In order to confirm the location of a mobile device in a network, an LTE network coverage Area is divided into a plurality of Tracking Areas (TAs), and TAs are basic units for location update and paging in the LTE network, that is, when the mobile device moves within a Tracking Area, the network can find the mobile device by sending a paging message. When the mobile device moves out of the Tracking Area range, in order to page the mobile device during downlink service, a Tracking Area Update (TAU) procedure needs to be performed, that is, a new Tracking Area is registered to notify the network of the current location of the mobile device.
It should be noted that each TA is identified by using Tracking Area Code (TAC), and one TA may include one or more cells.
Because the IMEI of the mobile device is acquired by issuing the identification request through the network side device in the prior art, the problem of low reporting rate of the IMEI of the mobile device is caused in the tracking area updating process, the invention provides a scheme for acquiring the identification information of the mobile device, which can be applied to but limited to any tracking area updating process of an LTE network as follows: normal tracking area updating, periodic tracking area updating, tracking area updating caused by switching between different eNodeBs in the same MME, and tracking area updating between different MMEs. Wherein, the normal Tracking Area update is that when the mobile device detects that the Tracking Area identifier of the resident cell changes and is not in a Tracking Area Identifier (TAI) list, the mobile device initiates the normal Tracking Area update to notify the network side device that the mobile device enters a new Tracking Area range; the periodic tracking area update means that the mobile device regularly informs the network of the location of the mobile device, and is triggered by the timeout of a timer in the mobile device.
After the mobile device passes through any of the above tracking area update procedures, the network side device receives a tracking area update request sent by the mobile device, and if the network side device rejects the tracking area update, the network side device sends a tracking area update rejection message to the mobile device, where the rejection message includes a rejection cause value, which may be, but is not limited to, any one of the cause values shown in table 1. After receiving the tracking area update reject message, the mobile device responds differently according to different reject cause values contained in the received tracking area update reject message, for example, when the cause value is 3 (that is, the reject cause is that the mobile device is an illegal device), the mobile device sets that the USIM is invalid and does not process any service until rebooting or USIM reinsertion; when the reason value is 12 (namely the rejection reason is that the tracking area is not allowed), cell search is carried out, and an attachment process is sent once after the cell search is resident; when the cause value is 15 (i.e. the reject cause is that there is no suitable cell in the tracking area), the mobile device will perform cell search in other tracking areas, and perform normal service after successful residence, without performing an attach process again.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for acquiring identification information of a mobile device according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes: a first transmitting unit 51, a second transmitting unit 52, a receiving unit 53 and a third transmitting unit 54.
The first sending unit 51 is configured to send a tracking area update request message to a network side device;
a second sending unit 52, configured to send a network attach request to the network-side device when receiving a tracking area update reject message returned by the network-side device according to the tracking area update request message, where the tracking area update reject message is used to instruct the mobile device to send the network attach request;
a receiving unit 53, configured to receive an identification request message sent by a network-side device according to a network attach request, where the identification request message is used to request identification information of a mobile device;
a third sending unit 54, configured to return the identification information of the mobile device corresponding to the identification request message to the network side device.
As can be seen from the above, in the above implementation of the present invention, the first sending unit 51 initiates a tracking area update request to the network side device, the second sending unit 52 sends a network attach request to the network side device when receiving a tracking area update reject message that the network side device cannot obtain the identification information of the mobile device according to the tracking area update request initiated by the mobile device, and in the process of performing network attach, the receiving unit 53 receives an identification request message sent by the network side device to the mobile device, and the third sending unit 54 returns the identification information of the mobile device to the network side device, so that the purpose of obtaining the identification information of the mobile device in the case of a tracking area update scenario is achieved, and the reporting rate of the identification information of the mobile device is improved.
Optionally, the first sending unit 51 may include: the first receiving subunit is configured to receive a message broadcasted by a cell base station, where the message broadcasted by the cell base station includes a tracking area code of a cell in which the cell base station is located, and the tracking area code is used to identify at least one cell in a tracking area; the first sending subunit is configured to send a tracking area update request message to the network side device when detecting that a tracking area code included in the broadcast message changes.
Optionally, the tracking area update reject message includes: and presetting a rejection reason value, wherein the preset rejection reason value is used for indicating that the network side equipment cannot identify the identification information of the mobile equipment.
Optionally, the second sending unit 52 may include: the second receiving subunit is configured to receive a tracking update rejection message returned by the network side device according to the tracking area update request; the decoding subunit is used for decoding the tracking update rejection message to obtain a preset rejection reason value; and the second sending subunit is configured to send the network attachment request to the network side device according to the preset rejection cause value.
