The side of the cover 33 remote from the light emitting assembly is hinged to the base 31. Thus, after the buckle plate 36 is released, one side of the cover body 33 is unfolded, and the other side is hinged with the base 31, so that the cover body is incompletely separated and is convenient to maintain.
A supporting frame 39 for preventing the cover body 33 from being closed is arranged between the cover body 33 and the base 31, the supporting frame 39 is of a U-shaped structure, two arms are hinged with the cover body 33, and a limiting step 310 matched with the top of the supporting frame 39 is arranged on the base 31. After the cover 33 is opened, the cover 33 can be kept in an opened state by supporting the supporting frame 39 against the limiting step 310, and after the street lamp maintenance is completed, the supporting frame 39 is released from the limiting step 310 to cover the cover 33.
The two arms of the bracket 39 are arranged in a bent manner. The bending angle is toward one side of the limiting step 310. This makes it possible to make the pressure of the stay 39 against the restricting step 310 small in the component force in the horizontal direction, otherwise, if the component force in the horizontal direction is too large, the stay 39 easily slides out from the restricting step 310, so that the stay 39 cannot support the cover 33 to maintain the open state.
The base 31 is provided with a rotating shaft 313, and the cover 33 is provided with a shaft hole 314 matched with the rotating shaft 313. The base 31 is provided with a first hinging seat 320, and the limiting step 310 and the rotating shaft 313 are arranged on the first hinging seat 320; the cover 33 is provided with a second hinge seat 321, and the bracket 39 and the shaft hole 314 are arranged on the second hinge seat 321.
The mounting assembly 3 further has a receiving cavity 317, the receiving cavity 317 is formed by covering the cover 33 with the base 31, the receiving cavity 317 is located at one side of the mounting assembly 3 near the lamp post connecting seat 34, and the first hinge seat 320 and the second hinge seat 321 are disposed in the receiving cavity 317. By the design, all the part components at the hinge position can not be seen from the outside, so that the hinge position is attractive, and all the part components at the hinge position can be prevented from being directly exposed to the outside and being exposed to the sun and rain, and are not easy to rust and age.
The LED street lamp provided by the utility model is provided with two modules 2, and the two modules 2 are arranged in a straight line with the decoration component 1 and the installation component 3. The module 2 comprises a radiator 21 and an aluminum substrate 23 fixed on the radiator 21, a plurality of LEDs are welded on the aluminum substrate 23, a heat conducting sheet 22 is fixed between the aluminum substrate 23 and the radiator 21, and the heat conducting sheet 22 is used for assisting heat conduction and accelerating heat dissipation. The thermally conductive sheet 22 may be a graphite thermally conductive sheet.
The aluminum substrate 23 is provided with a printed circuit and connected to an output terminal of the power supply driver 35. Waterproof binding posts 29 are inlaid in the places, which are not covered by the aluminum substrate 23, of the edges of the radiator 21, and waterproof binding posts are correspondingly arranged on the base 31 and used for enabling wires to pass through and keeping a sealed waterproof state. One surface of the aluminum substrate 23 is closely attached to the radiator 21, the other surface of the aluminum substrate is closely attached to the lens plate 24, and the lens plate 24 is protruded to form a condensing lens with condensing effect corresponding to the position of each LED welded on the aluminum substrate 23.
One surface of the lens plate 24 is clung to the aluminum substrate 23, the other surface is clung to the reflecting cover 25, the reflecting cover 25 is a horn mouth, and the condensing lens of the lens plate 24 extends into the horn mouth. After the light generated by the LEDs is focused by the condensing lens, although most of the light irradiates towards the front, a large amount of light irradiates towards the side, and the direction of the light can be changed into the direction towards the front under the reflecting action of the reflecting cover 25, so that the LED street lamp irradiates brighter on one hand, and the temperature rise of the LED street lamp can be reduced on the other hand. The side, which is close to the lens plate 24, of the reflecting cover 25 is provided with a first inward folded edge 251, and the first folded edge 251 is provided with a fixing hole 252; the reflector 25 has an outwardly directed second flange 253 on the side facing away from the lens plate 24.
The aluminum substrate 23, the lens plate 24 and the reflecting cover 25 are provided with fixing holes at corresponding positions, and the reflecting cover 25, the lens plate 24 and the aluminum substrate 23 are simultaneously fixed to the heat sink 21 in series by screws passing through the fixing holes.
