Background
In the perforation operation process of the tractor, due to factors such as operation environment, equipment faults and the like, the accident of the clamping can occur, in the past, the clamping is mainly realized by adopting a repeated lifting and tightening clamping releasing mode or setting weak points to break, the former easily causes unexpected breakage of cables, the cables are irregularly piled in a well, great difficulty is brought to the salvage work, the salvage process is complex, and certain damage is also caused to the equipment; the latter is not necessarily separated at the designed weakness due to uneven stress of the horizontal well cable, and there is also a risk that the horizontal well cable is broken or damaged by abnormally severe impact during perforation, thereby generating accidents. In order to control the follow-up work when encountering a card, the follow-up work is preferably actively separated above a clamping point, so a lost nipple with a salvaging function is needed, the lost nipple is arranged at the lower end of a cable headstall, once the tractor perforating equipment encounters the card in a well, the lost nipple can be actively separated, the upper end of the tractor perforating equipment left in the well remains a standard salvaging interface, the salvaging difficulty is greatly reduced, and the salvaging success rate is improved.
The existing protective system used under the conditions of production logging, crawler operation, perforation operation, seat bridge plug operation and the like of an oil field ensures that when other well tools are blocked, the intelligent release well tools can be separated from the blocked tools, thereby eliminating the danger of cable damage or breakage caused by forced cable pulling.
CN01902175 discloses a controllable releasing nipple, which comprises an upper joint, a connecting sleeve sleeved on the upper joint and a lower joint penetrating through the connecting sleeve; the upper joint comprises a head part and a tail end part thinner than the head part; the size of the port of the connecting sleeve is consistent with that of the tail end part of the upper joint; a through cavity is arranged in the upper joint, and an upper high-voltage connector plug is arranged in the cavity; a spring, a spring seat, a nut and a piston are sleeved in the connecting sleeve around the tail end of the upper joint in sequence; a lower high-voltage connector plug is arranged in the hollow cavity of the lower connector; the connecting sleeve is provided with a blade pointing to the inside of the connecting sleeve, the blade extends inwards to protrude out of the inner wall of the connecting sleeve, and the blade is suspended on the upper side of the nut. The invention can complete all normal testing work, and when the testing pipe column is clamped, the testing pipe column can be controlled to be disconnected on the ground.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at the technical situation, and aims to provide a releasing pup joint which is scientific and reasonable in structure, safe and reliable to use and used for conveying a tractor perforating tool in a horizontal well.
The invention has the implementation mode that the releasing nipple for the horizontal well conveying tractor perforating tool consists of an upper connector assembly and a lower connector assembly; the upper joint of the upper joint assembly is in threaded connection with the outer tube, a connecting sleeve positioned in the outer tube is connected with the upper joint through a guide key, and a locking groove is formed in the connecting sleeve; the lower joint component is provided with a locking claw for locking the locking groove of the upper joint component, and the locking claw is fixed on the lower joint through a threaded pin; the locking claws are uniformly distributed between the salvaging head and the lower joint.
In the perforation construction of the horizontal well, the invention is combined with a rotary nipple, an upper centralizer, a brake nipple, a magnetic positioning nipple, a tractor, a lower centralizer, a flexible nipple, a safe power supply nipple, a shock absorber, a perforator and a ball gun tail to form a perforation tool of the horizontal well conveying tractor. When the horizontal well conveying tractor perforating tool is blocked in the well, after a release instruction is sent out through the ground, the locking claw is separated from the locking groove, the upper joint assembly slides off the lower joint assembly, the upper joint assembly is lifted out of the well mouth through the cable, and the lower joint assembly is left on the tractor perforating tool. The horizontal well conveying tractor perforating tool can be taken out of the wellhead through the connection of the matched fishing tool and the fishing head of the lower joint assembly.
The invention has scientific and reasonable structure and safe and reliable use.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention is comprised of upper and lower joint assemblies. The upper joint 1 of the upper joint assembly is in threaded connection with the outer tube 5, the connecting sleeve 3 positioned in the outer tube is connected with the upper joint through the guide key 2, and the connecting sleeve is provided with a locking groove 4.
The lower joint component is provided with a locking claw for locking the locking groove of the upper joint component, and the locking claw is fixed on the lower joint 9 through a threaded pin 8. The locking claws 7 are uniformly distributed between the fishing head 6 and the lower joint 9 according to an included angle of 120 degrees.
The invention has three locking claws which are evenly distributed between the salvaging head 6 and the lower joint 9 according to an included angle of 120 degrees.
Before the releasing pup joint goes into the well, the salvaging head 6 of the lower joint assembly is inserted into the outer tube 5 of the upper joint assembly, the connecting sleeve 3 is inserted into the salvaging head, the locking claws 7 are clamped into the locking grooves 4, and the three locking claws 7 are tightly held in the locking grooves 4, so that the salvaging head and the locking claws are connected into a whole and can bear 10000 newton of tensile force without slipping.
