Abstract

本发明提供一种箱体拼接锁,所述箱体拼接锁内关于其中心对称设有两个楔形插销,所述两个楔形插销可分别移动至拼接的两个相邻箱体的插销口配合件形成的与所述楔形插销对应的楔形面插销口内,从而使得所述两个相邻箱体锁紧;其中楔形插销与楔形面插销口的配合设置,可以使两个相邻的箱体锁紧,并且所述楔形插销关于其中心对称设置,从而仅需要一个拼接锁便能够使4个两两相邻的箱体锁紧拼接在一起,减少了拼接步骤和拼接锁的数量,进而节约了人力物力;另外所述楔形插销与楔形面插销口在形状构造上的配合,锁紧后可产生自锁效应,使箱体之间的拼接锁合的结构稳定。

背景技术
现有技术的显示屏箱体之间的拼接,一般是通过拼接锁将相邻的两个箱体进行拼接锁合,当在对多个显示屏箱体进行拼接锁合的时候则会较为麻烦,比如在对4个显示屏箱体两两相邻进行拼接锁合时,则需要4个拼接锁分别对相邻的显示屏箱体进行拼接锁合,在浪费拼接锁的同时,锁紧显示屏箱体的步骤也需要4步,浪费人力物力。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种箱体拼接锁,结构简单,操作方便,大幅度降低箱体拼接的成本。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种箱体拼接锁,所述箱体拼接锁内设有楔形插销,所述楔形插销移动至拼接的两个相邻箱体的插销口配合件形成的与所述楔形插销对应的楔形面插销口内,从而使得所述两个相邻箱体锁紧。

所述驱动旋柄33的一端穿过所述通孔321并固定连接于所述驱动零件31的两个第一凸起311之间;
所述驱动旋柄33可带动所述驱动零件31旋转;
优选的,当楔形插销3运动至极限位置与楔形面插销口锁合时,可以根据实际情况设计驱动零件31限位结构,比如棘轮机构等,以免误操作导致损害箱体拼接锁1内部结构;
其中,所述驱动件的设置只要满足能在箱体拼接锁1内部沿楔形面插销口运动即可,比如可将所述驱动滑块机构替换为槽轮、齿轮齿条、凸轮等驱动方式。
实施例二
请参照图1至图21,在实施例一的基础上,本实施例和实施例一的区别在于:
所述箱体拼接锁1的顶部还设有拼接锁盖6,所述拼接锁盖6两侧分别对称设有与所述容纳腔5相适配的侧边挡块62,所述侧边挡块62可移动至所述容纳腔5内;
具体的,所述拼接锁盖6两侧分别对称设有与所述侧边挡块62相适配的挡块通槽61,所述挡块通槽61的顶端固定有挡块盖板64,所述挡块通槽61内设有弹性体63,所述弹性体63的一端与所述挡块盖板64相连接,所述弹性体63的另一端与所述侧边挡块62相连接,当所述箱体拼接锁1不工作时,所述弹性体63使侧边挡块62复位至所述容纳腔5远离所述拼接锁盖6的一端,其中,所述弹性体63可设置为弹簧体;
由上述设置可得,当所述箱体拼接锁1连接于两个箱体2的边缘时,如图12-13所示,箱体2的插销口配合件4插入容纳腔5中,所述弹性体63使侧边挡块62复位至所述容纳腔5远离所述拼接锁盖6的一端,使楔形插销3的一侧与所述插销口配合件4挤压,另一侧与所述侧边挡块62挤压,从而实现上述两个相邻箱体2的拼接锁合,因此所述侧边挡块62的设置,可以满足当仅拼接两个相邻的箱体2时,不论两个箱体2是在楔形插销3的同一侧,还是分别与一个楔形插销3连接,都能够实现相邻箱体2的拼接锁紧,上述结构适用于在进行LED箱体拼接时,当箱体拼接锁作用于屏幕边缘,即箱体拼接锁仅与两个箱体配合的情况;
其中图14-图16为箱体拼接锁1拼接四个两两相邻箱体2锁紧前的示意图,所示箱体拼接锁1和箱体2拼接未锁紧时,所述侧边挡板62被箱体2的插销口配合件4抵住回到挡块通槽61内;
其中图17-图19为箱体拼接锁1拼接四个两两相邻箱体2锁紧后的示意图,所述楔形插销3滑动至插销口配合件4形成的楔形面插销口处,两者进行锁紧连接;
由于所述侧边挡块62的设置,箱体拼接锁1的拼接箱体2的灵活性大大增强,可以在箱体拼接锁1的拼接范围拼接2-4个任意位置的箱体,例如:两两相邻的箱体2或者位于对角线的箱体2之间进行拼接,或是两两相邻的三个箱体2之间进行拼接。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种箱体拼接锁,所述箱体拼接锁内关于其中心对称设有两个楔形插销,所述两个楔形插销可分别移动至拼接的两个相邻箱体的插销口配合件形成的与所述楔形插销对应的楔形面插销口内,从而使得所述两个相邻箱体锁紧;其中楔形插销与楔形面插销口的配合设置,可以使两个相邻的箱体锁紧,并且所述楔形插销关于其中心对称设置,从而能够使个两两相邻的箱体锁紧拼接在一起,减少了拼接步骤和拼接锁的数量,进而节约了人力物力;另外所述楔形插销与楔形面插销口在形状构造上的配合,锁紧后可产生自锁效应,使箱体之间的拼接锁合的结构稳定;所述侧边挡块的设置,可以满足当仅拼接两个相邻的箱体时,不论两个箱体是在楔形插销的同一侧,还是分别位于两个楔形插销所在的侧面,都能够实现相邻箱体的拼接锁紧。