The apparatus shown in fig. 5 can perform the method of the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and reference may be made to the related description of the embodiment shown in fig. 3 for a part of this embodiment that is not described in detail. The implementation process and technical effect of the technical solution refer to the description in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and are not described herein again.
While the internal functions and structures of the apparatus for acquiring mobile device identification information are described above, in one possible design, the structure of the apparatus for acquiring mobile device identification information may be implemented as an electronic device, for example, for a core network device, as shown in fig. 6, the electronic device may include: a processor 61 and a memory 62. Wherein the memory 62 is used for storing a program that supports an electronic device to execute the method for acquiring mobile device identification information provided in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and the processor 61 is configured to execute the program stored in the memory 62.
The program comprises one or more computer instructions which, when executed by the processor 61, are capable of performing the steps of:
the method comprises the steps that network side equipment receives a tracking area updating request message from mobile equipment;
the network side equipment sends a tracking area updating rejection message to the mobile equipment, wherein the tracking area updating rejection message is used for indicating the mobile equipment to send a network attachment request;
the method comprises the steps that network side equipment sends an identification request message to mobile equipment under the condition that a network attachment request sent by the mobile equipment is received, wherein the identification request message is used for requesting identification information of the mobile equipment;
and the network side equipment receives the identification information of the mobile equipment returned by the mobile equipment according to the identification request message.
Optionally, the processor 61 is further configured to perform all or part of the steps in the foregoing embodiment shown in fig. 2.
The electronic device may further include a communication interface 63 for communicating with other devices or a communication network.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention provides a computer storage medium for storing computer software instructions for an electronic device, which includes a program for executing the method for acquiring the mobile device identification information in the method embodiment shown in fig. 2.

the mobile equipment receives a tracking update rejection message returned by the network side equipment according to the tracking area update request;
the mobile equipment decodes the tracking update rejection message to obtain the preset rejection reason value;
and the mobile equipment sends a network attachment request to the network side equipment according to the preset rejection reason value.
The present application discloses C11, a system for obtaining mobile device identification information, including:
the network side device is communicated with the mobile device and is used for sending a tracking area update rejection message to the mobile device under the condition of receiving a tracking area update request message sent by the mobile device, sending an identification request message to the mobile device under the condition of receiving a network attachment request sent by the mobile device, and receiving identification information of the mobile device returned by the mobile device according to the identification request message, wherein the tracking area update rejection message is used for indicating the mobile device to send the network attachment request, and the identification request message is used for requesting the identification information of the mobile device.
C12, the system according to C11, characterized in that the system further comprises:
the cell base station is communicated with the mobile equipment and is used for broadcasting a message to the mobile equipment, wherein the message broadcasted by the cell base station comprises a tracking area code of a cell where the cell base station is located, and the tracking area code is used for identifying at least one cell in a tracking area;
and the mobile equipment sends a tracking area update request message to the network side equipment when detecting that the tracking area code contained in the message broadcasted by the cell base station changes.

Claims (12)

1. A method for obtaining mobile device identification information, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that network side equipment receives a tracking area updating request message from mobile equipment;
the network side equipment sends a tracking area update rejection message to the mobile equipment, wherein the tracking area update rejection message is used for indicating the mobile equipment to send a network attachment request;
the network side equipment sends an identification request message to the mobile equipment under the condition of receiving a network attachment request sent by the mobile equipment, wherein the identification request message is used for requesting identification information of the mobile equipment;
the network side equipment receives the identification information of the mobile equipment returned by the mobile equipment according to the identification request message;
the tracking area update reject message includes: presetting a rejection reason value, wherein the preset rejection reason value is used for indicating that the network side equipment cannot identify the identification information of the mobile equipment;
the network side device sends a tracking area update rejection message to the mobile device, including:
and under the condition that the network side equipment needs to acquire the identification information of the mobile equipment, the network side equipment sends a tracking area update rejection message to the mobile equipment.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the network-side device performs a tracking area update procedure without acquiring the identification information of the mobile device.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the sending, by the network-side device, an identification request message to the mobile device when receiving the network attach request sent by the mobile device, includes:
and sending an identification request message to the mobile equipment when the network side equipment receives a network attachment request sent by the mobile equipment and the network side equipment needs to acquire the identification information of the mobile equipment.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the network-side device performs the network attach procedure when the network-side device receives the network attach request sent by the mobile device and the network-side device does not need to obtain the identification information of the mobile device.
