Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of IP voice communication, and in particular, to a voice call processing method and apparatus.
Background
With the development of unified communications, users have higher and higher networking requirements for Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP), and network administrators want to configure and manage the network more easily.
In a networking model of a large enterprise and a government client, due to the large number of users, a plurality of sets of IP-Private Branch exchange (IPPBX) switches need to be deployed. The main stream of the IPPBX widely used in the market at present is to use Session Initiation Protocol (SIP Protocol); in the SIP protocol, several entity types are defined, including: a Proxy server Proxy and a Back-to-Back User Agent (B2 BUA). The Proxy is an intermediate entity, which serves as both a client and a server, and provides a forwarding service for other clients, and handles the same Invite request. The B2BUA is a logical entity that is a concatenation of a Client Agent Client (UAC) and a User Server Agent Server (UAS) for receiving an Invite request and reinitiating a new Invite request. Since B2BUA is more flexible in handling traffic, the SIP protocol in most ip pbxs in the industry is now a logical entity of B2 BUA.
In practical applications, when a user goes on a business trip or moves within a department, his home ip pbx may change. But at this time, the user wants his own number not to change, so all the user information is recorded on each set of IPPBX. As shown in fig. 1, ip pbx101 and ip pbx102 are both B2BUA entities, and refer to dial-up routing to each other. If user terminal a successfully registers with ip pbx101 and user terminal B does not register with ip pbx102, then call to user terminal B from user terminal a may cause a call loop problem. Namely: when the user terminal A calls the user terminal B, the Invite request is initiated, the IPPBX101 judges that the number of the user terminal B is not the number of the local registered user after receiving the Invite request, and then the IPPBX101 sends the Invite request to the IPPBX102 according to the dial routing. And the ip pbx102 determines that the number of the user terminal B is not the number of the local registered user, so the Invite request is sent to the ip pbx101 again, and so on, which finally causes the call to form a loop. In addition, if the user dials an incorrect number, the call may also be looped. In this case, not only the call fails, but also the server resources are greatly occupied.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention, presented in the figures, is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The following are detailed descriptions of the respective embodiments.
Example one
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for processing a voice call, which is applied to an application scene shown in figure 1. As shown in fig. 1, ip pbx101 and ip pbx102 are both B2BUA entities, and refer to dial-up routing to each other. The specific processing flow of the method is shown in fig. 2 when the user terminal a successfully registers with the ip pbx101 and the user terminal a initiates a call to the user terminal B if the user terminal B does not register with the ip pbx 102. Taking the ip pbx101 in fig. 1 as an example, the method includes the following steps:
step S201, the IPPBX101 receives an Invite request, and if the destination number of the Invite request is the number of a local registered user, local call processing is carried out; otherwise, acquiring the identity in the Invite request.
As shown in fig. 1, if the ip pbx101 receives an Invite request from the user terminal a, the ip pbx101 inquires whether a destination number of the Invite request is a number of a local registered user. Since the number of the user terminal B is not the number of the local registered user of the ip pbx101, the ip pbx101 searches the id header field in the header of the Invite request, and at this time, the Invite request does not include any id header field, so that the obtained id is null.
It should be noted that, if the ip pbx101 receives the Invite request initiated by the ip pbx102, the ip pbx101 queries whether the destination number of the Invite request is a number of a local registered user. Because the number of the user terminal B is not the number of the local registered user of the ip pbx101, the ip pbx101 searches the id header field in the message header of the Invite request, and if the message header of the Invite request includes N id header fields, sequentially obtains an id 1 and an id 2 … … id N in a field value after the id header field, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
Step S202, detecting whether the identity is the same as the unique identity of the IPPBX101, if so, entering step S203, otherwise, entering step S204.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the network-wide unique identifier of the IP pbx101 may be a MAC address or an IP address of the IP pbx101, or other user-defined identifiers.
The network-wide unique identity of the IPPBX101 can also be any one of the MAC address or the IP address of the IPPBX101 or other self-defined identities, and an MD5 value is obtained by a hash algorithm together with a random number generated by the system; the MD5 values are stored locally on the ip pbx 101.
In this step, the network-wide unique id of the ip pbx101 is obtained, and if the network-wide unique id is the MD5 value, the MD5 value stored locally in the ip pbx101 is obtained. Whether the identification 1 and the identification 2 … … obtained in step S201 contain the unique identification of the ip pbx101 is determined in sequence. If an identity is the same as the unique identity of the IPPBX101 in the whole network, the detection result is the same, which indicates that a call loop occurs, and step S203 is executed; otherwise, if the detection results are not the same, step S204 is executed.
Step S203, replying an error response to the initiator of the Invite request.
Since step S202 detects that the id in the Invite request is the same as the network-wide unique id of the ip pbx101, indicating that a loop is generated, in this step, the ip pbx101 replies a 4XX error response to the initiator of the Invite request.
Step S204, repackage the Invite request, adding the full-network unique identity of the IPPBX to the repackaged Invite request, and initiating a call request.
The IPPBX101 repackages the Invite request, adds an identification header field to the message header of the repackaged Invite request, and adds a full-network unique identification with a domain value of the IPPBX101 after the identification header field. The ip pbx101 then initiates a call request to the ip pbx102 with the repackaged Invite request, according to dial routing.
It should be noted that the method for processing a voice call in the embodiment of the present invention is also applicable to the ip pbx102 shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein again.
Example two
The embodiment of the present invention provides another method for processing a voice call, which is described by taking the ip pbx101 in the application scenario shown in fig. 1 as an example. As shown in fig. 3, in addition to steps S201 to S204 shown in fig. 2, the processing flow of the embodiment of the present invention further includes step S200 before step S201, specifically:
step S200, configuring an enabling switch for the IPPBX, and turning on the enabling switch.
When the enable switch is turned on, the IPPBX101 supports the function of the identity; otherwise, the ip pbx101 does not support the function of the identity.
When the enable switch is turned on, steps S201 to S204 are the same as steps S201 to S204 in the first embodiment, and are not described again here.
Configuration-enabled switches may be used to address device compatibility issues in a network. If other IPPBX equipment in the network does not support the identity function, the enabling switch can be closed on the dialing route.

And the unique network identity of the IPPBX is the MAC address or the IP address or other self-defined identity of the IPPBX.
The unique identification of the whole network of the IPPBX is any one of the MAC address or the IP address of the IPPBX or other self-defined identifications, and an MD5 value is obtained by a hash algorithm together with a random number generated by a system; the MD5 value is stored locally on the ip pbx.
The detecting module 402 is specifically configured to, if the destination number of the Invite request is not the number of the local registered user, search the id header field in the message header of the Invite request; if the message header of the Invite request contains more than one identity, sequentially acquiring the identity in the domain value after the identity header; judging whether an identity identical to the unique identity of the IPPBX in the whole network exists; if an identity identical to the unique identity of the IPPBX in the whole network exists, the detection result is identical, otherwise, the detection result is different.
