本发明公开了一种葡萄破眠剂及其制备方法,所述葡萄破眠剂包括0.01‑0.1mol/L的硝酸钾、0.01‑0.05mol/L的肌醇、0.001‑0.01mol/L的HClO、4‑5g/L的壳聚糖、0.1‑0.5g/L的GA3、0.005‑0.01mg/LTDZ、0.01‑0.02mg/L吲哚乙酸以及0.3‑6g/L的添加剂。本发明同时还提供了该种破眠剂的制备方法。本发明的葡萄破眠剂有效地促进植物早期营养生长,避免产生弱苗。本发明的葡萄破眠剂,使果实提早成熟,延长鲜食葡萄供应期。

Description

一种葡萄破眠剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种葡萄栽培用制剂,特别涉及葡萄栽培中使用的葡萄破眠剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,中国在北方日光温室以及广西等低纬度地区少量开展了葡萄二次果成熟期调控和二次果花序分化机理的相关研究。但国内外对葡萄二次结果研究多集中在低纬度地区,对葡萄在中纬度地区二次结果技术的研究较少。在葡萄二次结果技术方面,从采取简单的修剪措施到采用各种物理方法、化学药剂等措施抑制生长,促进花芽分化,打破休眠等,对葡萄二次结果系统、全面的研究甚少。
《不同化学物质打破葡萄、桃休眠的研究》一文中,表明石灰氮、单氰氨、赤霉酸、6-BA、噻苯隆对打破葡萄休眠和促进成熟有效。对于葡萄而言,单氰氨是打破休眠最有效的药物;同时氰氨类或单氰氨与TDZ混用能够有效的促进早期营养生长、提前开花和着色。
但是石灰氮不宜长期储存,且在酸性条件下容易产生有毒物质,故需在使用时做好防护措施,此外,不同种类的葡萄破眠剂对使用量的要求极为严格,容易对葡萄产生药害。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供了一种葡萄破眠剂及其制备方法,本发明的葡萄破眠剂对葡萄有提早萌芽的作用。此外,本发明的另一目的提供了一种葡萄破眠剂的制备方法。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种葡萄破眠剂,所述葡萄破眠剂包括0.01-0.1mol/L的硝酸钾、0.01-0.05mol/L的肌醇、0.001-0.01mol/L的HClO、4-5g/L的壳聚糖、0.1-0.5g/L的GA3、0.005-0.01mg/L TDZ、0.01-0.02mg/L吲哚乙酸以及0.3-6g/L的添加剂。
本发明中硝酸钾与其他解除休眠剂共同作用,破除葡萄休眠作用,此外,由于硝酸钾可同时作为肥料使用,有效地促进植物早期营养生长,避免产生弱苗。
肌醇广泛分布在动物和植物体内,通常作为动物与微生物的生长因子,或者在真菌类的培养中有少量的肌醇成分的添加,本发明中加入肌醇可显著地提高休眠剂的安全使用量。
本发明中加入了HClO,主要作用是为了与其他活性成分起到协同作用,且可增加早期葡萄幼苗的抗低温胁迫,降低了葡萄冬芽萌发时管理的难度,使得刚萌发的葡萄冬芽易第二次成花和成花率高。
本发明中壳聚糖可促进葡萄冬芽的萌发,促进幼苗的生长,增加葡萄的抗逆性,且壳聚糖有很好地抑菌作用,在幼苗初期病害有很好地预防作用。
吲哚乙酸通常用作刺激植物生长的激素类试剂,但是吲哚乙酸在光和空气中易分解,本发明中将吲哚乙酸在超声条件下,与油相混合,增加吲哚乙酸的稳定性。
GA3为植物生长调节剂,主要用于促进作物的生长发育,提高产量和打破种子、块茎、鳞茎等器官的休眠,促进发芽、分蘖、抽苔,提高果实结果率,但是赤霉素(GA3)在碱性条件下易分解,在水溶液中不稳定易失效。本发明将少量的赤霉素与添加剂在加热条件下混溶,使得赤霉素分布于油相中,以油相作为载体,进入植物体内,增加了赤霉素的稳定性,且利用率高于直接分散于有机溶剂中的制剂。
TDZ为苯基噻二唑基脲是苯基脲重氮噻唑取代衍生物,有很强的细胞分裂素活性。
优选地,所述添加剂由质量比为1:2的矿物油与烷基聚氧乙醚组成。
本发明中的矿物油与烷基聚氧乙醚增加本发明活性组分的使用效果,同时能增加活性成分的利用率。
优选地,所述葡萄破眠剂包括0.05-0.1mol/L的硝酸钾、0.02-0.03mol/L的肌醇、0.005-0.01mol/L的HClO、4g/L的壳聚糖、0.2-0.3g/L的GA3、0.008-0.01mg/L TDZ、0.02mg/L吲哚乙酸、0.5-1g/L的矿物油以及1-2g/L的烷基聚氧乙醚。
为了增加葡萄破眠剂的使用效果,优选地,本发明的葡萄破眠剂还包括0.1-0.5g/L的乙二醇,本发明中加入乙二醇可作为防冻剂,且增加了活性成分对葡萄的作用效果。
上述葡萄破眠剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)水相制备:在蒸馏水中加入硝酸钾、肌醇、HClO、以及壳聚糖,搅拌溶解,得到水相溶液;(2)油相制备:将GA3、TDZ、吲哚乙酸以及添加剂混合,加热至40-60℃,混溶,得到油相溶液;(3)将步骤(2)得到的油相溶液,滴加入步骤(1)得到的水相溶液,超声,最终的葡萄破眠剂;所述葡萄破眠剂包括0.01-0.1mol/L的硝酸钾、0.01-0.05mol/L的肌醇、0.001-0.01mol/L的HClO、4-5g/L的壳聚糖、0.1-0.5g/L的GA3、0.005-0.01mg/L TDZ、0.01-0.02mg/L吲哚乙酸以及0.3-6g/L的添加剂。
优选地,步骤(2)中,所述添加剂为质量比为1:2的矿物油与烷基聚氧乙醚组成。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述水相溶液中包括乙二醇。
优选地,步骤(3)中,所述葡萄破眠剂中包括0.1-0.5g/L的乙二醇。
有益效果:(1)本发明筛选了不同的活性成分用于葡萄破眠剂,最终制备的葡萄破眠剂使用安全,对葡萄坡面效果好,有利于葡萄破眠后的生长;(2)本发明利用添加剂,增加了活性成分的稳定性和使用效率;(3)本发明的葡萄破眠剂储存时间长。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。
一、样品制备
1.1葡萄破眠剂的制备方法
水相制备:在蒸馏水中加入硝酸钾、肌醇、HClO以及壳聚糖,搅拌溶解,得到水相溶液;
油相制备:将GA3、TDZ、吲哚乙酸以及质量比为1:2的矿物油与烷基聚氧乙醚组成的添加剂混合,加热至40-60℃,混溶,得到油相溶液;
将油相逐滴加入水相,在30KW频率下超声,得到葡萄破眠剂。
实施例1:葡萄破眠剂由以下组分组成:0.01mol/L的硝酸钾、0.01mol/L的肌醇、0.001mol/L的HClO、4g/L的壳聚糖、0.1g/L的GA3、0.005mg/L TDZ、0.01mg/L吲哚乙酸、0.1g/L的矿物油以及0.2g/L烷基聚氧乙醚。
实施例2:葡萄破眠剂由以下组分组成:0.1mol/L的硝酸钾、0.05mol/L的肌醇、0.01mol/L的HClO、5g/L的壳聚糖、0.5g/L的GA3、0.01mg/L TDZ、0.02mg/L吲哚乙酸、2g/L的矿物油以及4g/L烷基聚氧乙醚。

