技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋子,具体是指一种环保健康鞋,特别是指一种具有保温吸湿功能的环保健康鞋及其制备方法。
背景技术
鞋子是人类的必要生活用品,随着生活水平的提高,人类对鞋子的款式、功能等等都提出了更多更高的要求。
现有技术中,气凝胶具有密度小且保温效果好,而应用于鞋体的鞋帮内衬材料和鞋底中,实现鞋腔的保温效果,同时又有助于鞋子轻便化。由于气凝胶气密性好且是一种疏水性材料,因此会使得人体脚部在鞋腔内产生的捂汗,穿着体验差,而且在使用过程中由于脚汗、潮湿的作用下,会产生臭气、脚气。
此外,传统的制鞋工艺一般采用冷粘工艺将气凝胶与鞋底黏接固定,由于冷粘工艺所使用的胶水和处理剂,冷粘工艺的胶水和处理剂通常含有甲苯、丁酮、汽油、醋酸乙酯、丙酮等有毒物质,一旦鞋底因气凝胶而透气不佳的话,鞋腔温度高,湿度大,则导致冷粘工艺所使用的胶水和处理剂中的有毒物质挥发进入到脚底的毛细血管,这些苯类有毒物质会残留在人体内,长期的积累影响了血液循环和人体健康,此外,人类在行走的过程之中由于鞋内空气的压力会直接将这些有害物质持续地挤压到脚部,脚部毛细血管就会吸收这些有害物质,这些有害物质会引起血液疾病,比如白血病就是其中一种。
为此需要对此进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的缺点和不足,而提供一种具有保温吸湿功能的环保健康鞋及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的提供的第一个技术方案是一种具有保温吸湿功能的环保健康鞋,包括有鞋帮、鞋中底和鞋底,所述的鞋中底包括有透气基布层、乌拉草层和气凝胶层,其中透气基布层为内层,乌拉草层为中间层,气凝胶层为外层,所述的鞋底包括有聚氨酯层,所述聚氨酯层通过连帮注塑工艺注射成型并与鞋帮、鞋中底固定结合在一起。
通过本设置,为实现保温的功能,本发明设计采用了气凝胶作为保温材料,该材料是目前世界上最为理想的保温材料,同样厚度的保温材料是其他最好保温材料效果的4倍,因此采用气凝胶材料作为保暖层,可以实现轻便又保暖的功能,这样的保暖功效远远超越其他保暖材料,于是就能更好的保持脚部温度。
本设置的鞋中底,其中透气基本层为内层,乌拉草层为中间层,气凝胶层为外层,三层依次结合,通过多次实践表明,三者依次麻布层、乌拉草层、气凝胶层的设计最为理想,三种材料由于单独使用时虽然都有各自的特点,但是又有明显的缺点,于是通过三者地组合才能达到最为完美的功效,其具体的创新机理是:透气基布层首先是防止乌拉草层的刺漏而直接接触到脚部,同时又能将人体脚部所排放的汗汽能通过透气基布层向乌拉草层传递,而乌拉草天然具有除湿、杀菌、防臭、透气、通经活络等功能弥补了麻布层单一功效,通过乌拉草的吸湿效果,汗汽被吸收,从而能够保持穿着者脚部的相对干燥,穿着体验好,且不易产生脚臭或脚气发生和发展,此外,乌拉草的保健功效终身有效,不会随着使用次数和时间的推移而失去,因此乌拉草的保健功效明显有区别于其他药物浸泡后的保健鞋中底有效时间期限的保健功能,另外乌拉草层在使用过程中由于脚的压力的作用,可以在乌拉草层压出一个脚掌印,如此可极大提高鞋底匹配足底的形状,极大地提高穿着舒适性。
现有技术中,传统乌拉草运用在鞋上的基本上是制作出一种鞋垫,然而这种鞋垫较厚,使用在码数已经匹配好的鞋上,至少会让鞋子的码数偏差1-2码,如果再加上使用者穿上袜子,那么鞋的大小就严重失真,最终影响了鞋的体验感。
此外,本设置,采用连帮注塑工艺形成鞋底的聚氨酯层,相较于传统的冷粘工艺,环保健康。
