The working principle is as follows: according to the invention, the motor 33 of the upper sliding sleeve 3 is started, so that the upper sliding sleeve 3 performs spiral motion downwards along the guide rail sleeve 12 bearing the cable 1, when the upper sliding sleeve moves to the position of the key slot, the motor 33 is closed, the one-way hydraulic cylinder 5 is started, and meanwhile, the clamping block 341 in the electromagnetic limiting device 34 is popped out and clamped in the clamping slot 1202 of the guide rail sleeve 12; in the process of extending the one-way hydraulic cylinder 5, the cutting side plate 7 and the cutting cone cylinder 8 are pushed to move towards one side of the logging instrument 2, the cutting side plate 7 and the cutting cone cylinder 8 perform downward spiral motion to enlarge the key groove, and in the process of enlarging the key groove, the cutting side plate 7 and the cutting cone cylinder 8 are driven to rotate repeatedly through repeated extension and retraction of the one-way hydraulic cylinder 5 to cut the inner wall of the key groove; after the key groove is too large, the one-way hydraulic cylinder 5 extends to the maximum stroke, the first electromagnet 342 and the second electromagnet 344 are powered off, the fixture block 341 is retracted, then the one-way hydraulic cylinder 5 contracts to drive the upper sliding sleeve 3 to move towards one side of the logging instrument, when the one-way hydraulic cylinder 5 moves to the shortest stroke, the first electromagnet 342 and the second electromagnet 344 are powered on to extend the fixture block 341 and clamp the fixture block into the clamping groove 1202 of the guide rail sleeve 12, the actions of cutting the inner wall of the key groove are repeated until the cutting conical cylinder 8 contacts the infrared distance measuring device 9, the key groove is expanded enough to lift the logging instrument 2 at the moment, then the two-way hydraulic cylinder 702 contracts to retract the cutting side plate 7 and lift the bearing cable 1, and therefore the whole unfreezing device and the logging instrument 2 are lifted together.
