The oil-smoke separating device according to claim 3, wherein an angle between the upper side of the windward side plate (532) and the upper side of the wind vane body (531) is an obtuse angle, or/and an angle between the upper side of the wind-guiding side plate (533) and the upper side of the wind vane body (531) is an obtuse angle.

The oil smoke separating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the cover fixing portion (51) comprises a first cover ring (511) and a ring cover (512) fixedly connected to the first cover ring (511); the cover body connecting part (52) comprises a second cover ring (521) and a cover plate (522) fixedly connected with the second cover ring (521), and the rotating shaft connecting groove (510) is arranged in the center of the cover plate (522).
