本发明涉及养生医学领域,特别涉及一种养生池。
背景技术
养生,动词也,亦可为名词。原指道家通过各种方法颐养生命、增强体质、预防疾病,从而达到延年益寿的一种医事活动。养,即调养、保养、补养之意;生,即生命、生存、生长之意。现代意义的“养生”指的是根据人的生命过程规律主动进行物质与精神的身心养护活动。
随着人民生活水平的提高,人们越来越注重养生,但缺乏很好的养生设施来满足人们的需求,现有的养生设施功能单一,不能很好地满足不同人群的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种养生池结构系统,为不同人群提供更方便更准确的服务。
本发明的目的是采用以下技术方案实现的:一种养生池,包括池子、管道、液体、养生物质、药包,所述池子内部四周和底部由管道铺设,管道内部为液体,管道外部铺设养生物质,养生物质中间放有药包,所述管道通过进出口连接加热源。
优选地,所述养生物质为玉石,玉石含有锌、镁、铜、硒、铬、锰、钴等对人体有益的微量元素,经常接触玉石可使其中的微量元素被人体皮肤吸收,有助于人体各器官生理功能的协调平衡;并通过玉石的保健功能颐养生命、增强体质、预防疾病,从而达到延年益寿。
优选地,所述养生物质为盐,盐中含有丰富的二氧化碳、铁、铜、锰、氯化物等,可对人体产生生物化学反应而发挥特定作用。
优选地,盐最直接明显的外用效果是杀菌消炎去湿。
优选地,所述养生物质为细沙。
优选地,所述加热源为燃气锅炉或电锅炉或太阳能热水器。
本发明养生池液体通过管道进出口位置进入管道,当管道内部液体处于高温的时候,就可以作用到管道外部铺设的玉石(盐、细沙)还有药包上。让热量促使玉石(盐、细沙),还有药包上的微量元素和药效释放出来。来达到养生治病的功效。

下面结合附图详细介绍本发明技术方案。
如图1所示,本实施例公开了一种养生池,包括池子1、管道2、液体5、玉石(或盐或细沙)4、药包3,所述池子1内部四周和底部由管道2铺设,管道内部为液体,液体5通过管道进出口位置进入管道以后,当管道2内部液体处于高温的时候,就可以作用到管道外部铺设的玉石(盐、细沙)4还有药包3上。让热量促使玉石(盐、细沙)4,还有药包3上的微量元素和药效释放出来。来达到养生治病的功效。本技术方案可以分为玉石池、盐池和沙池。
玉石池里放有玉石,中国的玉石养生历史悠久,《神龙本草》、《本草纲目》中记载:玉石可“除中热,解烦懑,助声喉,滋毛发,养五脏,安魂魄,疏血脉,明耳目”等诸多功效。玉器除了用于佩戴、把玩、作按摩工具外,还有服食玉屑的。
玉石含有锌、镁、铜、硒、铬、锰、钴等对人体有益的微量元素,经常接触玉石可使其中的微量元素被人体皮肤吸收,有助于人体各器官生理功能的协调平衡。并通过玉石的保健功能颐养生命、增强体质、预防疾病,从而达到延年益寿的一种医事活动。
盐池里放有盐,自唐代起开始应用盐和其它辅料或药物来共同炮制某味药物,至明、清时期,该类组合辅料共制的方法增多,涉及到其它辅料和药物数多达几十种。盐中含有丰富的二氧化碳、铁、铜、锰、氯化物等,可对人体产生生物化学反应而发挥特定作用。最直接明显的外用效果就是杀菌消炎去湿。
沙池里放有细沙,我国古代的医学着作《千金要方》和《本草拾遗》中都有对沙浴疗法比较详尽的描述。比如陈藏器在其所着的《本草拾遗》就有这样的一段记载:“六月河中诸热沙,主风温顽痹不仁,筋骨挛缩,风掣瘫痪,血脉断绝。取干沙日暴令极热,伏坐其中,冷则更易之。”沙浴后,人体全身气血运行加快,有利于保持经络通畅,进而攻邪外出,对于寒湿性疾病的治疗效果尤为明显。另外,沙浴相较于其他洗浴而言,更容易加强人体的汗腺分泌,有利于加速水肿的消散,促使新陈代谢,具有一定的消炎作用。此外,沙浴还具有防止人体内淋巴液和血液渗出、促进渗出液吸收等作用。
从现代康复医学的角度讲,沙浴还具有较好的磁疗作用。对风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、慢性腰腿痛和血管栓塞性脉管炎等疾病,均具良好的功效。通过沙浴的热疗、磁疗的双重作用,能够有效促进人体的血液循环、扩张血管、调整全身的生理反应,进而激活与恢复人体的神经功能,改善患病部位的新陈代谢,活跃网状内皮系统功能,调节机体的整体平衡,以此达到治病的效果。
养生池里四周底部都有盘管,利用盘管来给养生池里的玉石(盐、细沙)来加热更快,更均匀,安全效率高。而盘管里是液体,可以和多种加热源对接,更方便灵活,比如燃气锅炉,电锅炉,太阳能等等。
并且养生池可以根据不同的人群,来选择不同的池子,加入不同的药包,来实现最佳的效果。
所述养生池可大可小,小的可仅容纳双脚放入,大的可数人躺、坐在上面,也可坐在四周的台上进行养生治疗。

1.一种养生池,其特征在于,包括池子、管道、液体、养生物质、药包,所述池子内部四周和底部由管道铺设,管道内部为液体,管道外部铺设养生物质,养生物质中间放有药包,所述管道通过进出口连接加热源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养生池,其特征在于,所述养生物质为玉石,玉石含有锌、镁、铜、硒、铬、锰、钴等对人体有益的微量元素,经常接触玉石可使其中的微量元素被人体皮肤吸收,有助于人体各器官生理功能的协调平衡;并通过玉石的保健功能颐养生命、增强体质、预防疾病,从而达到延年益寿。
3.根据权利要求1所述的养生池,其特征在于,所述养生物质为盐,盐中含有丰富的二氧化碳、铁、铜、锰、氯化物等,可对人体产生生物化学反应而发挥特定作用。
