Abstract
本发明涉及一种白芨的种植方法,包括以下步骤:S1:采摘三岔白芨的种子,阴干;S2:将阴干后的种子用浸泡液浸泡后催芽,浸泡液制备方法如下:将白沙蒿、朱砂莲、樱草根、斑茅、花椒放入水中,大火熬制3‑4h后,过滤得滤液,将壳聚糖、多菌灵加入滤液中搅拌溶解后,灭菌得浸泡液;S3:土壤的准备;S4:播种;S5:田间管理。本发明的白芨种植时采用种子浸泡液对种子进行浸泡,不仅改善了种子的透气性,有利于种子的萌发,同时,还能提高种子对土壤病虫害的抵御能力,提高种子的发芽率;白芨可实现增产14.5%以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及植物种植栽培技术领域,具体涉及一种白芨的种植方法。
背景技术
中药材中的白芨其药用价值非常高,原生药材以野生为主,随着人们对白芨的认识,亦被用于食材,野生资源日渐枯竭,且处于保护自然植被及多样性,白芨的人工培植驯化一直是中药材主要的来元。现有技术中,白芨的种植存在成活率低的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种成活率高的白芨的种植方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种白芨的种植方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:于每年10-12月采摘三岔白芨的种子,阴干5-10天;
S2:将阴干后的种子用浸泡液浸泡40-70min后,置于温度12-24℃、相对湿度50-70%的环境中催芽15-20天;
其中,浸泡液制备方法如下:
将白沙蒿、朱砂莲、樱草根、斑茅、花椒放入水中,大火熬制3-4h后,过滤得滤液,将壳聚糖、多菌灵加入滤液中搅拌溶解后,灭菌得浸泡液;
S3:土壤的准备:土壤整平疏松,其表面覆盖基质,基质的铺盖厚度为5-8cm,基质铺盖后喷洒质量浓度为0.03%的消毒液;
S4:播种:选择温度10-20℃的条件下,保持湿度50-70%时将催芽后的种子撒播于基质上,种子位于基质浅表上;
S5:田间管理:每年除草3-5次;每年施肥3-5次。
优选地,步骤S2中浸泡液制备时,灭菌温度为110-120℃,灭菌时间为10-15min。
优选地,步骤S2中浸泡液制备时,灭菌温度为115℃,灭菌时间为13min。
优选地,步骤S2中浸泡液中各原料的重量份数如下:
白沙蒿5-8份、朱砂莲3-6份、樱草根2-4份、斑茅3-6份、花椒5-8份、壳聚糖1-3份、多菌灵1-3份。

本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的白芨种植时采用种子浸泡液对种子进行浸泡,不仅改善了种子的透气性,有利于种子的萌发,同时,还能提高种子对土壤病虫害的抵御能力,提高种子的发芽率;白芨可实现增产14.5%以上。

S3:土壤的准备:土壤整平疏松,其表面覆盖基质,基质的铺盖厚度为5-8cm,基质铺盖后喷洒质量浓度为0.03%的消毒液;
S4:播种:选择温度10-20℃的条件下,保持湿度50-70%时将催芽后的种子撒播于基质上,种子位于基质浅表上;