The module 2 further comprises a decorative cover 28 cooperating with the heat sink 21, the decorative cover 28 being fixed to the heat sink 21 by means of screws. The center of the decorative cover 28 is provided with a light-transmitting plate 26, and the light-transmitting plate 26 and the decorative cover 28 are made of glass. The light-transmitting plate 26 is sandwiched between the decorative cover 28 and the reflective cover 25. In the utility model, all LEDs welded on an aluminum substrate 23 are in one-to-one correspondence with condensing lenses on a lens plate 24, all the condensing lenses extend into a reflecting cover 25, one small opening end of the horn-shaped reflecting cover 25 faces the lens plate 24, one large opening end faces a light-transmitting plate 26, and the large opening of the reflecting cover 25 is covered by the size of the light-transmitting plate 26. The second flange 253 of the reflector 25 may be in close contact with the light-transmitting plate 26. The decorative cover 28 is provided with a notch 283 matched with the light-transmitting plate 26, the inner side of the notch 283 is provided with a pressing frame 281 for pushing the light-transmitting plate 26, and the inner ring of the pressing frame 281 is provided with a folded edge 282 turned over towards the light-transmitting plate 26.
In order to increase the sealability between the decorative cover 28 and the radiator 21, a sealing ring 27 is arranged between the decorative cover 28 and the radiator, and a mounting groove for accommodating the sealing ring 27 is arranged on the decorative cover 28.
The radiator 21 is ring-shaped and includes a mounting surface 211 for fixing the decorative cover 28 and the like, and two mounting arms 212 are respectively provided on both sides of the mounting surface 211, wherein one of the mounting arms 212 is provided with a waterproof binding post 29. The LED street lamp module provided by the utility model is matched with the reflector 25 through the lens plate 24, so that as much light as possible can be effectively utilized for road illumination. When as much light as possible is effectively utilized, the heat generated by the LED street lamp is reduced, and meanwhile, the heat dissipation can be assisted by arranging the heat conducting fins 22 between the aluminum substrate 23 and the radiator 21, so that the radiator 21 has good heat generation control level even if a large number of heat dissipation fins are not arranged to increase the heat dissipation area.

As shown in fig. 14 to 17, the LED street lamp using the module according to the second embodiment of the present utility model has the same structure as the other parts of example 1, and only the module structure is different.
The module 2' comprises a radiator 21' and an aluminum substrate 23' fixed on the radiator 21', wherein a plurality of LEDs are welded on the aluminum substrate 23', and a heat conducting fin 22' is fixed between the aluminum substrate 23' and the radiator 21', and the heat conducting fin 22' is used for assisting heat conduction and accelerating heat dissipation. The thermally conductive sheet 22' may be a graphite thermally conductive sheet.
The radiator 21 'comprises a mounting surface 211' for fixing the aluminum substrate 23', and the like, wherein two sides of the mounting surface 211' are respectively provided with a mounting arm 212', one of the mounting arms 212' is provided with a waterproof binding post 29', and one surface of the mounting surface 211' away from the aluminum substrate 23 'is provided with a plurality of radiating fins 213' which are distributed at intervals.
One surface of the aluminum substrate 23' is closely attached to the radiator 21', and the other surface is closely attached to the lens plate 24', and the lens plate 24' is protruded to form a condensing lens with condensing effect corresponding to the position of each LED welded on the aluminum substrate 23 '. In this embodiment, the lens plate 24' is directly exposed to the outermost side, so that the lens plate 24' also has a function of a certain decorative cover, the middle of the lens plate 24' has a containing cavity 241' for containing the aluminum substrate 23' and the heat conducting fins 22', all the condensing lenses are arranged in the coverage of the containing cavity 241', the edge of the lens plate 24' is directly and fixedly mounted against the mounting surface 211', in order to increase the tightness with the radiator 21', a sealing ring 27' is arranged between the sealing ring and the mounting surface, and a mounting groove for containing the sealing ring 27' is arranged on the lens plate 24 '.
Claims (7)
1. The LED street lamp comprises a head decoration component, a middle light-emitting component and a tail installation component, wherein the installation component comprises a base with a waterproof groove and a cover body matched with the base to seal the waterproof groove, a power supply drive electrically connected with the light-emitting component is arranged in the waterproof groove, the LED street lamp is characterized in that a pinch plate for locking the base and the cover body is arranged at a joint between the installation component and the light-emitting component, the pinch plate is pivoted with the base and is divided into a locking part and an operating part by taking a pivot point as a boundary, the locking part is positioned in the joint and matched with a fastener on the cover body in a locking state, at least part of the operating part extends out of the joint and is provided with a reset spring with the base,
the side surface of the mounting component, which is opposite to the light-emitting component, is provided with a cavity for avoiding the pinch plate,
the cover body is provided with a convex eave which covers the cavity body from the top surface,
the operating part covers the cavity from the bottom surface and is connected with the side wall of the base,
the cavity is opened at the bottom surface of the mounting component, and two sides of the cavity are not opened,
the fastener on the cover body is covered by the protruding eave, and the protruding eave and the cover body are integrally formed.
