Abstract
The invention relates to an integrated peculiar smell processor, which comprises a hanging type clothes closet, wherein an air inlet and an air outlet are respectively formed in the bottom and the top of the hanging type clothes closet, an air flow channel is formed in the hanging type clothes closet, the air flow channel is divided into an air flow detection section, an air flow catalytic sterilization section, an air flow circulation section and an ozone generation section which are sequentially communicated, a plurality of air sensors are arranged in the air flow detection section, an ozone generation device is arranged in the ozone generation section, a fan is arranged in the air flow circulation section, a plurality of air catalytic nets are arranged between the air flow catalytic sterilization section and the air flow detection section, and a sterilizing net is arranged between the air flow catalytic sterilization section and the air flow circulation section; the invention provides an integrated type peculiar smell processor which integrates the functions of detection, sterilization and peculiar smell removal, can realize the deodorization and peculiar smell removal with environmental protection, high efficiency, time saving and labor saving, and solves the peculiar smell problem in public toilets.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of peculiar smell removal, in particular to an integrated peculiar smell processor.
Background
With the development of domestic society, the pace of life of people is accelerated, the population is continuously increased, the demands for public toilets are also increased, and the flow of users is also in an increasing trend. The public washroom is an indispensable 'convenient' place for people going out, especially is built in public washroom with large flow of people such as airports, stations, malls, tourist attractions, highways and the like, is easy to generate odor and peculiar smell, has high treatment difficulty, especially in summer, and is more serious in odor and peculiar smell condition of the public washroom when the public washroom is not cleaned in time due to poor ventilation, so that people can feel out.
The existing methods for treating the odor and the peculiar smell are to install an exhaust fan to exhaust the smell, or to prevent the cleaning staff from getting sanitary, or to spray an air freshener to cover the smell. If the exhaust fan is arranged, the air around can be polluted by exhausting the smell, a great deal of manpower can be consumed by cleaning staff for cleaning the toilet, the effect is poor, the air freshener is sprayed to cover the smell, the odor cannot be fundamentally removed, and most of chemical components are easy to cause harm to people going to the public toilet.
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present designer is actively researched and innovated to create an integrated type odor treatment device which can realize the environment-friendly, efficient, time-saving and labor-saving deodorization and odor removal, and solve the problem of the odor in public washroom, so that the integrated type odor treatment device has more industrial utilization value.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide the integrated type peculiar smell processor which can realize the deodorization and peculiar smell removal with environmental protection, high efficiency, time saving and labor saving and solves the peculiar smell problem in public toilets.
The invention discloses an integrated peculiar smell processor, which comprises a hanging type clothes closet, wherein an air inlet and an air outlet are respectively formed in the bottom and the top of the hanging type clothes closet, an air flow channel is formed in the hanging type clothes closet, the air flow channel is divided into an air flow detection section, an air flow catalytic sterilization section, an air flow circulation section and an ozone generation section which are sequentially communicated, a plurality of air sensors are arranged in the air flow detection section, an ozone generation device is arranged in the ozone generation section, a fan is arranged in the air flow circulation section, a plurality of air catalytic nets are arranged between the air flow catalytic sterilization section and the air flow detection section, and a sterilization net is arranged between the air flow catalytic sterilization section and the air flow circulation section.
Further, the sterilizing net is a silver ion sterilizing net.
Further, an operation display screen electrically connected with the gas sensors, the ozone generating device and the fan is arranged on the hanging type clothes closet.
Further, the plurality of gas sensors includes a hydrogen sulfide gas sensor and an ammonia gas sensor.
Further, an air flow heater is further arranged in the air flow detection section, and the plurality of air catalytic nets comprise nano TiO 2 Photocatalytic mesh and platinum catalytic mesh.
Further, the area of the sterilizing net is larger than that of the gas catalytic net.
Further, the air flow detection section is communicated with the air inlet.
Further, the ozone generating section is communicated with the air outlet.

By means of the scheme, the invention has at least the following advantages:
1. the gas catalytic net can enable the odor molecules to undergo oxidation-reduction catalytic reaction when passing through the net, and the final product cannot cause secondary pollution;
2. the sterilizing net can adsorb and kill bacteria in the air, so that the bacteria are reduced to breed and emit peculiar smell;
3. the ozone ion generating device can react with the peculiar smell mixture to eliminate peculiar smell, and meanwhile, ozone can generate fresh smell in the air to improve the air environment of a toilet.
4. The gas sensor can automatically detect various surrounding gas parameters, and the operation of the machine is regulated by operating the display screen.

An integrated peculiar smell processor shown in fig. 1 and 2 comprises a hanging type clothes closet 1, wherein an air inlet 2 and an air outlet 3 are respectively formed in the bottom and the top of the hanging type clothes closet 1, an air flow channel is formed in the hanging type clothes closet 1 and is divided into an air flow detection section 4, an air flow catalytic sterilization section 5, an air flow circulation section 6 and an ozone generation section 7 which are sequentially communicated, a plurality of air sensors 12 are arranged in the air flow detection section 4, an ozone generation device 8 is arranged in the ozone generation section 7, a fan 9 is arranged in the air flow circulation section 6, a plurality of air catalytic nets 10 are arranged between the air flow catalytic sterilization section 5 and the air flow detection section 4, and a sterilization net 11 is arranged between the air flow catalytic sterilization section 5 and the air flow circulation section 6.
The invention provides an integrated peculiar smell processor, which has the following principle:
air in the public washroom enters an air flow channel in the hanging type clothes closet 1 through an air inlet 2 at the bottom of the hanging type clothes closet 1 and sequentially passes through an air flow detection section 4, an air flow catalytic sterilization section 5, an air flow circulation section 6 and an ozone generation section 7, wherein a fan 9 arranged in the air flow circulation section 6 is a power place of air flow circulation, when the air flows through the air flow detection section, a plurality of air sensors 12 arranged in the air flow detection section 4 can detect specific air in the air, such as hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, indole, mercapto substrates, volatile fatty acid, nitrosoamine, ammonia and the like, the air can be displayed in the operation display screen 13 through an operation display screen 13 which is electrically connected, and enters the air flow catalytic sterilization section 5 through a plurality of air catalytic nets 10 arranged between the air flow catalytic sterilization section 5 and the air flow detection section 4 after flowing through the air flow detection section, the gas catalytic nets 10 can perform catalytic oxidation on different kinds of gases to eliminate the gases which are easy to generate peculiar smell, then the gas flow through the catalytic oxidation enters the gas flow circulation section 6 through the sterilizing net 11 positioned between the gas flow catalytic sterilization section 5 and the gas flow circulation section 6, bacteria in the gas flow can be adsorbed and killed by the sterilizing net 11, so that the peculiar smell generated by bacterial growth is reduced, the gas enters the ozone generation section 7 through the circulation of the fan 9 in the gas flow circulation section 6, ozone ions generated by the ozone generator in the ozone generation section 7 can act on the gas flow to eliminate the peculiar smell, meanwhile, the ozone can generate fresh smell in the air, and the gas is discharged after passing through the gas outlet 3, so that the air environment of a toilet can be improved.
In order to adsorb and kill bacteria in the air flow and reduce the odor generated by bacteria, the sterilizing mesh 11 is a silver ion sterilizing mesh 11.