进一步设置是所述的鞋中底中对应乌拉草层的周缘位置设置有填充间隙,所述的聚氨酯层在注射成型过程中在该填充间隙中内注射并填充形成毛刺状聚氨酯填充包边。通过本设置,乌拉草层中乌拉草在周缘位置存在填充间隙,聚氨酯材料发泡后由于注射高压可以挤压、填充、适量进入鞋中底的乌拉草层的填充间隙内,形成毛刺状聚氨酯填充包边,该毛刺状聚氨酯填充体不仅巧妙解决了乌拉草层中乌拉草从边缘散落的问题,而且由于乌拉草层整个周缘被高压注射成型的毛刺状聚氨酯填充包边挤压,乌拉草层中乌拉草整体会向中间方向靠紧,从而有强化乌拉草层的分布定位准确性,进而在鞋子使用过程中,有效防止因为人体行走或者脚部发力位置不均匀等问题,导致鞋中底中的乌拉草移动而出现局部聚集或者局部消失的问题,从而能够保证鞋中底的支撑设计保持稳定,进而有效发挥乌拉草的保健和吸湿等效果。此外,在毛刺状聚氨酯填充包边的形成过程中,聚氨酯材料还会复合在鞋中底的透气基布层和气凝胶层的周缘上形成透气基布层包边和气凝胶层包边,毛刺状聚氨酯填充包边、透气基布层包边、气凝胶层包边以及鞋底的聚氨酯层是一体连接的,从而使得直接承受脚底作用力的鞋中底的受理能够稳定地传递给鞋底,或者反方向地,鞋底的人体工学设计的支撑结构能够稳定准确地反馈到人体足底的反射功能区和力学支撑区域,极大地提高了穿着舒适性。

通过本设置,我们设计的鞋底增加了多个合理的受力点,多个受力点能有效分担人体体重,并且合理的凹凸面让人体脚部骨骼更加合理的受力,比如说特警在作训或者执行任务时,由于我们特殊的鞋底设计,能让特警在作训或者执行任务的过程中至少节约将近三分之一的体能消耗,也就是说穿着我们设计的作训靴作业6小时的作业强度才差不多等于普通鞋4小时的作业强度,另外人类脚拇指跖骨的突出部分,如果使用平底的鞋子,直接造成了整个脚掌微微向外侧倾斜,也就是我们经常说的脚后跟外侧磨损,这个缺陷间接影响了人类内外膝盖骨的受力平衡,向外倾斜的脚掌,致使内侧膝盖骨受力较大,磨损比起外膝盖骨来说严重了不少,特别是高强度的特警一类的军人、公安,他们在长期的训练、执行任务过程中对内膝盖的磨损过大,而造成严重的伤害。
此外,本设置的鞋中底的乌拉草层结构设计,在使用过程中由于脚的压力的作用,可以在乌拉草层压出一个脚掌印,该这个脚掌印完美补充了聚氨酯上层表面的上述人体工学支撑结构特殊凹凸不平的设置,更加有效地达到按摩保健、矫正受力、减少体能消耗的特点,使穿着更加舒适。
本发明还提供一种具有保温吸湿功能的环保健康鞋的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

第二步,将乌拉草丝条均匀地放置在麻布层和气凝胶层当中作为夹层,构成乌拉草层,使用针车将这三层按照十字交叉的路线进行针车固定,然后按照固定码数按照进行鞋中底形状针车裁断,所述的鞋中底中对应乌拉草层的周缘位置设置有填充间隙;
第三步,将鞋帮与针车好的鞋中底进行针车成完整的鞋包;
第四步,再将鞋包用鞋楦进行固定,然后采用冷热、锤鞋工艺进行鞋包定型;
第五步,将定型好带有鞋楦的鞋包固定在连帮射注机上,连帮射注机自动进行射注,加上聚氨酯材料自动发泡扩充,形成了聚氨酯层,该聚氨酯层与鞋帮、鞋中底固定结合在一起,所述的聚氨酯层在注射成型过程中在所述乌拉草层的填充间隙中内注射并填充形成毛刺状聚氨酯填充包边;
第六步,冷却后取出、修边、脱楦。
进一步设置是所述的鞋楦包括对应人体足部相应位置的脚跟部、脚弓部、脚拇指主骨部、脚凹部和涌泉穴部,所述的脚跟部设有高度为3mm-6mm的圆球凸面、所述的脚弓部设有0.2mm-0.4mm圆弧形内凹面、所述的脚拇指主骨部设有两个相互并排紧邻且外侧大内侧小的两个高度为1mm-4mm圆球凸面、脚凹部设有高度为0.5mm-3mm月牙拱形凹面、涌泉穴部设置有0.5mm-3mm高度的圆球凹面。
