Abstract

本发明公开了一种太阳能路灯,包括一灯杆,灯杆的中间具有一个空心的安装腔,所述灯杆的底部设置一地埋盒,地埋盒内具有一个气缸安装腔,气缸安装腔内安装一驱动气缸,驱动气缸的气缸杆穿过灯杆并伸入于灯杆内部的安装腔内,气缸杆的伸入端连接一推动用的活塞;灯杆的外壁开设四个贯穿灯杆用的通槽,通槽的底部均铰接一转动支架,所述转动支架包括垂直部以及一拱形部,垂直部垂直焊接在拱形部内侧端的拱形面中。本发明隐藏了路灯的光伏板的结构,使得路灯的整体抗风能力大大增加,且能够大大增加光照面积,增加发电量,增加路灯的整体强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种路灯,特别涉及一种太阳能路灯。
背景技术
太阳能路灯是采用晶体硅太阳能电池供电,免维护阀控式密封蓄电池(胶体电池)储存电能,超高亮LED灯具作为光源,并由智能化充放电控制器控制,用于代替传统公用电力照明的路灯。
由于太阳能路灯的灯杆顶部安装体积较大的光伏板,且灯杆的高度较高,因此高空设置的光伏板在承受较大的气流之后很容易损坏,光伏板增加了整个路灯的吃风压力,导致整个路灯在安装有光伏板后,承载力降低,使用寿命降低的情况。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种太阳能路灯,采用花瓣状的开合结构,使得整个路灯省去了光伏支架的固定结构,在大风天气时能够与灯杆结合为一体,增加整体抗风强度,不会因为光伏板而缩短整个路灯的使用寿命,有效解决现有技术中的不足。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种太阳能路灯,包括一灯杆,灯杆的中间具有一个空心的安装腔,所述灯杆的底部设置一地埋盒,地埋盒内具有一个气缸安装腔,气缸安装腔内安装一驱动气缸,驱动气缸的气缸杆穿过灯杆并伸入于灯杆内部的安装腔内,气缸杆的伸入端连接一推动用的活塞;
灯杆的外壁开设四个贯穿灯杆用的通槽,通槽的底部均铰接一转动支架,所述转动支架包括垂直部以及一拱形部,垂直部垂直焊接在拱形部内侧端的拱形面中,拱形部设置于灯杆的外部,垂直部穿过灯杆的通槽并伸入于安装腔内,拱形部的凹面一侧紧贴着灯杆,并围绕成一个包裹灯杆外壁的圆形结构,所述垂直部以及拱形部上均嵌入设置有光伏板。
作为优选的技术方案,所述光伏板包括嵌入设置在垂直部两侧面上的第一光伏板,以及嵌入设置在拱形部外侧面上的第二光伏板,第二光伏板为一拱形光伏板,或者由两块光伏板拼接而成。
作为优选的技术方案,所述垂直部的底部均设置有一个倾斜导向面,所述活塞相对倾斜导向面一面为一个倾斜面,所述活塞截面呈等腰梯形状,活塞的倾斜面与垂直部的倾斜导向面接触。
作为优选的技术方案,所述垂直部的底部设置一延伸部,所述通槽的底面焊接两支撑片,延伸部插入于两支撑片之间,中间穿过设置一转动轴,所述转动轴上均套装一扭力弹簧。
作为优选的技术方案,所述驱动气缸通过一气缸控制盒控制驱动,气缸控制盒设置于地埋盒的一侧,气缸控制盒内设置一控制主板,控制主板的信号输入端接一信号传感器,控制主板接收信号传感器传输过来的驱动信号并控制驱动气缸动作。
作为优选的技术方案,所述地埋盒的顶部一侧设置一安装板,安装板上端安装一光线传感器,光线传感器的信号输出端有线连接气缸控制盒内部的控制主板。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的各转动支架在不使用时能够缩入于灯杆内部,使其围绕成一个包裹灯杆的圆形结构,此时可有效隐藏所有的光伏板,能够有效保护光伏板,防止光伏板受气流太大而损坏;
在白天有光线时,能够利用驱动气缸全部顶出,具有各个方位的光线接收,增加光线接触面积,进而增加光伏板的发电量,外形非常的美观,顶出之后酷似一朵盛开的花。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本太阳能路灯,包括一灯杆2,灯杆2的中间具有一个空心的安装腔3,灯杆2的底部设置一地埋盒16,地埋盒16内具有一个气缸安装腔,气缸安装腔内安装一驱动气缸15,驱动气缸15的气缸杆穿过灯杆2并伸入于灯杆2内部的安装腔3内,气缸杆的伸入端连接一推动用的活塞14;
灯杆2的外壁开设四个贯穿灯杆用的通槽4,通槽4的底部均铰接一转动支架;
如图2所示,转动支架包括垂直部1以及一拱形部6,垂直部1垂直焊接在拱形部内侧端的拱形面中,拱形部6设置于灯杆2的外部,垂直部1穿过灯杆2的通槽4并伸入于安装腔3内,拱形部6的凹面一侧紧贴着灯杆2,并围绕成一个包裹灯杆2外壁的圆形结构,垂直部1以及拱形部6上均嵌入设置有光伏板,转动支架在不使用时,其包裹在灯杆的外部,因此其与灯杆为一个整体的结构,即可外部气流再大,也不会影响路灯。
