a hollow structure and communicated with the airflow channel (60), the floating part (62) is located below the airflow channel (60), and a supporting convex part (63) is arranged on the inner wall of the fixing part (61);
the pulling device (8) comprises a movable plate (81) and an elastic piece (82) connected with the movable plate (81), a connecting hole (83) is formed in the elastic piece (82), the air duct (71) is connected to the elastic piece (82) and communicated with the connecting hole (83), and the movable plate (81) is pulled to enable the connecting hole (83) to be communicated with or staggered with the air flow channel (60).

A brewing device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said brewing container (4) comprises a steeping portion (41) inside said container (3) and a connecting portion (42) outside said container (3), said sealing cover (6) covering the opening of said connecting portion (42), said steeping portion (41) being provided with a water through hole, said steeping portion (41) being equipped with a steeping chamber (40) for placing a brewing material therein.

A brewing device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said liquid-conducting duct (5) comprises a main body (51) and at least one duct (52) communicating with said main body (51), said duct (52) being fixed to said main body (51) and extending towards the bottom of said capsule (3), said main body (51) being connected outside said brewing capsule (4).
4. A brewing device according to claim 1, characterized in that said air extractor (7) further comprises an air pump (72) and an air valve (73), said air duct (71) and air valve (73) being connected to said air pump (72), respectively.
5. A brewing device according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a base (1) and a bracket (2) detachably connected to said base (1), said air duct (71) and pulling means (8) being assembled to said bracket (2).
6. A brewing device as claimed in claim 1, characterized by further comprising air injection means in communication with said brewing receptacle (4).
7. A brewing method referring to the brewing device of claims 1-6, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
s1: pouring the brewing liquid into a container (3), then assembling a brewing container (4) with the brewing material and a liquid guide pipe fitting (5) on the container (3), and installing a sealing cover (6) on the brewing container (4);
s2: starting an air extracting device (7), controlling the operation time of the air extracting device (7) through a control module, enabling the brewing liquid in the container (3) to enter the brewing container (4) along the liquid guide pipe (5) to soak brewing materials, and when the water level of the brewing liquid in the container (3) is lower than the inlet of the pipeline of the liquid guide pipe (5), pumping air in the container (3) into the brewing container (4) through the air extracting device (7) to enable the brewing materials and the brewing liquid to roll together;
s3: after soaking, the infusion liquid flows back into the container (3) through the liquid guide pipe fitting (5).
