The anti-collapse terminal is characterized in that the first terminal and the second terminal are oppositely arranged, and the end parts of the first terminal and the second terminal are bent in the transverse direction to form the pressing parts which extend below the elastic arms of the second terminal and the first terminal, so that the end parts of the first terminal and the second terminal are pressed below the elastic arms of the second terminal and the first terminal, and the end parts of the electronic card are not tilted and damaged due to friction and hanging during the insertion and the extraction of the electronic card.
Preferably, the pressed portion is formed by being reversely bent downward from opposite lateral outer sides of the first or second terminal such that the pressed portion is located under the second or first elastic arm.
Preferably, the contact portions of the first and second terminals are located on the same horizontal line in the transverse direction so as to ensure that the contact portions of the first and second terminals can simultaneously contact the golden finger of the electronic card.
Preferably, at least one holding portion of the first and second terminals is extended to form a soldering leg soldered with the printed circuit board.
Preferably, the crush-proof terminals are arranged in two rows in the transverse direction to form a crush-proof terminal group.
Preferably, the holding portions of the second terminals of the crush-preventing terminal group are located on the same horizontal line in the lateral direction.
Preferably, the crush resistant terminal set is integrally stamped from sheet metal.
In order to solve the technical problem, the application also provides a card seat which comprises the anti-crumple terminal, an insulating body which is formed by integrating the anti-crumple terminal and a shielding shell which covers the insulating body.
In order to solve the technical problem, the application also provides mobile equipment, which comprises the clamping seat.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to specific embodiments of the present application and corresponding drawings. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the card holder of the present application includes a crush-proof terminal 30, an insulating body 10 integrally forming the crush-proof terminal 30, and a shielding housing 20 covering the insulating body 10.
The anti-crumple terminals 30 are formed on the insulating body 10 in two rows transversely, each anti-crumple terminal 30 comprises a first terminal 31 and a second terminal 32 which are oppositely arranged, and each of the first terminal 31 and the second terminal 32 respectively comprises a fixing part 33 formed in the insulating body 10, an elastic arm 34 formed by extending upwards from the fixing part 33 relatively obliquely, an end part 35 formed by bending downwards from the tail end of the elastic arm 34 and a contact part 36 formed at the top end of the elastic arm 34. The end portions 35 of the first (second) terminals 31,32 are folded back and extended outside in the lateral direction to form pressed portions 37 located below the elastic arms 34 of the second (first) terminals 32, 31. The pressed portion 37 is formed by being bent back downward from opposite lateral outer sides of the first or second terminals 31,32 and then extended such that the pressed portion 37 is located under the elastic arm 34 of the second or first terminal 32, 32.
The holding portions of the second terminals 32 in the two rows of crush-preventing terminals 30 are located on the same horizontal line in the lateral direction. The contact portions 36 of the first and second terminals 31,32 are positioned on the same horizontal line in the lateral direction to ensure that the contact portions 36 of the first and second terminals 31,32 can simultaneously contact the gold fingers of the electronic card.
In one embodiment, at least one of the holding portions 33 of the first and second terminals 31,32 of each crush-proof terminal 30 is extended to form a solder fillet (not shown) soldered to the printed circuit board.
The first and second terminals 31,32 are disposed opposite to each other in the longitudinal direction, and projections of the contact portions 36 in the lateral direction overlap each other.
The pressing part 37 is reversely bent from the lateral outer side of the end part 35, so that the group of crush-proof terminals 30 can be formed by one-step punching in punching, and the problem that the sheet metal material cannot be blanked is avoided, namely, the pressing part 37 can be cut and punched from the sheet metal.
The card seat is applied to mobile electronic equipment, such as a mobile phone, a tablet and the like.
The crush-proof terminals 30 of the present application are formed by bending the first and second terminals 31,32 disposed opposite to each other in the lateral direction of the end portions 35 of the first and second terminals 31,32 to form pressing portions 37 extending under the elastic arms 35 of the second and first terminals 32,31, so that the end portions of the first and second terminals 31,32 are pressed under the elastic arms of the second and first terminals 32,31, and the end portions 35 are not tilted to be damaged by the wiping during the insertion and removal of the electronic card.
