Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings and embodiments, and it is noted that similar elements are denoted by the same reference numerals in the following description.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, a first embodiment of the water filling part and the ironing apparatus of the present invention is an iron 2, and comprises a housing 21, a heating plate 22 disposed at the bottom of the housing 21, a control unit 23 disposed in the housing 21, and a water filling part 3 inserted into the housing 21.
The casing 21 includes a casing 211 covering the heating plate 22 and the water injection member 3, and a casing plate 213 disposed on the heating plate 22 and cooperating with the heating plate 22 to define a steam chamber 212. The shell plate 213 is used for the water injection component 3 to be inserted on the heating plate 22 at intervals up and down. The heat-generating plate 22 can convert electric energy into heat energy and evaporate water into (water) vapor. The control unit 23 is assembled with the heating plate 22, and can detect the temperature of the heating plate 22 and control the heating power of the heating plate 22. Since the detection and control techniques of the control unit 23 are well known to those skilled in the art, the description thereof is omitted here.
The water injection part 3 is adapted to inject water into the steam chamber 212 to drop the water to the hot plate 22, and includes a water injection tube 31, and a center stopper 32 and three stopper ribs 33 provided on the water injection tube 31.
The water injection pipe 31 defines a pipe passage 311 extending up and down. The pipe passage 311 includes an inlet portion 312 located above and used for supplying water in a water injection direction D1 from top to bottom, an outlet portion 313 located below the inlet portion 312 opposite to the inlet portion 312 and used for supplying water to flow out toward the hot plate 22, and a neck portion 314 connected between the inlet portion 312 and the outlet portion 313. The inlet portion 312 gradually tapers from top to bottom, i.e., the width of the top end of the inlet portion 312 is slightly larger than the width of the bottom end of the inlet portion 312. Or the top end width of the inlet portion 312, is greater than the width of the neck portion 314.
The central block 32 includes a core 321 for blocking the central portion of the outlet portion 313, a tapered portion 322 extending from the core 321 toward the inlet portion 312, and a shoulder 323 connected between the core 321 and the tapered portion 322 and corresponding to the neck 314.
The blocking rib 33 extends radially outward from the core segment 321 and is connected to the wall of the water injection pipe 31. The ribs 33 are spaced at equal angles and cooperate with the core 321 and the wall of the water injection pipe 31 to separate the outlet 313 into a plurality of water spray holes 315. Each of the water spray holes 315 gradually expands along the water injection direction D1, and the water flowing from the inlet 312 can be sprayed onto the heat-generating plate 22.
In operation, water is continuously supplied to the tubular passage 311 through the inlet 312, passes through the neck 314, enters the water spray holes 315, exits from the bottom ends of the water spray holes 315, and falls onto the heat generating plate 22. Since the water is scattered and scattered to fall on the heat generating plate 22, the water can contact the heat generating plate 22 in a large area and is easily evaporated into steam due to the large heat receiving area. The water spray holes 315 are enlarged along the water injection direction D1, so as to prevent the water from contacting each other after being injected, to ensure the contact area between the water and the heat-generating plate 22, and to ensure the efficiency of generating steam in the first embodiment. Since the contact area between the water injected into the heating plate 22 and the heating plate 22 is large, the heating plate 22 can quickly reach temperature equilibrium with the injected water. That is, when water is injected into the heating plate 22, the temperature of the heating plate 22 can be rapidly decreased, so that the control unit 23 (see fig. 3) can instantly detect the need of increasing the heating power of the heating plate 22 and instantly increase the heating power of the heating plate 22. Therefore, the first embodiment has the convenient feature of shortening the time required for waiting for steam generation when in use.
Since the first embodiment has a high efficiency of evaporating water, the flow rate of water injected into the tube passage 311 can be increased, thereby generating a larger amount of vapor per unit time. Compared with the existing iron in which 100g of water is injected per minute and cannot be completely evaporated, the first embodiment can increase the water injection amount to 140g per minute, and the water that is not evaporated can not leak out, so the effect is excellent. The first embodiment can generate larger steam amount in unit time, promotes the steam to effectively penetrate or penetrate into the fabric structure of the clothes through the improvement of the steam amount, has the characteristic of being suitable for ironing thick and solid clothes, and has the advantage of good ironing effect. The tapered portion 322 can increase the flow rate of water flowing to the water spray holes 315.
Referring to figures 7, 8 and 9, a second embodiment of the water filling member and of the ironing device according to the present invention is similar to the first embodiment, with the difference that the water filling member 3 also comprises an internal water pipe 34 inserted in the pipe passage 311. The inner water pipe 34 has a first inner pipe 341 inserted into the inlet 312, a second inner pipe 342 extending from the first inner pipe 341 to the outlet 313 along the water injection direction D1 and surrounding the periphery of the tapered section 322 of the central block 32, and an inner pipe head 343 extending upward from the top of the first inner pipe 341.
