With the continuous development of economic construction in China, the wide application of the optical fiber communication technology enables the fields of language communication, video communication, big data acquisition and storage, network information transmission and the like to be developed rapidly. The optical fiber unit formed by laser welding using a stainless steel band is widely used in various fields such as OPGW optical cable and OPPC optical cable for power communication, submarine optical cable, photoelectric composite cable, oil well survey, and the like.
The stainless steel strip for the optical fiber unit is usually 0.10mm to 0.20mm thick and is formed by cold rolling. Because the thickness of the stainless steel strip is very thin, the surface evenness within the width range of the stainless steel strip is difficult to achieve in the cold rolling process, and the curved surface phenomenon is more common. The curved surface phenomenon of the stainless steel belt seriously affects the laser welding of the pipe-forming seam of the stainless steel belt, so that a new device is needed to solve the fundamental problem of the curved surface phenomenon of the stainless steel belt.
