Abstract
一种高稳定型焦炉热喷涂料,是由高铝细粉、粘土粉、二氧化硅微粉、高稳定剂、悬浮剂、高温粘结剂、增稠剂、保存剂等按一定配比配制而成。本发明的高稳定型焦炉热喷涂料采用高铝细粉和粘土及硅微粉为主要原料,喷涂后施工体的主要矿物相为刚玉相、莫来石相和方石英相,不会产生较大的晶型转变而引发开裂或剥落;使用了既是中温增强剂也是助烧剂的二氧化硅微粉,提高了常温及中温强度也增加了材料的高温烧结性;采用硫酸铝作为结合剂,既延长了喷涂料的保存期又提高材料的高温性能;采用环保型高分子聚合物作为喷涂料的絮凝剂,既增强了喷涂料的浆体稳定性、悬浮性又提高了浆体的流动性,大大提高喷涂料的施工效率,为焦化厂节能降耗作出突出贡献。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高稳定型焦炉热喷涂料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种高稳定型焦炉热喷涂料。
背景技术
上世纪90年代,我国不定型耐火材料的发展非常迅速,尤其是快速修补料备受欢迎,最初大都采用人工修补料,但这种材料施工效率低、工人劳动强度大而受到限制,随后发展的半干法喷补料尽管施工效率高于人工修补料,但因现场施工造成粉尘大、易堵枪口等缺陷而使企业忧心重重。本发明的高稳定型焦炉热喷涂料不但改善了现场的施工环境、更提高了施工效率及产品的高温使用性能,得到了用户的认可和好评。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术中的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种可以在1300℃以上高温使用且施工体体积非常稳定的焦炉热喷涂料。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高稳定型焦炉热喷涂料,由以下组分组成:粒度≤0.088mm的高铝粉60~70份 、粒度≤0.045mm的粘土粉10~20份、二氧化硅微粉1~10份、硫酸铝10~15份、保存剂1~5份、悬浮剂0.1~1份、高效稳定剂0.1~1份、分散剂0.1~1份、增稠剂1~5份、水30~40份。
为了进一步改进技术方案,本发明所述高铝粉中Al2O3≥90%,Fe2O3≤1.0%,真密度≥3.4g/cm3。
为了进一步改进技术方案,本发明所述粘土粉中SiO2≥30%,Al2O3≥40%,Fe2O3≤1.5%,CaO≤0.2%。
为了进一步改进技术方案,本发明所述二氧化硅微粉中SiO2≥93%。
为了进一步改进技术方案,本发明所述高效稳定剂为高分子化合物。
为了进一步改进技术方案,本发明所述保存剂为工业酸类。
为了进一步改进技术方案,本发明所述悬浮剂为羧基化合物。
为了进一步改进技术方案,本发明所述分散剂为六偏磷酸钠。
一种高稳定型焦炉热喷涂料的制备方法,其制备步骤为: 将高铝粉、粘土粉、二氧化硅微粉按比例准确称量,入搅拌机混合15~20分钟,然后加入硫酸铝溶液搅拌,之后将保存剂、悬浮剂、高效稳定剂、分散剂、增稠剂用水稀释后加入浆体中搅拌,制得焦炉热喷涂料,搅拌均匀的喷涂料经过滤后装入塑料桶中密封包装。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明公开的高稳定型焦炉热喷涂料,其优点主要表现在以下几个方面:1、本发明的高稳定型焦炉热喷涂料中采用优质高铝细粉和粘土为主要原料,现场喷涂后施工体的主要矿物相为刚玉相、莫来石相和方石英相,施工体不会产生较大的晶型转变而引发开裂或剥落;
2、本发明的高稳定型焦炉热喷涂料中使用了超细二氧化硅微粉,既提高了喷涂料流动性及常温和中温强度,又增加了喷涂料在高温时的烧结性,因此二氧化硅微粉既是增强剂也是烧结剂;
3、本发明的高稳定型焦炉热喷涂料采用硫酸铝作为结合剂,既延长了喷涂料的保存期,有提高材料的高温使用性能,因此硫酸铝既是保存剂也是高温结合剂;
4、本发明的热喷涂料施工后可快速烧结,可以直接在高温下使用,使用性能接近工作衬体的性能,最高使用温度可达到1580℃,施工效率高、不堵枪口、不反弹、不污染环境,可以在焦炉的内墙、外墙的任何部位进行修补维护,在焦炉维护方面是一个很大的突破。

实施例1
本发明所述的高稳定型焦炉热喷涂料采用以下配比配制而成,所用原料按重量份计:<0.088mm的优质高铝粉70份;
粒度≤0.045mm的粘土粉20份;
二氧化硅微粉3份;
外加硫酸铝结合剂10份,水30份;
保存剂2份;悬浮剂1份;分散剂0.3份;增稠剂3份;稳定剂0.5份。
该配比配制的高稳定型焦炉热喷涂料,适用于目前国内外焦炉的维护,可以代替半干法喷补料和人工修补料,施工时,只需将喷涂料倒入喷涂机中即可快速施工,且是热态下喷涂,所以材料可以快速烧结保证焦炉快速运行,该材料在1300℃以上高温使用,强度高、体积稳定、耐磨损、耐侵蚀。最高使用温度可以达到1500℃。
实施例2

该配比配制的高稳定型焦炉热喷涂料,适用于目前国内外焦炉的维护,可以代替半干法喷补料和人工修补料,施工时,只需将喷涂料倒入喷涂机中即可快速施工,且是热态下喷涂,所以材料可以快速烧结保证焦炉快速运行,该材料在1300℃以上高温使用,强度高、体积稳定、耐磨损、耐侵蚀。

1.一种高稳定型焦炉热喷涂料,其特征是:由以下组分组成:粒度≤0.088mm的高铝粉60~70份 、粒度≤0.045mm的粘土粉10~20份、二氧化硅微粉1~10份、硫酸铝10~15份、保存剂1~5份、悬浮剂0.1~1份、高效稳定剂0.1~1份、分散剂0.1~1份、增稠剂1~5份、水30~40份。
2.如权利要求1所述的高稳定型焦炉热喷涂料,其特征是:所述高铝粉中Al2O3≥90%,Fe2O3≤1.0%,真密度≥3.4g/cm3。
3.如权利要求1所述的高稳定型焦炉热喷涂料,其特征是:所述粘土粉中SiO2≥30%,Al2O3≥40%,Fe2O3≤1.5%,CaO≤0.2%。