The bottom of the second inner tube 342 defines a radially expanding region 344 through which the conical section 322 passes and gradually expands along the water injection direction D1. The inner tube head 343 is located outside the inlet 312 and has a width larger than the tube channel 311 and abuts against the top end of the water injection tube 31. The core segment 321 gradually expands along the water injection direction D1 and cooperates with the wall of the water injection pipe 31 to define the water dispersion holes 315 gradually contracting along the water injection direction D1. Since the second embodiment is also provided with the plurality of water spray holes 315, it has the advantages of increasing the evaporation efficiency and the amount of vapor, and also has other effects of the first embodiment. In addition, the width of the tube channel 311 from the inlet 312 to the water spray hole 315 of the outlet 313 of the second embodiment is gradually reduced without a middle portion that is suddenly enlarged, so the second embodiment also has the advantage of facilitating the production and manufacture of the water injection tube 31 by demolding, and the design of the second inner tube 342 for the conical section 322 to penetrate and define the diameter expansion area 344 helps the water spray holes 315 not to contact and converge with each other even if the width design of the water spray holes 315 is changed.
Referring to fig. 10, 11 and 12, a third embodiment of the water filling member and the ironing apparatus of the present invention is similar to the first embodiment except that the core section 321 of the central stopper 32 has a disk shape and partially protrudes from the outlet portion 313. The water filling member 3 includes two of the ribs 33. The blocking ribs 33 extend in opposite directions along the radial direction and cooperate with the central block 32 and the wall of the water injection pipe 31 to define two water spray holes 315 having a substantially semi-circular shape. Compared with the previous embodiment that can inject water in a manner of forming a water column, the core segment 321 of the third embodiment is in a disc shape and the water spray holes 315 are in a semi-ring shape, so that water can be injected in a manner of forming a water curtain, the water spray effect is further improved, and the contact area between water and the heating plate 22 is increased. Since the third embodiment is also provided with the plurality of water spray holes 315, it has the advantages of improving the evaporation efficiency and the steam amount, and also has other effects of the first embodiment.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, a fourth embodiment of the water injection part and the ironing device of the present invention is a steam brush 4. The steam brush 4 includes a casing 41, a heating plate 42 disposed in the casing 41 and capable of evaporating water into steam, and two water injection members 43 inserted in the casing 41 and capable of injecting water into the heating plate 42.
The casing 41 includes a head casing 411 for the heating tray 42 and the water injection member 43, a handle casing 412 extending obliquely from the head casing 411 and capable of being held by a user, and a casing 413 disposed in the head casing 411 and above the heating tray 42. The head housing 411 extends transversely and has a generally oval longitudinal section, and defines a receiving space 414 for the heat-generating plate 42, the water injection member 43 and the housing plate 413. The head housing 411 is formed at its front end with a transversely extending vent slit 415 through which vapor can exit. The shell plate 413 and the heating plate 42 cooperate to define a steam chamber 416 communicated with the air outlet slot 415.
Since each of the water filling members 43 in the fourth embodiment has the same configuration as the water filling member 43 in the first embodiment, the configuration of the water filling member 43 will not be described again. The fourth embodiment is characterized in that, in addition to the ironing device being the steam brush 4 instead of the iron 2, the number of the water injection parts 43 is two, so that more water can be injected into the heating plate 42 in unit time, thereby providing a larger steam outlet amount in unit time and generating a better ironing effect.
Referring to fig. 15, a fifth embodiment of the water filling part and ironing device of the present invention is a garment steamer 5. The steamer 5 comprises a base 51 disposed on the floor, a support rod 52 inserted into the base 51 and extending upward from the base 51, a clothes hanger 53 disposed at the top end of the support rod 52, a steam brush 4 detachably disposed on the clothes hanger as described in the fourth embodiment, and a water pipe 54 connected between the steam brush 4 and the base 51. Since the fifth embodiment also includes the steam brush 4 of the fourth embodiment, the same effect as the fourth embodiment can be achieved, but the present embodiment is advantageous for the user to use the clothes in a hanging manner, and provides another different way for ironing the clothes.
In summary, the water injection member 3 of the present invention is provided with a plurality of water spray holes 315, so that water can be sprayed on the heating plate 22, the contact area between the water and the heating plate 22 is increased, the efficiency of water evaporation is increased, and the water injection amount can be increased along with the increase of the evaporation efficiency, thereby increasing the steam amount. The ironing device 2 of the invention is provided with the water injection part 3, so that a user can iron clothes with larger steam amount, the ironing effect is better, and the trouble that the user needs to additionally dry the clothes after ironing the clothes due to water leakage is avoided. Therefore, the water injection part 3 and the ironing device 2 can really achieve the purpose of the invention.
