The specific working process is as follows:
when the grinding machine works, raw materials are fed from a raw material inlet 11 on the machine body 1, sequentially pass through a first crushing roller 21 and a second crushing roller 22, pass through the grinding table 3, then pass through the fine grinding mechanism 4 and flow out from a raw material outlet 13; when the raw materials fall between the first crushing roller 21 and the second crushing roller 22, the first motor 23 drives the first crushing roller 21 to drive the second crushing roller 22 to rotate, the first crushing roller 21 and the second crushing roller 22 crush large-particle matters in the raw materials, so that the raw materials can be fully ground when being continuously ground, and meanwhile, the distance between the first crushing roller 21 and the second crushing roller 22 can be adjusted along with the size of the large-particle matters in the raw materials, so that the large-particle matters in the raw materials can fall down quickly after being ground and crushed, and the grinding efficiency is improved; the first elliptic crushing roller 21 and the second elliptic crushing roller 22 rotate in a contact manner, and because the first crushing roller 21 and the second crushing roller 22 are elliptic, when the first crushing roller 21 and the second crushing roller 22 crush crushed raw materials, large particles in the raw materials are easy to move between the first crushing roller 21 and the second crushing roller 22, the extrusion force between the first crushing roller 21 and the second crushing roller 22 is periodically enhanced, the large particles in the raw materials can be easily crushed by the combined action of the first crushing roller 21 and the second crushing roller 22, the spiral protrusion 211 is beneficial to meshing of the first crushing roller 21 and the second crushing roller 22, and meanwhile, the spiral protrusion 211 is beneficial to crushing the raw materials by the first crushing roller 21 and the second crushing roller 22; because the spiral protrusion 211 is discontinuous, the length of each section of spiral protrusion 211 is set to be smaller than that of the grinding frame 32, so that the spiral protrusion 211 is easily embedded into the grinding frame 32, the spiral protrusion 211 rotates along with the first crushing roller 21 or the second crushing roller 22, the spiral protrusion 211 drives the single grinding frame 32 to slide on the inclined plane of the table body 31, the single grinding frame 32 drives all the grinding frames 32 to rotate on the table body 31 through the first connecting piece 34, the grinding frames 32 grind the raw materials crushed by the crushing modules 2, and the raw materials are ground more finely.
Part of the raw material on the grinding table 3 falls into the grinding frame 32, the spiral protrusion 211 presses the grinding frame 32 to rotate the whole grinding frame 32, when the spiral protrusion 211 is pressed with the grinding frame 32, the spiral protrusion 211 can press and grind large particles in the grinding frame 32, meanwhile, the large particles in the raw material are pressed against the sharp part 322 and are more easily pressed and crushed under the pressing of the spiral protrusion 211, the spiral protrusion 211 on the first crushing roller 21 or the second crushing roller 22 generates friction with the grinding roller 33 when spirally rotating, the grinding roller 33 is driven to rotate, the grinding roller 33 also promotes the grinding of the raw material, simultaneously, after the gap between the grinding rollers 33 is filled with the raw material, the rotating grinding roller 33 can drive the adjacent grinding roller 33 to rotate, so that the adjacent grinding roller 33 promotes the grinding of the raw material, and the raw material in the grinding frame 32 flows downwards along the material leakage hole 321 after being ground; when the fine grinding mechanism 4 works, the second motor 41 rotates to drive the rotating shaft to rotate, the rotating shaft drives the grinding disc 44 to rotate, the grinding disc 44 rotates to grind the raw materials, and the three fine grinding mechanisms 4 grind the raw materials simultaneously, so that the grinding efficiency of the raw materials can be improved; when the grinding disc 44 works, the electromagnetic heater 444 heats the mercury in the telescopic rod 443, the mercury expands by heating to push the telescopic rod 443 to extend, the electromagnetic heater 444 adjusts the gap between the grinding sheet 442 and the disc body 441 by controlling the length of the telescopic rod 443, so that the grinding disc 44 finely grinds the raw materials, and the high molecular water-based paint is sufficiently ground; the isolation water ring 445 is added between the adjacent electromagnetic heaters 444, so that the work of the two adjacent electromagnetic heaters 444 is not interfered with each other, the better work of the grinding disc 44 is facilitated, and the grinding efficiency of the high-molecular water-based paint grinding device is improved.
