In the present disclosure, an execution body is referred to, including: the system comprises a user terminal and an application server, wherein the user terminal can be a smart phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a tablet Personal computer, wearable equipment such as a smart watch, a smart bracelet, a smart running shoe and the like; the application server may be a cloud server. The user terminal may establish a communication connection with the application server through at least one communication mode of a mobile communication network, a WLAN (Wireless Local Area network), such as Wifi (Wireless fidelity), infrared communication, and the like. In a specific implementation process, the user terminal and the server are independent and simultaneously associated with each other, and the technical scheme provided by the disclosure is implemented together. The following describes a method for pushing tour guide information according to the present disclosure in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for pushing tour guide information is shown according to an exemplary embodiment, and the method may include the following steps:
in step 11, obtaining current position reference information of the user terminal;
in this disclosure, the current location reference information at least includes: current geographical location information and image capture information of a current scene.
In the disclosure, the user terminal has functions of acquiring geographic position information of the user terminal and acquiring an image, for example, a positioning sensor is arranged in the user terminal, and the current geographic position information of the user terminal can be determined in real time by using a satellite positioning system such as a GPS positioning system or a beidou satellite positioning system or other satellite positioning systems. Regarding the image acquisition function of the user terminal, the user terminal can acquire the static pictures or dynamic video information of the surrounding environment through the camera to obtain the image acquisition information of the current scenery concerned by the user.
Taking the user terminal as an example of a smart phone a, in the present disclosure, the smart phone a may be provided with an application program for intelligently guiding the user to visit tourist attractions, such as an APP named "intelligent tour guide". When a user visits tourist attractions for a small day, the intelligent guide APP in the mobile phone can be opened. The smart phone A can automatically acquire current geographic position information and prompt a user to acquire scene images, audio, video and other information of the current position, and current position reference information is acquired, so that the user terminal or the cloud server can identify the name of the current scenic spot according to the current position reference information. The current position reference information at least includes: the geographical location information of the user terminal, the current scene image collected in real time, may further include: and audio information which is acquired when the current scene image is acquired is taken as auxiliary reference information for determining the current scene.
In step 12, matching a preset scenic spot information database according to the current position reference information to determine a target scenic spot;
in an embodiment, referring to fig. 2, which is a schematic view of a scenario of pushing tour guide information according to an exemplary embodiment, the user terminal 100 may send the current location reference information acquired in real time to the cloud server 200, and the cloud server 200 performs step 12.
In another embodiment, if the user terminal stores a preset scenic spot information database provided by the cloud server in advance, the user terminal may perform step 12. For example, before the user visits a place, such as the home palace, the attraction introduction data related to the home palace may be downloaded to the user terminal carried along with the user, so that the user terminal may perform the step 12 in an off-line condition.
If the current position reference information includes: the current geographic position information of the user terminal and the current scene image acquired by the user terminal in real time. Referring to fig. 3, which is a flowchart illustrating another method for pushing tour guide information according to an exemplary embodiment, the step 12 may include:
in step 121, determining an approximate position of the scenic spot according to the current geographic position information;
in step 122, a specific target sight is further determined according to the current scene image.
In an embodiment, for the implementation of the above steps 121 and 122, reference may be made to a flowchart of another method for pushing tour guide information shown in fig. 4 according to an exemplary embodiment, where the above step 12 may include: in step 1201, a preset scene point location database is matched according to the current geographical location information of the user terminal, and a preset to-be-determined scene point name corresponding to the current geographical location information is obtained, wherein the preset scene point location database includes: the corresponding relation between the scenic spot name and the geographic position information;
in this disclosure, the preset scenic spot information library that the cloud server can provide can include: and presetting a position database of the scenic spots. The location database may include: and presetting a corresponding relation between the name of the scenic spot and the geographic position coordinate. Illustratively, as shown in table one:
name of scenic spot Geographical position coordinates
Scenery spot 1 First position coordinates
Scenery spot 2 Second position coordinate
…… ……
Scenic spot n Coordinates of the Nth position
Watch 1
And by inquiring the first table, the preset to-be-determined scenic spot name corresponding to the current geographic position information can be matched.
In step 1202, a preset reference image database is matched according to the names of the scenery spots to be determined, and a reference image corresponding to each name of the scenery spot to be determined is determined;
wherein the reference image database includes: and presetting the corresponding relation between the sight spot name and the reference image.
In this disclosure, the preset to-be-determined scenic spot name determined in step 1201 may include the following two cases:
in the first case, considering that the names of the scenic spots matched only according to the geographical location information may not be accurate enough, for example, considering civil navigation accuracy requirements or information security considerations, the geographical location information in the preset scenic spot location database may only be used to indicate the overall location information of one scenic spot, and the accuracy of the location coordinates cannot accurately indicate the location coordinates of each sub-scenic spot in the overall scenic spot. For example, the scenery spot 1 is an old palace, but the old palace includes a plurality of palace, each palace is a child scenery spot, and which palace the target scenery spot currently concerned by the user is can not be accurately located through the table.
