Abstract
The invention provides a steel billet surface iron oxide removing device, which comprises a bracket body, an iron brush, a transmission pin shaft and a spring, wherein the bracket body is provided with a plurality of iron brushes; the bracket body comprises a base and bracket plates vertically arranged on two sides of the base; the iron brushes correspond to the transmission pins in number and are rotationally connected with the support plate through the transmission pins; one end of the transmission pin shaft is connected with the support plate through a spring. The invention has novel design, compact structure, convenient installation and strong universality; the oxide scale on the surface of the raw material billet can be fully cleaned; meanwhile, the device can be used on line, and the timeliness of cleaning the oxide scales on the surface of the steel billet is greatly improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of steel processing equipment, and particularly relates to a device for removing iron oxide on the surface of a steel billet.
Background
As the industrial development process is accelerated, the quality requirements on the surfaces of various steel raw materials are higher and higher, and the effective removal of iron oxide on the surfaces of the steel billet raw materials is one of key methods for improving the product quality. However, a large amount of labor is spent for manually cleaning the ferric oxide, and the production cannot be timely satisfied.
Therefore, developing a method or device for efficiently and quickly cleaning the iron oxide on the surface of a steel billet is an urgent problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a device for removing iron oxide on the surface of a steel billet.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: a steel billet surface iron oxide removing device comprises a bracket body, an iron brush, a transmission pin shaft and a spring; the bracket body comprises a base and bracket plates vertically arranged on two sides of the base; the iron brushes correspond to the transmission pins in number and are rotationally connected with the support plate through the transmission pins; the springs are mounted at the two ends of the transmission pin shaft in a matched mode, and the transmission pin shaft is connected with the support plate through the springs.
Further, two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate; the first connecting plate is fixed with the end part of the transmission pin shaft; the second connecting plate is arranged on the support plate.
Further, the number of the iron brushes and the transmission pins is four, and the iron brushes and the transmission pins are vertically arranged on the left side and the right side of the two support plates respectively and horizontally arranged on the upper side and the lower side between the two support plates.
Further, the transmission pin shaft and the spring connected with the transmission pin shaft are mutually perpendicular.
Further, springs on the same side of the bracket body are arranged in a staggered manner.
Further, the first connecting plate is provided with a mounting hole; one end of the spring is matched and installed in the installation hole.
Further, the distance between the support plates and the height of the base are designed according to the size of the billet of the surface iron oxide to be cleaned.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has novel design, compact structure, convenient installation and strong universality; the oxide scale on the surface of the raw material billet can be fully cleaned; meanwhile, the device can be used on line, and the timeliness of cleaning the oxide scales on the surface of the steel billet is greatly improved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the invention discloses a steel billet surface iron oxide removing device, which comprises a bracket body, an iron brush 1, a transmission pin shaft 2 and a spring 3.
The bracket body comprises a base 4 and bracket plates 5 vertically arranged on two sides of the base.
The iron brushes 1 correspond to the transmission pin shafts 2 in number and are in rotary connection with the support plates 5 through the transmission pin shafts 2; both ends of the transmission pin shaft 2 are connected with a support plate 5 through springs 3. The two ends of the spring 3 are respectively connected with the mounting hole 9 and the second connecting plate 7 on the first connecting plate 6; the first connecting plate 6 is fixed with the end part of the transmission pin shaft 2; the second connection plate 7 is mounted on the bracket plate 5.
The number of the iron brushes 1 and the transmission pins 2 is four, and the iron brushes are vertically arranged on the left side and the right side of the two support plates 5 and horizontally arranged on the upper side and the lower side between the two support plates 5.
Wherein the transmission pin shaft 2 and the springs 3 connected with the transmission pin shaft are mutually perpendicular, and the springs 3 on the same side of the bracket body are arranged in a staggered way.
The distance between the support plates 5 and the height of the base 4 are designed according to the billet size of the surface iron oxide to be removed.
