Abstract
The invention discloses a compatibility clamp of a clutch housing and a working method thereof, and the compatibility clamp comprises a body, wherein a positioning seat is arranged at the center of the body, a bearing hole of the clutch housing is sleeved on the positioning seat, a conical pin matched with the positioning seat is arranged on an upper end cover of the positioning seat, and a pull-down mechanism connected with the conical pin is arranged in a cavity of the positioning seat; the body is also provided with a fixed supporting block for positioning the spigot of the clutch housing; the body is also provided with a target terminal driven by a hydraulic system and used for positioning the circumference, the upper end and the edge of the clutch housing. The clamp can be compatible with different clutch shells, and has the characteristics of reducing cost, reducing labor intensity of operators and saving production replacement time. The working method of the compatibility clamp of the clutch housing provided by the invention is simple to operate and can realize multidirectional positioning.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of machining, and particularly relates to a compatibility clamp of a clutch housing and a working method thereof.
Background
With the global development of companies, the market demand for various transmission housings is gradually rising, and part diversification is a trend of market development, and in the present situation, each part needs to be designed with a set of clamps, which has adverse effects on the design, manufacture, storage and quick replacement of the clamps.
The clutch housing is an important component of the gearbox, in the processing process of the 6DS50T and 6DS60T series clutch housings, the individual difference exists among each part, different parts need different fixture processing, and due to the incompatibility of the fixtures, the problems of high design and manufacturing fixture cost and incapability of realizing quick change in the production process exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a clutch housing compatible clamp and a working method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the compatible fixture of a kind of clutch shell, including the body, there is a locating seat in the centre on the body, the bearing hole of the clutch shell is seated on locating seat, there is a taper pin cooperating with it on the locating seat, there is a pull-down mechanism connected with taper pin in the cavity of the locating seat; the body is also provided with a fixed supporting block for positioning the spigot of the clutch housing; the body is also provided with a target terminal driven by a hydraulic system and used for positioning the circumference, the upper end and the edge of the clutch housing.
Further, the hydraulic system comprises a connecting valve, an accumulator and a sequence valve; the connecting valve is used for opening hydraulic oil in the accumulator, and the hydraulic pressure is output to a target terminal through the sequence valve.
Further, the target terminal comprises a pressing plate arranged on the fixed supporting block; when the hydraulic oil reaches a first preset pressure, the sequence valve conveys the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder of the pressing plate, and the pressing plate can be driven to move downwards to position the upper end of the spigot of the clutch housing.
Further, the target terminal comprises a hydraulic floating support cylinder which is supported by a floating support seat arranged on the body; when the hydraulic oil reaches a second preset pressure, the sequence valve conveys the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic floating cylinder, and the hydraulic floating cylinder can be driven to approach the periphery of the clutch housing until the hydraulic floating cylinder contacts the upper periphery of the clutch housing.
Further, the target terminal comprises a rotary cylinder supported by a rotary cylinder supporting block arranged on the body; when the hydraulic oil reaches a third preset pressure, the sequence valve conveys the hydraulic oil to the rotary cylinder, and the rotary cylinder can be driven to rotate until the hydraulic oil is clamped with the concave on the clutch housing, so that circumferential positioning is realized.
Further, the hydraulic system is also used for driving the pull-down mechanism to act; when the pull-down mechanism pulls down, the taper pin is driven to move downwards until the taper pin exits from the bearing hole of the clutch housing.
Further, the taper pin is replaced by a diamond pin or a cylindrical pin.
Further, the body is also provided with an angular seat, and the angular seat is supported with an arc block for positioning the die casting hole of the clutch housing.
Further, the number of the fixed supporting blocks is at least 3; the body is also provided with a label.
A working method of a compatibility clamp of a clutch housing comprises the following steps:
1) Placing the part on a positioning support block of a clamp, and centering the part by a conical pin;
2) The hydraulic pump is connected with a connecting valve on the clamp, and hydraulic oil enters the clamp through the connecting valve;
3) When the hydraulic oil in the clamp reaches a first preset pressure, the sequence valve is opened, the hydraulic oil enters a hydraulic cylinder of the pressing plate, and the pressing plate starts to act to press the parts;
4) When the hydraulic oil in the clamp reaches a second preset pressure, the sequence valve is opened, the hydraulic floating support cylinder starts to act, and the side surface of the part is tightly held;
5) When the hydraulic oil reaches a third preset pressure, the sequence valve conveys the hydraulic oil to the rotary cylinder, and drives the rotary cylinder to rotate until the rotary cylinder is clamped with the concave on the clutch shell, so that the degree of freedom of the rotation direction of the part is limited, and circumferential positioning is realized;
6) When the hydraulic oil in the clamp reaches the fourth preset pressure, the sequence valve is opened, the push-pull clamp starts to act, the taper pin is pulled downwards, and the bearing hole of the part is pulled out.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the clutch housing compatibility clamp provided by the invention uses the clutch housing bearing hole and the spigot to position, the spigot is positioned at more than 3 positions, the positioning is accurate, the positioning deformation can be reduced, and the qualification rate of parts is improved; when the bearing hole of the clutch housing needs to be machined, the taper pin can be pulled downwards to pull out the bearing hole of the part, so that tool interference during machining of the bearing hole is avoided; on the other hand, the target terminal driven by the hydraulic system is provided for positioning the upper end, the axial direction and the edge of the clutch housing, the height of the pressing plate, the length of the hydraulic floating support cylinder and the position of the rotary cylinder are all adjustable, and the hydraulic floating support cylinder can be compatible with different clutch housings, and has the characteristics of reducing the cost, reducing the labor intensity of operators and saving the production time. The working method of the compatibility clamp of the clutch housing provided by the invention is simple to operate, saves labor and can realize multidirectional positioning.

