背景技术
目前，睡眠质量越来越引起人们的注意，经过了一天工作，良好的睡眠能够使人得到很好的休息，才能在第二天的工作中更加精力充沛。然而现在很多人由于压力过大，或者饮用过多兴奋剂类饮料，往往难以入睡，或者睡眠质量较低、下降。
人在睡觉时，脏器也在休整、调节，以缓解一天的疲劳，是对各器官组织进行修复的大好时机，所以将中药养生成份加入到睡眠环境中，能够有效提高人对中药成份的吸收，使人能够长期处于中药保健的过程中，尽管没有直接摄入效果好，但是对自身身体素质的提高、免疫力的增强都能够达到能好的效果。

本发明设计了一种治疗胃病的药枕，该药枕常用于慢性胃炎、消化不良属脾虚食滞者有很好效果，并且方便获得，使用简单。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种治疗胃病的药枕，所述药枕中设有一层中药包，所述中药包包括以下药材，各药材按下列重量份组成：白术30份，木香、黄连酒、甘草各10份，白茯苓15份，人参20份，神曲、陈皮、砂仁、麦芽、山楂、山药、肉豆蔻各5份。
进一步的，所述各药材具体重量为：白术100g，木香、黄连酒、甘草各15g，白茯苓70g，人参60g，神曲、陈皮、砂仁、麦芽、山楂、山药、肉豆蔻各50g。
更进一步的，对所述各药材进行下述加工：所述白术炒，所述木香经研磨，所述白茯苓去皮，所述麦芽经炒制后取面，所述山楂去核，所述肉豆蔻面裹煨热，纸包槌去油。
本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明药枕将药包设置在枕头中，使人能够长期呼入药物气味，有一定吸收药性的功能，所含的白术、木香、黄连酒、甘草等成分用于慢性胃炎、消化不良属脾虚食滞者，效果显著，并且容易获得，可广泛推广。

针对上述中药枕，要对所述各药材进行下述加工：所述白术炒，所述木香经研磨，所述白茯苓去皮，所述麦芽经炒制后取面，所述山楂去核，所述肉豆蔻面裹煨热，纸包槌去油。