实施本发明的技术方案,乌拉草层具有除湿、祛除异味、杀菌、保暖、缓解脚底皮肤病的功效,加上冷热隔绝的气凝胶新材料以及鞋底辅助层中防霉的麻布层结合出新的功能鞋,能让此鞋具有长效的保健功能,乌拉草本身就具有上述终身功效,最后结合气凝胶材料,完美的将各自的特点进行消除,这三者材料单独使用都达不到预期的效果。气凝胶层具有冷热隔绝的作用,主要是冷、热地区都可以使用,完美的将鞋的运用场景扩大,使用季节扩大。
本申请的技术方案没有使用胶水和处理剂以及其他有害物质,是一种健康环保鞋。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
如图1-4所示,为本发明实施例中,本发明的技术方案提供一种具有保温吸湿功能的环保健康鞋,包括有鞋帮1、鞋中底2和鞋底3,所述的鞋中底2包括有透气基布层、乌拉草层22和气凝胶层23,其中透气基布层为内层,本实施例透气基布层为麻布层、棉布层或毛毡层,优选为麻布层21,乌拉草层22为中间层,气凝胶层23为外层,所述的鞋底3包括有聚氨酯层31,所述聚氨酯层31通过连帮注塑工艺注射成型并与鞋帮1、鞋中底2固定结合在一起。一次性射注而成的聚氨酯层3将鞋中底2和鞋帮1完美的结合在一起,不用胶水、不开胶,
本实施例所述的鞋中底2中对应乌拉草层22的周缘位置设置有填充间隙,该填充间隙是周缘位置的乌拉草之间的所未完全填满而留的间隙,所述的聚氨酯层3在注射成型过程中在该填充间隙中内注射并填充形成毛刺状聚氨酯填充包边,所述的聚氨酯层3在注射成型过程中复合在鞋中底的透气基布层和气凝胶层23的周缘上形成透气基布层包边和气凝胶层包边,毛刺状聚氨酯填充包边、透气基布层包边、气凝胶层包边以及鞋底的聚氨酯层是一体连接的,所述的气凝胶层23的外表面与聚氨酯层31的内表面相互复合连接。
本实施例通过以下方法制备:
第一步,将鞋帮1加入气凝胶材料进过针车成型,也就是将气凝胶材料针车在鞋帮夹层内部,形成气凝胶鞋帮层11,该气凝胶鞋帮层的厚度为0.5mm-1.5mm,本实施例所述气凝胶鞋帮层在鞋帮中的分布位置为鞋帮里布、衬布或鞋面的夹层位置;
第二步,将乌拉草丝条相对均匀地放置在麻布层21和气凝胶层23当中作为夹层,形成乌拉草层,这三层结构依次层叠后,使用针车将这三层材料按照十字交叉的路线进行针车固定,然后按照固定码数进行鞋中底2形状针车裁断;所述的鞋中底中对应乌拉草层的周缘位置设置有填充间隙;
第三步,将鞋帮1与针车好的鞋中底2进行针车成完整的鞋包。
第四步,再将鞋包用鞋楦4进行固定,然后采用冷热、锤鞋工艺进行鞋包定型。
第五步,将定型好带有鞋楦4的鞋包固定在连帮射注机上,连帮射注机自动进行射注,加上聚氨酯材料自动发泡扩充,形成了聚氨酯层31,该聚氨酯层31与鞋帮1、鞋中底2固定结合在一起,所述的聚氨酯层31在注射成型过程中在所述乌拉草层的填充间隙中内注射并填充形成毛刺状聚氨酯填充包边311;
第六步,冷却后取出、修边、脱楦。
本申请采用连帮射注设备是现有技术的常规设备,可直接从市场采购,也可参考本申请发明人的在先中国专利公开文本,本实施例不再详细赘述,自动将带有楦体的鞋包进行聚氨酯材料浇注,聚氨酯材料的发泡性能,作用在鞋底模具上,形成一个鞋底,同时挤压、填充鞋中底,把鞋中底完美的包裹起来一起连接在鞋帮上,另外由于是聚氨酯发泡,聚氨酯材料发泡后由于高压可以挤压、填充、适量进入鞋中底的气凝胶层、乌拉草层、麻布层当中,更加稳定地固定住气凝胶层和乌拉草层的位置,使其经久耐用。
本实施例所述的聚氨酯层31是聚氨酯注塑圆盘机一次性射注冷却而成,聚氨酯注塑圆盘机是现有技术的常规设备,可直接从市场采购,另外在注塑过程中,可以根据需要决定是否在鞋底模具上增加橡胶鞋底,最后完成聚氨酯层的连帮浇注一次成型。