referring to fig. 1-3, fig. 1-3 are front, cross-sectional and exploded views, respectively, of a compatible clamp for a clutch housing. As can be seen from the figure, the angular seat 14 is arranged on the body 1, the bearing hole of the clutch housing is sleeved on the periphery of the angular seat 14, the push-pull clamp 16 is arranged at the bottom of the cavity of the angular seat 14, the push-pull clamp 16 is connected with the positioning seat 18, and the bottom of the conical pin 15 buckled on the angular seat 14 is connected with the positioning seat 18; the connecting valve 2, the energy accumulator 3 and the sequence valve 4 are arranged on the body 1 to form a hydraulic system, and the hydraulic floating support cylinder 7, the pressing plate 8 and the rotary cylinder 11 are driven to move until the hydraulic floating support cylinder is abutted against the clutch housing to realize positioning in different directions; wherein, the hydraulic floating support cylinder 7 is supported and fixed by a floating support seat 6 arranged on the body 1; the pressing plate 8 is supported and fixed by a fixed supporting block 9 arranged on the body 1; the circular arc block 13 is supported and fixed by an angular seat 14 provided on the body 1, and the rotary cylinder 11 is supported and fixed by a rotary cylinder support block 10 provided on the body 1. The compatible clamp of the clutch housing is also provided with a label 12 for displaying the clamp specification.
When the die casting aluminum alloy part is required to be positioned, the cylindrical pin 17 and the diamond pin 5 on the clamp are used for replacing the conical pin 15, the die casting hole of the part is positioned, and then the processing is started.
The invention provides a working method of a compatibility clamp of a clutch housing, which comprises the following steps:
1) The parts are placed on a positioning support block 9 of the clamp, and the conical pin 15 centers the parts;
2) The hydraulic pump is connected with a connecting valve 2 on the clamp, and hydraulic oil enters the clamp through the connecting valve;
3) When the hydraulic oil in the clamp reaches a first preset pressure, the sequence valve 4 is opened, the hydraulic oil enters a hydraulic cylinder of the pressing plate, and the pressing plate 8 starts to act to press the parts;
4) When the hydraulic oil in the clamp reaches a second preset pressure, the sequence valve 4 is opened, the hydraulic floating cylinder 7 starts to act, and the side surface of the part is tightly held;
5) When the hydraulic oil reaches a third preset pressure, the sequence valve 4 conveys the hydraulic oil to the rotary cylinder 11, and drives the rotary cylinder 11 to rotate until the rotary cylinder 11 is clamped with the concave on the clutch housing, so that circumferential positioning is realized.
6) When the hydraulic oil in the clamp reaches the fourth preset pressure, the sequence valve 4 is opened, the push-pull type clamp 16 starts to act, the taper pin 15 is pulled downwards, the bearing hole of the part is pulled out, and tool interference during machining of the bearing hole is avoided.
When the die-casting aluminum alloy part needs to be processed, the cylindrical pins 17 and the diamond pins 5 on the clamp are used for positioning the die-casting holes of the part by utilizing the arc blocks 13, and then the processing is started.
Through adjusting the length of the pressing plate 8 and the length of the hydraulic floating support cylinder 7, the compatibility of parts can be realized, the production changing time is greatly improved, the labor intensity of operators is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.

the hydraulic system comprises a connecting valve (2), an energy accumulator (3) and a sequence valve (4); the connecting valve (2) is used for opening hydraulic oil in the energy accumulator (3), and the sequence valve (4) outputs the hydraulic oil to a target terminal;
the target terminal comprises a pressing plate (8), a hydraulic floating support cylinder (7) and a rotary cylinder (11) which are arranged on a fixed supporting block (9); when the hydraulic oil reaches a first preset pressure, the sequence valve (4) conveys the hydraulic oil to a hydraulic cylinder of the pressing plate (8) and can drive the pressing plate (8) to move downwards to position the upper end of the spigot of the clutch housing;
the hydraulic floating support cylinder (7) is supported by a floating support seat (6) arranged on the body (1); when the hydraulic oil reaches a second preset pressure, the sequence valve (4) conveys the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic floating cylinder (7) and can drive the hydraulic floating cylinder (7) to approach the periphery of the clutch shell until contacting the upper periphery of the clutch shell;
the rotary cylinder (11) is supported by a rotary cylinder supporting block (10) arranged on the body (1); when the hydraulic oil reaches a third preset pressure, the sequence valve (4) conveys the hydraulic oil to the rotary cylinder (11), and the rotary cylinder (11) can be driven to rotate until the hydraulic oil is clamped with the concave on the clutch housing, so that circumferential positioning is realized.
2. The clutch housing compatibility clamp of claim 1, wherein the hydraulic system is further configured to actuate a pull-down mechanism; when the pull-down mechanism pulls down, the taper pin (15) is driven to move downwards until the taper pin exits from the bearing hole of the clutch housing.
3. A clutch housing compatibility clamp according to claim 1, characterized in that the conical pin (15) is replaced by a diamond pin (5) or a cylindrical pin (17).
4. A clutch housing compatibility clamp according to claim 3, characterized in that the body (1) is further provided with an angular seat (14), and the angular seat (14) is supported with an arc block (13) for positioning the clutch housing die casting hole.