In another embodiment, even if the geographic location coordinates in the preset location information database are accurate enough, in an application scenario, if the current geographic location of the user belongs to a necessary place to go to multiple scenic spots or a junction of multiple adjacent scenic spots, only the names of the multiple preset scenic spots may be matched according to the current geographic location information, the target scenic spot currently concerned by the user still cannot be accurately located, so that the user terminal cannot accurately display the tour guide information of the target scenic spot to the user.
Based on this, in the embodiment of the disclosure, on the basis of primarily determining the names of the scenic spots, the preset reference image database may be matched based on the current scenery image, and the preset reference image database includes reference images corresponding to the names of the preset scenic spots. Wherein one or more reference images may be set for each preset sight. In step 1201, when it is determined that there are a plurality of names of the to-be-determined scenic spots, a reference image corresponding to each of the names of the to-be-determined scenic spots may be matched from the preset reference image database based on the to-be-determined scenic spot names.
In step 1203, a reference image corresponding to each preset name of the to-be-determined scenery point is matched according to the current scenery image, and a target scenery point is determined.
According to the method and the device, on the basis of determining the approximate position of the scenic spot in a geographic position matching mode, the current scenery image acquired by the user terminal in real time can be subjected to image matching with the reference image of the preset undetermined scenic spot, the target scenic spot information is further determined based on the image matching mode, and the accuracy of the target scenic spot information is improved. The current scene image may be an image of a current scene of interest, which is taken by the terminal to remind the user, such as an image of an object like a featured building or a representative sculpture.
Referring to fig. 5, which is a flowchart illustrating another method for pushing tour guide information according to an exemplary embodiment, the step 1203 may include:
in step 1231, matching a reference image corresponding to the preset name of the to-be-determined scenery point according to the current scenery image, and obtaining a matching degree for each reference image;
in response to the first condition, a reference image corresponding to a preset sight name includes: reference images of a plurality of child sights. The number of reference images of each sub-sight is not limited to one.
Corresponding to the second case, that is, the number of the preset sight spot names is greater than or equal to two, the reference image corresponding to the preset sight spot names includes: and the preset sight spot names respectively correspond to the reference images.
For example, assuming that the current geographic location information is (north latitude: 39 degrees 54 minutes 56.92 seconds; east longitude: 116 degrees 23 minutes 26.93 seconds), the matched preset sight names include: palace A and palace B. In the present disclosure, the cloud server may store a corresponding reference image for each preset scenic spot, and for one preset scenic spot, the reference images may be one or more.
For example, the correspondence between the preset sight point name and the current geographic location information and the reference image may be as shown in table two:
Figure GDA0002663748480000141
Figure GDA0002663748480000151
watch two
As shown in table two, in the present disclosure, the matching degree between the current scene image and the image a may be calculated according to a preset image recognition algorithm, for example, 10%; and the degree of matching between the current subject image and image B, such as 80%.
In step 1232, determining the reference image with the highest matching degree as the target reference image;
as in the example above, image B in table two is determined as the target reference image.
In step 1233, the target sight point is determined according to the sight point name corresponding to the target reference image.
As in the above example, the sight name corresponding to the target reference image B may be: and the palace B is determined as a target scenic spot focused by the terminal user at the current geographic position.
Corresponding to the first case, the preset sight information database further includes names of sub-sights corresponding to the reference images, and then, the step 1233 specifically includes: and determining the target scenic spots according to the sub-scenic spot names corresponding to the target reference images.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, an approximate position of a scenic spot corresponding to the current geographical position information may also be determined from a preset scenic spot information database according to the current geographical position information, and then the current scene image is image-matched with a reference scenery image corresponding to the approximate position of the scenic spot, so as to accurately identify a target scenery included in the scenic spot. Therefore, in the present disclosure, when a tourist carries a user terminal to visit a certain scenic spot, the user terminal or the cloud server may accurately determine a target scenic spot focused by the user from the preset scenic spot information database by using a combination of the current geographic position information and the current scenic spot image, and further accurately determine the tour guide information of the target scenic spot.
In step 13, personalized tour guide information of the target sight spot is pushed to the terminal user.
In this disclosure, if the execution subject is a cloud server, step 13 includes: and the cloud server pushes the tour guide information of the target scenic spot to the user terminal so that the user terminal displays the tour guide information of the target scenic spot to a terminal user.
If the execution subject of step 12 is the user terminal, step 13 includes: and the background program of the user terminal pushes the determined tour guide information of the target scenic spot to a target application such as an intelligent tour guide, and the tour guide information of the target scenic spot is displayed for a terminal user through an application interface of the intelligent tour guide.
In this disclosure, the user terminal may adopt at least one of the following modes: and displaying the tour guide information of the target scenic spot to the user in the modes of characters, voice playing, multimedia animation, video playing, AR (Augmented Reality) technology and the like.