5. A method for obtaining mobile device identification information, comprising:
the mobile equipment sends a tracking area updating request message to the network side equipment;
the mobile device sends a network attachment request to the network side device when receiving a tracking area update reject message returned by the network side device according to the tracking area update request message, wherein the tracking area update reject message is used for indicating the mobile device to send the network attachment request;
the mobile device receives an identification request message sent by the network side device according to the network attachment request, wherein the identification request message is used for requesting the identification information of the mobile device;
the mobile equipment returns the identification information of the mobile equipment corresponding to the identification request message to the network side equipment;
the tracking area update reject message includes: presetting a rejection reason value, wherein the preset rejection reason value is used for indicating that the network side equipment cannot identify the identification information of the mobile equipment;
the mobile device receiving the tracking rejection message returned by the network side device according to the tracking area update request includes:
the mobile equipment decodes the tracking update rejection message to obtain the preset rejection reason value; and the mobile equipment sends a network attachment request to the network side equipment according to the preset rejection reason value.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the mobile device sends a tracking area update request message to the network side device, comprising:
the mobile equipment receives a message broadcasted by a cell base station, wherein the message broadcasted by the cell base station comprises a tracking area code of a cell in which the cell base station is located, and the tracking area code is used for identifying at least one cell in a tracking area;
and the mobile equipment sends a tracking area updating request message to the network side equipment under the condition of detecting that the tracking area code contained in the broadcast message changes.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the sending, by the mobile device, a network attach request to the network-side device when receiving a tracking area update reject message returned by the network-side device according to the tracking area update request message, comprises:
the mobile equipment receives a tracking update rejection message returned by the network side equipment according to the tracking area update request;
the mobile equipment decodes the tracking update rejection message to obtain the preset rejection reason value;
and the mobile equipment sends a network attachment request to the network side equipment according to the preset rejection reason value.
8. A system for obtaining mobile device identification information, comprising:
the network side device is communicated with the mobile device and is used for sending a tracking area update rejection message to the mobile device under the condition of receiving a tracking area update request message sent by the mobile device, sending an identification request message to the mobile device under the condition of receiving a network attachment request sent by the mobile device and receiving identification information of the mobile device returned by the mobile device according to the identification request message, wherein the tracking area update rejection message is used for indicating the mobile device to send the network attachment request, and the identification request message is used for requesting the identification information of the mobile device;
the tracking area update reject message includes: presetting a rejection reason value, wherein the preset rejection reason value is used for indicating that the network side equipment cannot identify the identification information of the mobile equipment;
the network side device is configured to send the tracking area update rejection message to the mobile device when the identification information of the mobile device needs to be acquired.
9. The system of claim 8, further comprising:
the cell base station is communicated with the mobile equipment and is used for broadcasting a message to the mobile equipment, wherein the message broadcasted by the cell base station comprises a tracking area code of a cell where the cell base station is located, and the tracking area code is used for identifying at least one cell in a tracking area;
and the mobile equipment sends a tracking area update request message to the network side equipment when detecting that the tracking area code contained in the message broadcasted by the cell base station changes.
10. An apparatus for obtaining mobile device identification information, comprising:
a first receiving module, configured to receive a tracking area update request message from a mobile device;
a first sending module, configured to send a tracking area update reject message to the mobile device, where the tracking area update reject message is used to instruct the mobile device to send a network attach request;
a second sending module, configured to send an identification request message to the mobile device when receiving a network attach request sent by the mobile device, where the identification request message is used to request identification information of the mobile device;
a second receiving module, configured to receive identifier information of the mobile device, which is returned by the mobile device according to the identification request message;
the tracking area update reject message includes: presetting a rejection reason value, wherein the preset rejection reason value is used for indicating that network side equipment cannot identify the identification information of the mobile equipment;
the first sending module is further configured to send, by the network side device, the tracking area update rejection message to the mobile device when the identification information of the mobile device needs to be acquired.
11. An apparatus for obtaining mobile device identification information, comprising:
a first sending unit, configured to send a tracking area update request message to a network side device;
a second sending unit, configured to send a network attach request to the network-side device when receiving a tracking area update reject message returned by the network-side device according to the tracking area update request message, where the tracking area update reject message is used to instruct the mobile device to send the network attach request;
a receiving unit, configured to receive an identification request message sent by the network-side device according to the network attach request, where the identification request message is used to request identification information of the mobile device;
a third sending unit, configured to return, to the network side device, identification information of the mobile device corresponding to the identification request message;
the tracking area update reject message includes: presetting a rejection reason value, wherein the preset rejection reason value is used for indicating that the network side equipment cannot identify the identification information of the mobile equipment;
the second transmitting unit may include: a second receiving subunit, configured to receive the tracking update reject message returned by the network side device according to the tracking area update request; a decoding subunit, configured to decode the tracking area update rejection message to obtain the preset rejection cause value; and the second sending subunit is configured to send a network attachment request to the network side device according to the preset rejection cause value.