作为对本发明专利进一步的说明,优选地,本实施例所采用的鞋楦为特制的人体工学设计鞋楦,该鞋楦是根据人体的骨骼、穴位进行特别改装成型,在鞋底连帮射注成型时能给鞋底形成符合人体脚部结构的多个圆弧凹槽或者圆弧球面形状,因此在一次性射注成型的聚氨酯鞋底具有特殊位置的凹凸不平的特点,该凹凸不平的鞋底面具有按摩和适当增加鞋底和脚的接触面而更加舒适,另外无论在行走或者站立的时候由于这些特殊的合理的凹凸不平的设置减少人体能量消耗。
本实施例的鞋楦4的底面上包括脚跟部41、脚弓部42、脚拇指主骨部43、脚凹部44、涌泉穴部45,本实施例的进一步说明:鞋楦4中的脚跟部41与脚跟的外凸圆球型表面相类似,目的是为了让聚氨酯层31在成型时,在聚氨酯层31的对应人体足底的上表面的脚跟部位置自动形成一个圆球凹面312,加大脚跟部位的肌肉与鞋底的接触面积,该圆球凹面的高度优选为3mm-6mm。
本实施例的进一步说明:鞋楦4中的脚弓部42是微向内凹的圆弧形设计,目的是为了让聚氨酯层31的脚弓部位在成型时,微微向上凸起,形成一个自然凸起弧度的脚弓处圆弧凸面313,人在穿着行走时,微微加大脚弓部的接触面积,进一步说明此处的只能微微凸起0.2mm-0.4mm。
本实施例的进一步说明:鞋楦4中的脚拇指主骨部43采用两个1mm-4mm圆球凸面设计,对应的聚氨酯层31的脚拇指主骨部位具有一大一小紧紧相邻的两个脚拇指主骨部圆球凹面314,这个设计让脚拇指主骨往下陷一定的水平位置,这个细微的调整,导致整个脚部骨骼的受力点会微微向脚内侧偏移,由于受力点的向内侧偏移,有效的调整膝盖骨的受力点,平衡了内、外膝盖骨的磨损程度,这样的设计就能有效的缓解内膝盖磨损过大的隐患。
本实施例的进一步说明:鞋楦4中的脚凹部44有0.5mm-3mm呈月牙拱形凹面对应的聚氨酯层31具有脚凹部月牙拱形凸面315,这个凸面就能在行走过程中,让五个脚趾的脚趾骨更好的受力支撑点。
本实施例的进一步说明:鞋楦4中的涌泉穴部45设有0.5mm-3mm弧度凹面,对应的聚氨酯层31的涌泉穴位置形成涌泉穴部弧度凸面316,这个凸面能在人类使用该鞋行走时,每走一步就刺激一下涌泉穴,达到长期按摩保健作用。
本实施例的进一步说明,采用鞋楦4的特殊设计使得在穿着时增加了多个着力点,并且增加了必要的接触面积,同时部分设计符合人体脚部的穴位,在行走过程中会得到持续的按摩作用。
本实施例鞋中底的三层结构也可以做成鞋垫、探底或其他垫子产。
本实施例所述的鞋中底的气凝胶层23可以可根据需要进行适当的加厚或者减厚,主要是根据该鞋销售的地区的气候温度调整厚度;所述的鞋中底的乌拉草层22也可以根据实际情况调整乌拉草层的厚度,制作出功效强度有区别的鞋子。作为优选地,所述的透气基布层、乌拉草层和气凝胶层的厚度分别为0.5mm-1.5mm、0.8mm-2.5mm、0.8mm-2.5mm。
另外,本发明所述的鞋中底中的乌拉草层可以是简单的将乌拉草切丝平铺在麻布层上再与气凝胶层结合针车成鞋垫一样的形状,也可以是将乌拉草打碎进行物理的压缩成片状与麻布层和气凝胶层均匀相粘合结合针车成型。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种具有保温吸湿功能的环保健康鞋,其特征在于:包括有鞋帮、鞋中底和鞋底,其特征在于:所述的鞋中底包括有透气基布层、乌拉草层和气凝胶层,其中透气基布层为内层,乌拉草层为中间层,气凝胶层为外层,所述的鞋底包括有聚氨酯层,所述聚氨酯层通过连帮注塑工艺注射成型并与鞋帮、鞋中底固定结合在一起,所述的鞋中底中对应乌拉草层的周缘位置设置有填充间隙,所述的聚氨酯层在注射成型过程中在该填充间隙中内注射并填充形成毛刺状聚氨酯填充包边,所述的聚氨酯层在注射成型过程中复合在鞋中底的透气基布层和气凝胶层的周缘