Abstract
The invention provides a vibrating diaphragm and a loudspeaker comprising the vibrating diaphragm, wherein the vibrating diaphragm is provided with a spherical top and a folding ring which is bent and extended outwards from the spherical top; the vibrating diaphragm comprises an elastic membrane, and the elastic membrane is formed by distributing hard micro-areas on amorphous soft segments. According to the vibrating diaphragm, the elastic film containing the hard micro-area and the homogeneous layer are arranged, so that the use reliability of a product is effectively improved, the total harmonic distortion is reduced, and the acoustic performance of the product is improved; the device has wide application, such as an electroacoustic vibration system, a sounding device and the like.

Generally, an electroacoustic device comprises a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system and a protective casing, wherein the vibration system comprises a diaphragm which is used as a core sounding component of a loudspeaker, and the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker is directly affected by the quality of the design of the diaphragm. At present, in order to improve distortion and sway and distortion when the vibrating diaphragm vibrates and realize the stable vibration of the vibrating diaphragm, a fold pattern is usually arranged at the corner position of the folded ring part, and the fold pattern extends along the direction from the inner side of the folded ring part to the outer side of the folded ring part.
However, the existing diaphragm cannot meet the requirements of stable vibration of the diaphragm and the use reliability, and the conditions of distortion and swing and distortion still occur during vibration of the diaphragm, so that better acoustic performance cannot be obtained.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a diaphragm with a new structure.

As an improvement, the diaphragm is of a multilayer film structure, the diaphragm includes at least one elastic film and at least one rigid film, and the rigid film is a homogeneous thin film.
As an improvement, the elastic films and the rigid films are alternately stacked.
As an improvement, the elastic membrane and the rigid membrane are fixed through an adhesive, and the adhesive is an organic silicon adhesive or an acrylic ester adhesive.
As an improvement, the elastic film is at least one of a thermosetting elastic film and a thermoplastic elastic film.
As an improvement, the hard micro-regions are chemical crosslinking points, large-size inorganic fillers, crystalline regions or rigid polymer segments.
As an improvement, the thermoplastic elastic film is at least one of thermoplastic polyurethane, thermoplastic silicone elastomer, thermoplastic polyester elastomer, polyamide thermoplastic elastomer, thermoplastic polyolefin and plastic starch.