Claims (7)

1.一种箱体拼接锁,其特征在于,所述箱体拼接锁内设有楔形插销,所述楔形插销移动至拼接的两个相邻箱体的插销口配合件形成的与所述楔形插销对应的楔形面插销口内,从而使得所述两个相邻箱体锁紧;所述箱体拼接锁的两侧对称设有容纳所述箱体的插销口配合件的容纳腔;所述箱体拼接锁的顶部设有拼接锁盖,所述拼接锁盖两侧分别对称设有与所述容纳腔相适配的侧边挡块,所述侧边挡块可移动至所述容纳腔内;所述楔形插销底面设有条形槽,所述箱体拼接锁内设有与所述条形槽相适配的长条,所述楔形插销可通过所述条形槽沿长条进行移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的箱体拼接锁,其特征在于,所述楔形插销的数量有两个,所述两个楔形插销关于所述箱体拼接锁中心对称设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的箱体拼接锁,其特征在于,所述拼接锁盖两侧分别对称设有与所述侧边挡块相适配的挡块通槽,所述挡块通槽的顶端固定有挡块盖板,所述挡块通槽内设有弹性体,所述弹性体的一端与所述挡块盖板相连接,所述弹性体的另一端与所述侧边挡块相连接;
当所述箱体拼接锁不工作时,所述弹性体使侧边挡块复位至所述容纳腔远离所述拼接锁盖的一端。
4.根据权利要求2所述的箱体拼接锁,其特征在于,还包括驱动件,所述驱动件分别与所述两个楔形插销连接,所述驱动件的转动能够使得所述楔形插销往所述拼接锁的两端做直线运动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的箱体拼接锁,其特征在于,所述驱动件为曲柄滑块机构;
所述曲柄滑块机构包括驱动零件和从动零件,所述驱动零件上表面设有两端对称的第一凸起;
所述从动零件包括两个,所述两个从动零件关于所述驱动零件的中心对称设置,每一个从动零件的一端设有与所述第一凸起适配的通孔;
所述楔形插销的一端设有第二凸起,每一个从动零件的另一端设有与所述第二凸起适配的通孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的箱体拼接锁,其特征在于,还包括驱动旋柄;
所述箱体拼接锁上设有可供所述驱动旋柄穿过的通孔;
所述驱动旋柄的一端穿过所述通孔并固定连接于所述驱动零件的两个第一凸起之间;
所述驱动旋柄可带动所述驱动零件旋转。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的箱体拼接锁,其特征在于,所述箱体拼接锁底面设有与箱体定位件相适配的定位槽。
