Description

Ultraviolet curing device for nail art
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of nail beautifying devices, in particular to an anti-dazzling ultraviolet curing device for nail beautifying.
Background
Nail beautification refers to the decoration and beautification of nails. Currently, nail-beautifying paints for coating nails on the market are mainly classified into solvent type and photo-curing type. The solvent-based paint contains volatile organic solvents, and the organic solvents volatilize when in use, so that a solid decorative coating is formed on the surface of the nail, but the common organic solvents have pungent smell, and the physical health of a user can be influenced after long-term use. The photo-curing nail polish is mainly composed of photo-curing resin, and the resin can be polymerized on the surface of the nail under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, so that a tough and glossy curing layer is formed on the surface of the nail. The photo-curable nail polish does not contain an organic solvent or has a very low organic solvent content, and has become the mainstream of nail polish in recent years.
The photo-curing type nail-beautifying paint needs to be matched with an ultraviolet curing device, and the ultraviolet curing device is an ultraviolet curing lamp which is provided with an ultraviolet light source and generally provides ultraviolet light with the wavelength of 320nm to 400nm, so that the photo-curing type resin is cured, and meanwhile, the skin of a human hand is not seriously damaged.
However, ultraviolet light of the conventional ultraviolet curing device for nail art is easily reflected by the base plate from the opening into which the hand of the person is inserted, and particularly, in the case of the reflection type base plate, intense ultraviolet light is generally observed from the viewpoint of the user. Ultraviolet light emitted from the ultraviolet curing device for nail art is easy to stimulate eyes of a user, causes discomfort to the user, and may cause injury to the user after long-term use.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide an anti-dazzling ultraviolet curing device for nail beauty.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides an ultraviolet curing device for nail art, comprising a shell and a bottom plate arranged below the shell, wherein a cavity with an opening is formed between the shell and the bottom plate, and the shell comprises an ultraviolet light source with an irradiation direction facing the cavity; the bottom plate has concave-convex structure towards the upper surface of cavity.
From the above, the ultraviolet curing device for nail beauty of the present invention adopts the base plate having the concave-convex structure. When using the nail curing device of the present invention, the user's hand is placed into the cavity through the opening and onto the base plate. The ultraviolet light irradiated to the cavity by the ultraviolet light source is reflected to all directions through the concave-convex structure, so that the diffuse reflection effect is formed, the ultraviolet light is prevented from being directly reflected to the angle of eyes of a user, the eyes of the user are prevented from being stimulated, and the comfort of the user is improved.
Further, the concave-convex structure is formed by a plurality of convex blocks and/or a plurality of convex strips.
As can be seen from the above, the concave-convex structure of the present invention may be formed by the bump or the convex strip, or by the bump and the convex strip together, the bump and the convex strip form the convex portion, and the space between the convex portions forms the concave portion.
The further technical proposal is that any one of the plurality of convex blocks is prismatic, pyramid frustum-shaped, cylindrical or cone frustum-shaped, and the plurality of convex blocks are arranged in a matrix or staggered way on the upper surface; any one of the plurality of convex strips extends along a circle or an arc on the upper surface, and the plurality of convex strips are mutually crossed or concentrically arranged; or any one of the plurality of convex strips extends along a straight line on the upper surface, and the plurality of convex strips are mutually intersected or mutually parallel.
As can be seen from the above, the bumps and the raised lines of the present invention may take various forms as required, for example, may take bumps and raised lines having different extension forms, different arrangement forms, and different shapes, as long as the formation of the concave-convex structure on the upper surface of the base plate is satisfied.
In a further aspect, a cross section of any one of the plurality of protruding strips perpendicular to the parallel direction includes a highest point, and a first side and a second side separated from the highest point, the first side being further away from the opening than the second side; the first side is a first oblique line, and an included angle between the first oblique line and a vertical line of the bottom plate is 2-60 degrees.
From the above, the first side may be a slant line, i.e. a straight line segment with a certain slant, which has a simple structure and can effectively reflect ultraviolet light. Considering the requirement of mold design, the mold is easy to be released during injection molding, and preferably the included angle between the first oblique line and the vertical line of the bottom plate is more than 2 degrees; in order to reflect the ultraviolet light into the nail lamp as much as possible and avoid the ultraviolet light from irradiating the nail personnel, the angle between the first oblique line and the vertical line of the bottom plate is preferably smaller than 60 degrees.
The second side comprises a second oblique line, the oblique direction of the second oblique line and the first oblique line relative to the plane of the bottom plate is opposite, and the second oblique line and the first oblique line are connected at an included angle larger than 90 degrees.
As can be seen from the above, the second side preferably comprises a second diagonal line connected to the first diagonal line at an angle of more than 90 °, the second diagonal line forming an obtuse angle with the first diagonal line, improving the comfort of a person when the person is placed on the floor.
The further technical scheme is that the shell comprises an inner shell and an outer shell, wherein the outer shell comprises a side wall frame and a top plate; the side wall frame is sleeved outside the inner shell, and the top of the side wall frame is connected with the inner shell through a fastener; the top plate covers the top of the side wall frame.
From the above, the housing includes an inner housing and an outer housing, and a space between the inner housing and the outer housing can be used for placing an ultraviolet light emitting device or the like, and irradiation light is injected into the cavity through the hole in the inner housing. The top of the side wall frame can be provided with a through hole and the like, the top of the side wall frame is connected with the inner shell through a threaded fastener and the like, and the top of the side wall frame is covered by the top plate, so that the shell is convenient to install and keeps good appearance.
The inner shell comprises a positioning groove arranged at the bottom, and the bottom plate comprises an edge matched with the positioning groove; the positioning groove and the edge are provided with a clamping structure at the corresponding position.
From the above, the bottom plate can be placed and clamped in the positioning groove, and the combination and the disassembly between the bottom plate and the inner shell are very convenient.
