本发明公开了一种食品蒸烤箱蒸烤室照明装置，旨在提供一种结构简单、安全可靠、使用寿命长的食品蒸烤箱蒸烤室照明装置。其技术方案的要点是：是利用利用蒸烤箱门内外玻璃的隔离作用，使发光条不受蒸烤室环境的影响，结构简单、安全可靠、使用寿命长，大幅度降低了产品产制造成本。

技术领域
本发明属食品加工机械领域，具体涉及一种食品蒸烤箱蒸烤室照明装置。
背景技术
目前，烤箱照明灯的安装结构主要为平贴着安装在烤箱背部、侧壁及顶部；先将灯座卡在相关烤箱壁，灯泡通过灯脚插入灯座，灯罩罩在灯座上，起到保护灯泡的作用，照明灯普遍采用与烤箱壁平行安装的方式。以上方案，当照明灯安装在烤箱侧壁时，首先侧壁安装不便，安装效率低，而且灯水平射入光线，不符合用户从顶向下的照明视觉习惯；通常为补偿相关不足，需要再在烤箱顶部安装一个照明灯，导致成本较高；而照明灯安装在背部，不仅照明效果与装在侧壁的方式有同等缺陷，而且照明灯安装在背部，灯的主要照明方向为正对着用户眼睛，用户在观察烤箱内工作状态时极度刺眼，看不清楚，体验效果极差。而照明灯安装在顶部的方案，因为照明灯为平贴在内胆顶壁，虽然符合一般照明及用户使用效果，但灯泡成水平安装；当烤箱工作时，油烟会顺着灯罩与灯座的缝隙渗入灯座内，长期以往会在灯泡上形成集油，流入灯脚，造成灯座与灯脚接触异常、短路或断路，造成照明灯损坏或不工作。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种食品蒸烤箱蒸烤室照明装置，该装置是将发光条镶嵌在蒸烤室门内外侧玻璃中间夹层两端,照射方向向内,使发光条不受蒸烤室内蒸烤时的环境的影响, 本发明为解决其技术问题而采用的技术方案是：
一种食品蒸烤箱蒸烤室照明装置，包括箱体、蒸烤箱门、内侧玻璃5、外侧玻璃、操作控制面板、电源输入,所述箱体1前端一侧设置有可以开关的蒸烤箱门，另一侧设置有操作控制面板, 所述蒸烤箱门框内分别镶嵌设置有内侧玻璃和外侧玻璃，所述内侧玻璃与外侧玻璃中间夹层两端分别镶嵌设置有发光条,所述发光条向箱内照射，所述发光条一端与导线一端相连接,所述导线另一端通过散热孔引出再进入箱体与操作控制面板相连接, 所述箱体前端门框上端中部设置有限位开关，所述箱体一侧设置有电源输入。
所述内侧玻璃和外侧玻璃可采用耐高温透明玻璃。
所述发光条可采用LED照明。
本发明的有益效果是：所述食品蒸烤箱蒸烤室照明装置是将发光条设置在内侧玻璃与外侧玻璃中间，利用蒸烤箱门内外玻璃的隔离作用，使发光条不受蒸烤室环境的影响，结构简单、安全可靠、使用寿命长，大幅度降低了产品产制造成本。

在图1所示实施例中，所述箱体1前端一侧设置有可以开关的蒸烤箱门2，另一侧设置有操作控制面板8, 所述蒸烤箱门2框内分别镶嵌设置有内侧玻璃5和外侧玻璃6，所述内侧玻璃5与外侧玻璃6中间夹层两端分别镶嵌设置有发光条4,所述发光条4向箱内照射，所述发光条4一端与导线7一端相连接,所述导线7另一端通过散热孔3引出再进入箱体与操作控制面板8相连接, 所述箱体1前端门框上端中部设置有限位开关10，所述箱体1一侧设置有电源输入9。
所述内侧玻璃5和外侧玻璃6可采用耐高温透明玻璃。
所述发光条4可采用LED照明。
通常，该食品蒸烤箱蒸烤室照明装置当蒸烤箱门2打开时限位开关10接通，发光条4亮，当蒸烤箱门2关闭 时限位开关10断开发光条4不亮，也可通过操作控制面板，操作控制在不打开蒸烤箱门情况下实现发光条4打开或关闭。

1.一种食品蒸烤箱蒸烤室照明装置，包括箱体（1）,蒸烤箱门（2）内侧玻璃（5）外侧玻璃（6）操作控制面板（8）电源输入（9 ） , 其特征在于，所述箱体（1）前端一侧设置有可以开关的蒸烤箱门（2），另一侧设置有操作控制面板（8）, 所述蒸烤箱门（2）框内分别镶嵌设置有内侧玻璃（5）和外侧玻璃（6 ），所述内侧玻璃（5）与外侧玻璃（6）中间夹层两端分别镶嵌设置有发光条（4）,所述发光条（4）向箱内照射，所述发光条（4）一端与导线（7）一端相连接,所述导线（7）另一端通过散热孔（3）引出再进入箱体与操作控制面板（8）相连接, 所述箱体（1）前端门框上端中部设置有限位开关（10），所述箱体（1）一侧设置有电源输入（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述食品蒸烤箱蒸烤室照明装置，其特征在于：所述内侧玻璃（5）和外侧玻璃（6）可采用耐高温透明玻璃。
