本发明公开了一种新型抽拉式蝶阀,包括传动装置、抽拉把手、O型圈、轴杆、阀体、阀座、下轴套、定位弹簧、阀板、定位销、上轴套,传动装置内置安装的抽拉把手通过齿轮与轴杆连接,轴杆上端套装了O型圈,阀板通过定位销固定安装在轴杆上,轴杆杆体上套装了下轴套和上轴套,轴杆底端套装的定位弹簧安装在阀体的阀座底端中心安装孔内,一种新型抽拉式蝶阀,采用抽拉式抽拉把手通过齿轮连接轴杆实现阀板的翻转,抽拉把手杆体上焊接有竖直齿轮,竖直齿轮与轴杆上焊接的半圆齿轮对应安装,抽拉式开关的设计较旋转开关更为直接,且安装效率高,维护成本低,抽拉式开关的设计开关方便,轴杆下端安装的定位弹簧具有稳定轴杆的作用,提高了轴杆的安装精度。

本发明涉及阀门领域,特别是一种新型抽拉式蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,可用于低压管道介质的开关控制的蝶阀是指关闭件为圆盘,围绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀,阀门可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。在管道上主要起切断和节流作用。蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的蝶板,在阀体内绕其自身的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭或调节的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种新型抽拉式蝶阀。为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种新型抽拉式蝶阀,包括传动装置、抽拉把手、O型圈、轴杆、阀体、阀座、下轴套、定位弹簧、阀板、定位销、上轴套,传动装置内置安装的抽拉把手通过齿轮与轴杆连接,轴杆上端套装了O型圈,阀板通过定位销固定安装在轴杆上,轴杆杆体上套装了下轴套和上轴套,轴杆底端套装的定位弹簧安装在阀体的阀座底端中心安装孔。
优选的,所述抽拉把手杆体上焊接有竖直齿轮,竖直齿轮与轴杆上焊接的的半圆齿轮对应安装。
优选的,所述阀座下端开设有轴杆安装孔。
优选的,所述轴杆下端焊接了固定定位弹簧的弧形挡板。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:一种新型抽拉式蝶阀,采用抽拉式抽拉把手通过齿轮连接轴杆实现阀板的翻转,抽拉把手杆体上焊接有竖直齿轮,竖直齿轮与轴杆上焊接的的半圆齿轮对应安装,抽拉式开关的设计较旋转开关更为直接,且安装效率高,维护成本低,抽拉式开关的设计开关方便,轴杆下端安装的定位弹簧具有稳定轴杆的作用,提高了轴杆的安装精度。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,一种新型抽拉式蝶阀,包括传动装置1、抽拉把手2、O型圈3、轴杆4、阀体5、阀座6、下轴套7、定位弹簧8、阀板9、定位销10、上轴套11,传动装置1内置安装的抽拉把手2通过齿轮与轴杆4连接,轴杆4上端套装了O型圈3,阀板9通过定位销10固定安装在轴杆4上,轴杆4杆体上套装了下轴套7和上轴套11,轴杆4底端套装的定位弹簧8安装在阀体5的阀座6底端中心安装孔内。
所述抽拉把手2杆体上焊接有竖直齿轮13,竖直齿轮13与轴杆4上焊接的的半圆齿轮12对应安装。
所述阀座6下端开设有轴杆安装孔14。
所述轴杆4下端焊接了固定定位弹簧8的弧形挡板15。
本发明工作原理:一种新型抽拉式蝶阀,采用抽拉式抽拉把手通过齿轮连接轴杆实现阀板的翻转。抽拉把手杆体上焊接有竖直齿轮,竖直齿轮与轴杆上焊接的的半圆齿轮对应安装,来回抽拉抽拉把手实现轴杆的转动进而实现阀板的翻转,抽拉式开关的设计较旋转开关更为直接,且安装效率高,维护成本低。在轴杆的安装过程中,首先通过弧形挡板将定位弹簧套装在轴杆下端,轴杆安装在轴杆安装孔上,旋转轴杆,弧形挡板下陷至轴杆安装孔内部将定位弹簧压缩,弧形挡板与轴杆安装孔形状一致,弧形挡板安装具有固定定位弹簧的作用,轴杆下端安装的定位弹簧具有稳定轴杆的作用,提高了轴杆的安装精度。

1.一种新型抽拉式蝶阀,其特征在于,包括传动装置(1)、抽拉把手(2)、O型圈(3)、轴杆(4)、阀体(5)、阀座(6)、下轴套(7)、定位弹簧(8)、阀板(9)、定位销(10)、上轴套(11),传动装置(1)内置安装的抽拉把手(2)通过齿轮与轴杆(4)连接,轴杆(4)上端套装了O型圈(3),阀板(9)通过定位销(10)固定安装在轴杆(4)上,轴杆(4)杆体上套装了下轴套(7)和上轴套(11),轴杆(4)底端套装的定位弹簧(8)安装在阀体(5)的阀座(6)底端中心安装孔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型抽拉式蝶阀,其特征在于,所述抽拉把手(2)杆体上焊接有竖直齿轮(13),竖直齿轮(13)与轴杆(4)上焊接的的半圆齿轮(12)对应安装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型抽拉式蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀座(6)下端开设有轴杆安装孔(14)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型抽拉式蝶阀,其特征在于,所述轴杆(4)下端焊接了固定定位弹簧(8)的弧形挡板(15)。
