Existing intelligent buoys typically employ motion sensors to detect the vibration of the buoy and its pattern to determine if fish are caught. However, when the buoy floats up and down due to fluctuation of the flow of the water surface or influence of wind power on the water surface, misjudgment on whether the fish is hooked or not is easily caused, so that false alarm is caused, and the method has a high false alarm rate.
