这种带有投影功能的天然草坪保护板虽然使得天然草坪不受破坏,但是举办活动、开幕式、演唱会的时候,由于带有投影功能的天然草坪保护板的表面对光没有特定的反射要求,导致了带有投影功能的天然草坪保护板的投影效果并不是很理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带有投影功能的天然草坪保护板,其具有增加观众席的场地、保护了草坪、具有较好的投影效果的优点。

一种带有投影功能的天然草坪保护板,包括多个依次相接的保护板单体,所述保护板单体的上侧至少设有一层高反射系数的塑料漫反射涂层、至少一层将塑料漫反射涂层粘结至保板单体上的粘结层;所述的塑料漫反射涂层包括玻璃微珠和无机粘合剂,无机粘合剂能够使得玻璃微珠聚集对入射光产生不定向的漫反射。

一种带有投影功能的天然草坪保护板,参考图1至图4,包括多个保护板单体1,保护板单体1采用搭扣结构在长宽两个方向上依次相接,在任一长边上设有侧面连接扣2,另一长边上设有与侧面连接扣2嵌设配合的侧面限位槽3。在任一宽边上设有头部连接扣4,另一宽边上设有与头部连接扣4嵌设配合的头部限位槽5。
保护板单体1的表面设有多个线性布置的防滑槽6,防滑槽6形成一个排水通道61且排水通道61的底部设有排水孔7,雨水从表面滑入至防滑槽6内,通过底下的排水孔7进行排水。
保护板单体1的表面位于两防滑槽6之间的通气孔8和凸起9,凸起9呈方形设置,凸起9的侧边与保护板单体1的侧面形成45度角,方形的对角线与保护板单体1长方向同向。使得顶角更好的与人体的脚底相互受力。
保护板单体1表面的通气孔8的直径为10m,确保下部的草坪具有一定的透气性和透光率,提供草坪自然生长的条件,在长时间覆盖时不损伤草坪。另外,因为通气孔8的存在,能够在雨量较大的时候,将雨水通过通气孔8排水。

塑料漫反射涂层15包括玻璃微珠10和无机粘合剂16,无机粘合剂16能够使得玻璃微珠10聚集对入射光产生不定向的漫反射。玻璃微珠10为空心玻璃微珠10,同时选择高抗压强度的、玻璃微珠10的直径<0.5mm,折射率≥2.2的微珠。
塑料漫反射涂层15中添加硫酸钡粉料、金红石钛白粉、硅灰石的其中一种或任意两种或两种以上的组合。进一步增加草坪保护板的漫反射系数,也可保持或提高草坪保护板的明度。
参考图6,增益是指塑料漫反射涂层15反射入射光的能力。当入射光角度一定,入射光光通量不变的情况下,塑料漫反射涂层15某一方向上的亮度与理想状态下的亮度之比,叫做该方向上的亮度系数β,把其中的最大值称为塑料漫反射涂层15的增益。参考图5,普通的保护板单体1在投影时,光线在保护板单体1表表面上的所有方向上的反射是相同的。取一个光线角度,在保护板单体1入射后,光线没有产生极性扩散,在水平方向离中心越远,亮度越低,从理论上来说,所有方向上的增益值都是1,但是实际上,只有入射光和反射光处于同一轴线上才能达到1,在边缘区域的反射光减弱,相当于边缘区域的入射光较强于反射光,因此边缘区域的增益值超出了1。
参考图7、图8和图9,塑料漫反射涂层15上增加玻璃微珠10后,能够使得草坪保护板具有扩散性,入射光向所有方向扩散,增加视角。在具有玻璃微珠10后,光线在保护板单体1表表面上的所有方向上的反射是不同的。保护板单体1入射后,光线向所有方向扩散。选取一个光线角度,通过玻璃微珠10,入射光和反射光处于同一轴线上的反射光被加强,相当于反射光较强于入射光,因此增益值大大的降低了,低于理论值1,增益越小,则视角越大。同使反射出的光强度更好。
增加玻璃微珠10后,在同一光线角度下,在边缘区域的反射光也相对减弱,补强了中间反射的主要反射光,弱化了侧向反射出的反射光,在一定程度上,可消除对不同光线角度入射的入射光的影响。
选取不同的光线角度,可以得出,任意一入射光都被加强,不同光线角度的弱化后的侧向反射光互不影响,提高了光的反射效率。
第三种优选实施方式:与第二种优选实施方式的不同之处在于,保护板单体1次采用改性聚丙烯制成,改性聚丙烯中包括玻璃微珠10和无机粘合剂16,无机粘合剂16能够使得玻璃微珠10聚集对入射光产生不定向的漫反射。
改性聚丙烯中添加硫酸钡粉料、金红石钛白粉、硅灰石的其中一种或任意两种或两种以上的组合。

1.一种带有投影功能的天然草坪保护板,包括多个依次相接的保护板单体(1),其特征在于:所述保护板单体(1)次采用改性聚丙烯制成,改性聚丙烯中包括玻璃微珠(10)和无机粘合剂(16),无机粘合剂(16)能够使得玻璃微珠(10)聚集对入射光产生不定向的漫反射;所述保护板单体(1)采用搭扣结构依次相接,所述保护板单体(1)的表面设有多个线性布置的防滑槽(6),防滑槽(6)形成一个排水通道(61)且排水通道(61)的底部设有排水孔(7),保护板单体(1)的表面位于两防滑槽(6)之间的通气孔(8)和凸起(9),该通气孔(8)的直径为10mm;所述改性聚丙烯中添加硫酸钡粉料、金红石钛白粉、硅灰石的其中一种或任意两种或两种以上的组合;所述玻璃微珠(10)为空心玻璃微珠(10);玻璃微珠(10)的直径<0 .5mm,折射率≥2.2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有投影功能的天然草坪保护板,其特征在于:所述改性聚丙烯中添加灰色颜料母粒。