光伏板包括嵌入设置在垂直部1两侧面上的第一光伏板5,以及嵌入设置在拱形部6外侧面上的第二光伏板7,第二光伏板7为一拱形光伏板,或者由两块光伏板拼接而成,在转动支架收纳之后,使其成为一个整体,但是由于第二光伏板始终位于转动支架的外部,因此还是可以利用第二光伏板进行发电的,当外部太阳光线较大时,整个转动支架被撑开,像花瓣一样被顶出至通槽外部,此时垂直部上的第一光伏板也可以与各个时段的太阳光进行直接接触,利用各个角度的光伏板进行发电,发电量大大的提升。
如图3所示,垂直部1的底部均设置有一个倾斜导向面17,活塞14相对倾斜导向面一面为一个倾斜面,活塞14截面呈等腰梯形状,活塞14的倾斜面与垂直部的倾斜导向面接触,垂直部的底部设置一延伸部19,通槽的底面焊接两支撑片21,延伸部19插入于两支撑片21之间,中间穿过设置一转动轴18,转动轴18上均套装一扭力弹簧(未图示),当驱动气缸驱动顶起之后,活塞会垂直向上运动,活塞挤压与其接触的垂直部,使得垂直部向外撑开,扭力弹簧弹性变形,整个转动支架沿着底部的转动轴为转动点,向外顶出,此时垂直部上嵌入的第一光伏板能够与太阳光线接触,实现太阳能发电,由于太阳的位置会进行改变,因此太阳不管移动至哪,都能照射在其中一块或者几块光伏板上,始终能够发电。
本实施例中,驱动气缸15通过一气缸控制盒11控制驱动,气缸控制盒11设置于地埋盒16的一侧,气缸控制盒11内设置一控制主板12,控制主板12的信号输入端接一信号传感器,控制主板接收信号传感器传输过来的驱动信号并控制驱动气缸动作。地埋盒的顶部一侧设置一安装板9,安装板上端安装一光线传感器8,光线传感器8的信号输出端有线连接气缸控制盒11内部的控制主板12。
当外部太阳光线出现之后,光线传感器检测光线,并把驱动信号传输至控制主板,控制主板控制驱动气缸顶起,进而将各转动支架向外顶出,当外部无太阳光线(阴雨天气时),控制主板接收不到光感信号,此时控制驱动气缸回缩,各转动支架在扭力弹簧的作用下归位,重新缩入于灯杆内部,使其与灯杆重新变成一个整体,有效抵抗大气流的冲击。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的各转动支架在不使用时能够缩入于灯杆内部,使其围绕成一个包裹灯杆的圆形结构,此时可有效隐藏所有的光伏板,能够有效保护光伏板,防止光伏板受气流太大而损坏;
在白天有光线时,能够利用驱动气缸全部顶出,具有各个方位的光线接收,增加光线接触面积,进而增加光伏板的发电量,外形非常的美观,顶出之后酷似一朵盛开的花。

1.一种太阳能路灯,其特征在于:包括一灯杆,灯杆的中间具有一个空心的安装腔,所述灯杆的底部设置一地埋盒,地埋盒内具有一个气缸安装腔,气缸安装腔内安装一驱动气缸,驱动气缸的气缸杆穿过灯杆并伸入于灯杆内部的安装腔内,气缸杆的伸入端连接一推动用的活塞;
灯杆的外壁开设四个贯穿灯杆用的通槽,通槽的底部均铰接一转动支架,所述转动支架包括垂直部以及一拱形部,垂直部垂直焊接在拱形部内侧端的拱形面中,拱形部设置于灯杆的外部,垂直部穿过灯杆的通槽并伸入于安装腔内,拱形部的凹面一侧紧贴着灯杆,并围绕成一个包裹灯杆外壁的圆形结构,所述垂直部以及拱形部上均嵌入设置有光伏板;
所述光伏板包括嵌入设置在垂直部两侧面上的第一光伏板,以及嵌入设置在拱形部外侧面上的第二光伏板,第二光伏板为一拱形光伏板,或者由两块光伏板拼接而成;
所述垂直部的底部设置一延伸部,所述通槽的底面焊接两支撑片,延伸部插入于两支撑片之间,中间穿过设置一转动轴,所述转动轴上均套装一扭力弹簧。
2.如权利要求1所述的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述垂直部的底部均设置有一个倾斜导向面,所述活塞相对倾斜导向面一面为一个倾斜面,所述活塞截面呈等腰梯形状,活塞的倾斜面与垂直部的倾斜导向面接触。
3.如权利要求1所述的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述驱动气缸通过一气缸控制盒控制驱动,气缸控制盒设置于地埋盒的一侧,气缸控制盒内设置一控制主板,控制主板的信号输入端接一信号传感器,控制主板接收信号传感器传输过来的驱动信号并控制驱动气缸动作。
4.如权利要求1所述的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述地埋盒的顶部一侧设置一安装板,安装板上端安装一光线传感器,光线传感器的信号输出端有线连接气缸控制盒内部的控制主板。