二、本发明葡萄破眠剂的应用效果评价
2.1葡萄破眠剂的使用方法
在葡萄萌芽前40-50天,将样品均匀涂抹/喷雾在休眠芽上。
2.2应用地点
镇江丘陵山区句容市白兔镇实验基地。
2.3实验品种
三年生夏黑葡萄。
2.4结果调查
2.4.1根据制备的不同的葡萄破眠剂,设置12组处理,每组处理设三组平行,调查不同处理对葡萄生长的影响,结果如表1所示。
从表1的结果可以看出,本发明的葡萄破眠剂对伤流期影响不大,本发明未对葡萄伤流期产生影响,不影响葡萄树体后期的发育,若伤流期提前过多,则对葡萄的花穗造成影响,可能会造成卷序,影响当年产量。故本发明的葡萄破眠剂对后期葡萄的不会产生不良影响。
从对比例可以看出,本发明中,加入HClO的破眠剂,可在不同阶段对葡萄的生长阶段有促进作用,主要原因是HClO提高了葡萄抗低温胁迫能力,对打破葡萄的休眠具有显著作用。

由表2的结果可以看出,肌醇和HClO对葡萄破眠后的成花率有显著影响,主要原因是肌醇和HClO影响葡萄涨势,有利于后期葡萄的成花。从对比例4可以看出,本发明中硝酸钾与其他解除休眠剂共同作用,破除葡萄休眠作用,此外,由于硝酸钾可同时作为肥料使用,有效地促进植物早期营养生长,避免产生弱苗,当葡萄幼苗涨势良好时,可同时减少病虫害的发生。
由以上结果可以看出,本发明调查葡萄破眠剂的使用效果,得到了最佳的葡萄破眠剂,通过破眠剂,使果实提早成熟,延长鲜食葡萄供应期。

1.一种葡萄破眠剂,其特征在于,所述葡萄破眠剂包括0.01-0.1mol/L的硝酸钾、0.01-0.05mol/L的肌醇、0.001-0.01mol/L的HClO、4-5g/L的壳聚糖、0.1-0.5g/L的GA3、0.005-0.01mg/L TDZ、0.01-0.02mg/L吲哚乙酸以及0.3-6g/L的添加剂,所述添加剂由质量比为1:2的矿物油与烷基聚氧乙醚组成;所述葡萄破眠剂还包括0.1-0.5g/L的乙二醇。

(1)水相制备:在蒸馏水中加入乙二醇、硝酸钾、肌醇、HClO以及壳聚糖,搅拌溶解,得到水相溶液;
(2)油相制备:将GA3、TDZ、吲哚乙酸以及添加剂混合,加热至40-60℃,混溶,得到油相溶液;
