The invention also provides a using method of the reflector, the driving assembly can drive the sliding rod to move up and down to realize the adjustment of the pitch angle of the convex mirror, and meanwhile, the scale and the scale are matched, so that the scale can be marked in real time for people to refer, the adjustment and the setting during installation are convenient, and the change of roads are also convenient.

The link type angularly adjustable mirror for a curve and the method of using the same of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings, in which preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown, it being understood that those skilled in the art can modify the invention described herein while still achieving the advantageous effects of the present invention. Accordingly, the following description should be construed as broadly as possible to those skilled in the art and not as limiting the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the support rod 1 is mounted at a predetermined position, the pitch angle of the convex mirror 7 can be adjusted by rotating the handle 10.
The fixed plate 2 fixed on the support rod 1 is internally and slidably connected with a slide rod 4, and the slide rod 4 is in a non-circular shape, such as any non-circular geometrical shape of triangle, square, rectangle, diamond or ellipse, so that the slide rod 4 is effectively prevented from rotating along with the screw rod 8.
The surface of the slide bar 4 is fixedly connected with two movable bosses 5, the surface of the fixed plate 2 is fixedly provided with a fixed boss 3a, and the two movable bosses 5 are positioned at two sides of the fixed plate 2. Two transmission units are arranged between the sliding rod 4 and the convex mirror 7, and the two transmission units are respectively arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the fixed plate 2. Each transmission unit comprises a fixed boss 3b and two connecting rods 6, the fixed boss 3b in the transmission unit is fixedly connected with the back surface of the convex mirror 7 (namely, the convex mirror 7 faces to one surface of the fixed plate 2), one ends of the two connecting rods 6 are respectively hinged (or rotatably connected) at two sides (in a triangular shape) of the fixed boss 3b, the other ends of the two connecting rods 6 are respectively hinged (rotatably connected) on the movable boss 5 and the fixed boss 3a on the fixed plate, and when the slide bar 4 moves up and down, the two movable bosses 5 on the surface move along with the slide bar.
The lower end of the sliding rod 4 is provided with a driving assembly, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, the driving assembly is a lead screw 8 and a nut 9, the lead screw 8 is rotatably connected to the lower end of the sliding rod 4, the lead screw 8 is in threaded connection with the nut 9, the nut 9 is fixed on the surface of the supporting rod 1, and a handle 10 is fixed at the lower end of the lead screw 8. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the drive assembly may be other telescopic adjustment mechanisms with locking features, such as a telescopic cylinder, a snap-fit arrangement with multiple detents, or a rack drive arrangement with a locking device, etc.
In order to enable an operator to obtain the adjustment angle of the convex mirror 7 in real time, in the present embodiment, a measuring assembly is further provided, the measuring assembly is composed of a scale 11 and a scale 12, please refer to fig. 1, a side surface of the support rod 1 is provided with the scale 12, the scale 12 is converted by an angle, the side surface of the slide rod 4 is fixed with the scale 11, and the scale 11 is provided with a notch for framing the scale 12.

when the handle 10 is rotated to enable the screw rod 8 to move upwards, the slide rod 4 is driven to move upwards, the two movable bosses 5 on the slide rod 4 move upwards, the left ends of the two connecting rods 6 above the fixed plate 2 in the direction shown in the figure are far away from each other, so that the right ends move towards the left side, the left ends of the two connecting rods 6 below are close to each other, so that the right ends move towards the right side, and the upward inclined adjustment of the angle of the convex mirror 7 is realized;
when the handle 10 is rotated to move the screw 8 downwards, the slide rod 4 is driven to move downwards, the two movable bosses 5 on the slide rod 4 move downwards, the left ends of the two upper connecting rods 6 in the direction shown in the figure are close to each other, so that the right ends move to the right side, the left ends of the two lower connecting rods 6 are away from each other, so that the right ends move to the left side, and the downward inclined adjustment of the angle of the convex mirror 7 is realized.
The invention also provides a using method of the connecting rod type angle-adjustable road bending reflective mirror, which comprises elevation angle adjustment and depression angle adjustment.
Elevation angle adjustment: the lead screw 8 drives the slide bar 4 to move upwards, the two movable bosses 5 hinged with the connecting rod 6 on the slide bar 4 move upwards along with the slide bar 7, so that the opening angles of the two connecting rods 6 of the transmission unit positioned on the upper side of the fixed plate 5 are increased, the fixed boss 3b of the transmission unit is close to the slide bar 4, meanwhile, the opening angles of the two connecting rods 6 of the transmission unit positioned on the lower side of the fixed plate 5 are decreased, and the fixed boss 3b of the transmission unit is far away from the slide bar 4, so that the elevation angle adjustment of the convex mirror 7 is realized;
adjusting a depression angle: the lead screw 8 drives the slide rod 4 to move downwards, two movable bosses 5 hinged with the connecting rod 6 on the slide rod 4 move downwards along with the slide rod 4, so that the opening angles of the two connecting rods 6 of the transmission unit positioned on the upper side of the fixed plate 2 are reduced, the fixed boss 3b of the transmission unit is far away from the slide rod 4, meanwhile, the opening angles of the two connecting rods 6 of the transmission unit positioned on the lower side of the fixed plate 2 are increased, and the fixed boss 3b of the transmission unit is close to the slide rod 4, so that the depression angle adjustment of the convex mirror 7 is realized.
In summary, in the link type angle-adjustable reflective mirror for a curve and the use method thereof provided by the embodiments of the present invention, the slide rod can be driven by the driving assembly to move up and down by the arrangement of the slide rod and the transmission unit to adjust the pitch angle of the convex mirror, and the scale are matched, so that the scale can be marked in real time for people to refer to, facilitate adjustment and setting during installation, and facilitate change of roads.