上形成透气基布层包边和气凝胶层包边,毛刺状聚氨酯填充包边、透气基布层包边、气凝胶层包边以及鞋底的聚氨酯层是一体连接的,所述的气凝胶层的外表面与聚氨酯层的内表面相互复合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有保温吸湿功能的环保健康鞋,其特征在于:所述的透气基布层为麻布层、棉布层或毛毡层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有保温吸湿功能的环保健康鞋,其特征在于:所述的透气基布层、乌拉草层和气凝胶层通过缝制方式在纵向上进行固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保温吸湿功能的环保健康鞋,其特征在于:所述的鞋帮的里布、衬布或鞋面的夹层设置有气凝胶鞋帮层,该气凝胶鞋帮层的厚度为0.5mm-1.5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保温吸湿功能的环保健康鞋,其特征在于:所述的透气基布层、乌拉草层和气凝胶层的厚度分别为0.5mm-1.5mm、0.8mm-2.5mm、0.8mm-2.5mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保温吸湿功能的环保健康鞋,其特征在于:所述的聚氨酯层对应人体足底的表面上设置有人体工学支撑结构,该人体工学支撑结构包括有以下一种或多种:
对应人体脚弓部位的并与人体脚弓支撑配合且高度为0.2mm-0.4mm的脚弓处圆弧凸面;
对应人体脚拇指主骨部设置两个1mm-4mm深度的脚拇指主骨部圆球凹面,该两个脚拇指主骨部圆球凹面的直径一大一小紧紧相邻,且位于外端的脚拇指主骨部圆球凹面直径大;
对应人体脚凹部设置有0.5mm-3mm高度的脚凹部月牙拱形凸面;
对应人体涌泉穴部设有0.5mm-3mm高度的涌泉穴部弧度凸面;
对应人体脚后跟部设有3mm-6mm高度的圆球凹面。
7.一种具有保温吸湿功能的环保健康鞋的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
第一步,气凝胶材料加工到鞋帮中形成气凝胶鞋帮层;
第二步,将乌拉草丝条均匀地放置在麻布层和气凝胶层当中作为夹层,构成乌拉草层,使用针车将这三层按照十字交叉的路线进行针车固定,然后按照固定码数按照进行鞋中底形状针车裁断,所述的鞋中底中对应乌拉草层的周缘位置设置有填充间隙;
第三步,将鞋帮与针车好的鞋中底进行针车成完整的鞋包;
第四步,再将鞋包用鞋楦进行固定,然后采用冷热、锤鞋工艺进行鞋包定型;
第五步,将定型好带有鞋楦的鞋包固定在连帮射注机上,连帮射注机自动进行射注,加上聚氨酯材料自动发泡扩充,形成了聚氨酯层,该聚氨酯层与鞋帮、鞋中底固定结合在一起,所述的聚氨酯层在注射成型过程中在所述乌拉草层的填充间隙中内注射并填充形成毛刺状聚氨酯填充包边;
第六步,冷却后取出、修边、脱楦。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种具有保温吸湿功能的环保健康鞋的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的鞋楦包括对应人体足部相应位置的脚跟部、脚弓部、脚拇指主骨部、脚凹部和涌泉穴部,所述的脚跟部设有高度为3mm-6mm的圆球凸面、所述的脚弓部设有0.2mm-0.4mm圆弧形内凹面、所述的脚拇指主骨部设有两个相互并排紧邻且外侧大内侧小的两个高度为1mm-4mm圆球凸面、脚凹部设有高度为0.5mm-3mm月牙拱形凹面、涌泉穴部设置有0.5mm-3mm高度的圆球凹面。
