the lifting mechanism (3) comprises a lifting threaded cylinder (3-1), a lifting belt wheel I (3-2), a lifting shaft (3-3), a lifting handle (3-4) and a lifting belt wheel II (3-5), the middle end of the lifting threaded cylinder (3-1) is fixedly connected with a lifting belt wheel I (3-2), two ends of a lifting shaft (3-3) are respectively fixedly connected with a lifting handle (3-4) and a lifting belt wheel II (3-5), the lifting belt wheel I (3-2) and the lifting belt wheel II (3-5) are connected through belt transmission, the lifting shaft (3-3) is rotatably connected onto a support plate I (1-6), the upper end of the lifting threaded cylinder (3-1) is rotatably connected onto a bottom plate (1-1), and a lifting threaded rod (2-9) is connected into the lifting threaded cylinder (3-1) through threads;