The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments thereof and with reference to the attached drawings so that aspects of the present invention and advantages thereof can be better understood. In the following embodiments, the horizontal direction on the drawing sheet is taken as the horizontal direction, and the vertical direction on the drawing sheet is taken as the vertical direction. Furthermore, the following detailed description is provided to facilitate a more thorough understanding of the present invention and is not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the present invention provides a diaphragm 10, where the diaphragm 10 includes a dome 101 and a corrugated rim 102 extending from the dome 101 in an outward bending manner, and the dome and the corrugated rim may be one-piece or separate, and are not limited herein. The diaphragm 10 includes an elastic membrane 11, and the elastic membrane 11 is an elastic membrane formed by hard micro-regions distributed in an amorphous soft segment. The diaphragm 10 may be a single-layer film structure or a multilayer film structure, and when the diaphragm 10 is a multilayer film structure, the diaphragm 10 includes at least one elastic film 11 and at least one rigid film 12, and the rigid film 12 is a homogeneous thin film. The elastic films 11 and the rigid films 12 are alternately stacked. The elastic membrane 11 and the rigid membrane 12 are fixed through an adhesive, the adhesive is an organic silicon adhesive or an acrylic ester adhesive, and the adhesive can increase the adhesive force between the elastic membrane 11 and the rigid membrane 12. The elastic film 11 is at least one of a thermosetting elastic film and a thermoplastic elastic film. The hard domain is a chemical cross-linking point, a large-size inorganic filler, a crystalline domain or a rigid polymer chain segment. The thermoplastic elastic membrane is at least one of thermoplastic polyurethane, thermoplastic organic silicon elastomer, thermoplastic polyester elastomer, polyamide thermoplastic elastomer, thermoplastic polyolefin and plastic starch. The rigid film 12 is at least one of a polyether ether ketone film, a polyaryl ester film and a polyetherimide film.
The size of the hard domain is 0.1nm to 50um, preferably, 1nm to 20 um. The thickness of the elastic film 11 is 1um to 100um, preferably, 5um to 50 um. The thickness of rigid membrane 12 is 1um to 100um, preferably, 5um to 50um, more preferably, the thickness of first elastomer 11 equals the thickness of second elastomer 12. The thickness of the diaphragm 10 is 5um to 200um, preferably, 10um to 100 um. The thickness of the adhesive is 1um to 100 um.
First embodiment
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present invention provides a diaphragm 10, where the diaphragm 10 has a dome 101 and a corrugated rim 102 extending from the dome 101.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the diaphragm 10 includes one structural layer, i.e., a single structural layer, where the single structural layer is an elastic film 11, and the elastic film 11 is at least one of a thermosetting elastic film and a thermoplastic elastic film.
Second embodiment
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a diaphragm 20 according to a second embodiment of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that the diaphragm 20 has a three-layer structure, the diaphragm 20 includes two elastic films 21 and a rigid film 22 sandwiched between the two elastic films 21, and the elastic films 21 and the rigid films 22 are alternately stacked, but the diaphragm having the three-layer structure may also include two rigid films and one elastic film, and the rigid film is at the outermost side.
Third embodiment
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the diaphragm 30 has a five-layer structure, the diaphragm 30 includes a layer of elastic film 31 and rigid films 32 disposed above and below the elastic film 31, the elastic film 31 and the rigid films 32 are alternately stacked, the rigid films 32 are located at the outermost sides, and the elastic film 31 and the rigid films 32 are fixed by an adhesive 33.
Fourth embodiment
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, the diaphragm 40 has a seven-layer structure, the diaphragm 40 includes three layers of elastic films 41 and two layers of rigid films 42, the elastic films 41 and the rigid films 42 are alternately stacked, the elastic film 41 is on the outermost side, wherein a part of the elastic film 41 and the rigid film 42 are bonded by an adhesive 43, and of course, the diaphragm of the seven-layer structure may also be composed of three layers of rigid films and two layers of elastic films, in which case, the rigid film is on the outermost side, and any two adjacent films may be fixed by an adhesive.
The number of layers of the diaphragm is not limited in the invention, and the diaphragm can be an even number layer or an odd number layer as long as the diaphragm comprises at least one layer of the first elastic body.
The invention also provides a loudspeaker comprising the diaphragm 10.
Compared with the prior art, the vibrating diaphragm and the loudspeaker can effectively improve the use reliability of products, reduce total harmonic distortion and improve the acoustic performance of the products.
It should be noted herein that various changes and modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the invention.
Claims (12)
1. A vibrating diaphragm comprises a ball top and a folding ring which is bent and extended outwards from the ball top; the vibrating diaphragm is characterized by comprising an elastic film, wherein the elastic film is formed by distributing hard micro areas on an amorphous soft segment, the elastic film is a thermosetting elastic film, and the hard micro areas are chemical crosslinking points, large-size inorganic fillers, crystalline areas or rigid polymer segments.
2. The diaphragm of claim 1, wherein the diaphragm is a single-layer membrane structure.
3. The diaphragm of claim 1, wherein the diaphragm is a multilayer film structure, and the diaphragm includes at least one elastic film and at least one rigid film, and the rigid film is a homogeneous thin film.
4. The diaphragm of claim 3 wherein the elastomeric membranes are alternately stacked with the rigid membranes.
5. The diaphragm of claim 3, wherein the elastic membrane is fixed to the rigid membrane by an adhesive, and the adhesive is an organosilicon adhesive or an acrylic adhesive.
6. The diaphragm of claim 1 wherein the hard domain has a size of 0.1nm to 50 um.
7. The diaphragm of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the elastic membrane is 1um to 100 um.
8. The diaphragm of claim 3, wherein the thickness of the rigid membrane is 1um to 100 um.
9. The diaphragm of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the diaphragm is 5um to 200 um.
10. The diaphragm of claim 5, wherein the thickness of the adhesive is 1um to 100 um.
11. The diaphragm of claim 3, wherein the rigid film is at least one of a polyetheretherketone film, a polyarylate film, and a polyetherimide film.
12. A loudspeaker, characterized in that the loudspeaker comprises a diaphragm according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
