Abstract
本发明提供一种转速分流型混动系统,涉及混动汽车的技术领域。一种转速分流型混动系统包括发动机、电机外壳、电机转子、电刷、控制器、电池、变速箱。在发动机和变速箱之间安装电机,所述电机的外壳与所述发动机输出轴通过花键连接,所述电机的转子与所述变速箱输入轴通过花键连接。所述电机的电线接入端通过滑环和电刷导出,与控制器和电池连接。所述电机转子与所述电机外壳转速之差是所述电机的转速,所述发动机的转速可在所述电机的转速和所述变速箱的输入转速间分流。通过调节电机的转速,维持发动机的转速的稳定。实现了发动机与变速箱之间动力的软连接。

技术领域
本发明设计汽车领域,具体涉及一种转速分流型混动系统。
背景技术
混动系统是将发动机和电机两种动力联合在一起的结构,分为串联、并联、混联三种类型。并联混动中的P2结构,传统的发动机和变速箱之间安装电机,发动机和电机使用离合器连接,用以实现发动机模式、电机模式、混合动力模式的驱动。
上述P2结构,电机模式需要发电机配合。发动机模式、混合动力模式下,发动机和电机通过离合器连接,两者转速一致,不能相对自由调节。发动机转速经由变速箱输出,也不能维持在高效转速区间。
发明内容
本发明解决的问题是现有的P2结构混动,电机需要发电机配合,发动机转速与电机转速耦合以及发动机转速不能维持在高效转速区间的问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明使用一种转速分流型混动系统,使用技术方案如下:在发动机和变速箱之间安装电机,所述电机的外壳与所述发动机输出轴通过花键连接,所述电机的转子与所述变速箱输入轴通过花键连接。所述电机的电线接入端通过滑环和电刷导出,与控制器和电池连接。所述电机转子与所述电机外壳转速之差是所述电机的转速,所述发动机的转速可在所述电机的转速和所述变速箱的输入转速间分流。
可选的,所述电机外壳与所述电机转子之间安装锁止离合。
可选的,在所述电机外壳上安装同轴感应线圈,在支架上安装与所述同轴感应线圈配套的感应线圈副,代替所述滑环和电刷,起到电流输入输出的作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有以下优点:
发动机转速与电机转速之和或差是变速箱的输入转速,可通过所述控制器调节输出负载或输入电流,调节电机转速,维持发动机转速稳定,使发动机一直工作在高效转速区间。对电机功率要求小。驱动模式单一,电机在任何工况下都可以是电动机或发电机,无需额外发电机配合。电机实现了发动机输出与变速箱输入之间的动力软连接,变速箱无需液力变矩器或半联动状态。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的原理、实施方式作进一步说明。
参照图1,发动机输出轴连接到电机外壳2上,电机外壳2中装有电机定子,电机外壳2上的电源连接线通过电刷4导出,连接到控制器和电池上。电机转子3连接到变速箱5。的输出轴上。
本发明的关键,在于电机外壳2随着发动机输出轴一起转动,电机转子3也会转动。电机转子3相对于电机外壳2的速度,即两者的速度差,才是电机本身的转速。
当发动机输出轴和电机转子3匀速旋转时,发动机的输出扭矩、电机的输出扭矩或磁滞扭矩以及变速箱的输入扭矩是相等的。即在匀速运转时,本系统不改变发动机的输出扭矩。
当电机转子3的转速大于电机外壳2的转速时,电机是电动机,发动机的输出转速加上电机本身的转速,是变速箱的输入转速。发动机和电动机各自输出动力,经由电机转子2汇合至变速箱。
当电机转子3的转速小于电机外壳2的转速时,电机是发电机,发动机的输出转速减去电机本身的转速,是变速箱的输入转速。发动机的动力,一部分输出到发电机,一部分输出至变速箱。
本发明的保护范围应以权利要求所限定的范围为准。
Claims (6)
1.一种转速分流型混动系统,其特征在于,包括:发动机、电机外壳、电机转子、电刷、控制器、电池、变速箱。
2.如权利要求1所述的混动系统,其特征在于:电机外壳中包含电机定子,与发动机输出轴连接,可以与发动机输出轴一起转动。
3.如权利要求1所述的混动系统,其特征在于:电机外壳上的电源通过电刷或者同轴感应线圈接出,与控制器和电池连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的混动系统,其特征在于:电机转子与变速箱输入轴连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的混动系统,其特征在于:电机转子的转速与电机外壳的转速之差,是电机的转速。
6.如权利要求1所述的混动系统,其特征在于:发动机的输出转速与电机的转速之和或差,是变速箱的输入转速,也是混动系统的输出转速。