Taking the example that the cloud server pushes the tour guide information of the target scenic spot to the user terminal, the step 13 may include at least two following implementation manners:
in the first embodiment, the cloud server sends the preset tour guide information of the target scenic spot to the user terminal. The preset tour guide information is preset tour guide information formulated for the target sight spot. The tour guide information data received by the user terminals in the same sight spot, i.e. the target sight spot, are consistent, and the contents displayed in the application interface, such as the information of introduction contents, tour guide explanation styles and the like, are consistent. In this way, the information processing amount of the cloud server can be reduced, the tour guide information can be conveniently and rapidly pushed to the terminal user, and the timeliness of the tour guide information pushing is ensured.
And in the second implementation mode, the tour guide information meeting the personalized requirements of the user can be pushed to different user terminals according to different user requirements, so that the personalized requirements of different users are met, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, which is a flowchart illustrating another method for pushing tour guide information according to an exemplary embodiment, step 13 may include:
in step 131, user requirement information is obtained, where the user requirement information includes: personalized requirements of the terminal user when visiting the scenic spot;
according to the method, the user demand information can be acquired in at least two ways:
the first acquisition mode is an artificial intelligence acquisition mode, namely user demand information can be intelligently acquired according to historical tour records of terminal users
Referring to fig. 7, which is a flowchart illustrating another method for pushing tour guide information according to an exemplary embodiment, the step 131 may include:
in step 1311, obtaining a history tour record of the end user according to the identity of the end user;
in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the cloud server may store a historical tour record of each user. Wherein, each historical tour record can be recorded with: user identification, sight spot name, tour time, attribute information of tour guide information and the like. Wherein the attribute information of the tour guide information may include at least one of: the language type, the information of the interpreter, such as the tour guide interpretation style, and the information of the information content category, such as the building, the human, the history, and the like.
After the user successfully logs in the application "smart guide" APP, the cloud server may obtain an identity of the user, such as an account of the "smart guide" APP, or information of other users associated with the account, such as a QQ account, a mobile phone number, and the like, that can uniquely identify the user identity.
And matching the historical tour record of the terminal user from the cloud server according to the user identity.
In step 1312, the user demand information is determined based on the historical tour record.
As described above, the cloud server may perform data analysis through artificial intelligence based on the historical tour record of the terminal user, determine the past demand information of the terminal user when visiting the scenic spot, and automatically determine the historical demand information of the terminal user as the user demand information of the current tour. When the tour guide information of the target scenic spot is determined in the subsequent process, the tour guide information meeting the personalized requirements of the user can be automatically determined without manually inputting the requirement information by the user, and the intelligent degree of pushing the tour guide information is improved.
The second acquisition mode is to acquire the user requirement information in a manual input mode
Referring to fig. 8, which is a flowchart illustrating another method for pushing tour guide information according to an exemplary embodiment, the step 131 may include:
in step 1313, when a preset trigger condition is monitored, providing a preset user operation entry;
in step 1314, the user requirement information input by the user is obtained through the preset user operation entry.
In this disclosure, when a preset trigger condition is monitored in a preset interface of the "intelligent tour guide" application, for example, a monitoring user clicks a preset virtual button, or a preset gesture is sensed, a preset user operation entry may be provided, so that the user inputs, through the user operation, the demand information when the user visits the target scenery spot. The user requirement information may include at least one of:
language categories, such as languages of various countries including chinese, english, french, etc., local dialects may be selected for each language, for example, the sub-menu corresponding to chinese may include: mandarin, minnan chinese, cantonese, etc.
The explanation style information of the interpreter, such as the classic style, the humor witty style and the like, can also be selected.
The scenic spot attribute information includes, for example, information about architectural style, human style, geographical features, related historical characters, historical stories, and the like of the scenic spot.
And acquiring the personalized requirements introduced by the current user for the target scenic spots through the user operation entrance.
It should be noted here that the user requirement information may also include other information items for satisfying the user personalized requirements.
Illustratively, see fig. 9 for a schematic view of a scenario for pushing tour guide information according to an exemplary embodiment. In an application interface of an "intelligent tour guide" APP of the smart phone 100, three user operation entries are provided for a user to select a language category, an explanation style, and scenic spot attribute information, respectively. For each user operation entry, the user clicks the pull-down menu button on the right side, such as the pull-down menu button 101 of the sight attribute, and may select one or more pieces of personalized demand information from a pull-down menu, such as the pull-down menu 102 of the sight attribute.
In step 132, determining personalized guidance information corresponding to the target scenic spot according to the user demand information;
in the disclosure, in the target scenery spot information base provided by the cloud server, for one target scenery spot, introduction contents with different interpreters and individual explanation styles can be stored, and explanation data of each style has a corresponding tag for labeling the explanation style of the interpreters such as a tour guide.
For the scenic spot attribute information, data divided according to contents, such as building introduction data, historical story introduction data, literary custom introduction data, geographic characteristic introduction data and the like, may be stored in the database. The cloud server can match corresponding data according to the scenic spot attribute information in the user demand information.
Aiming at the language types, the user terminal or the cloud server has a language automatic translation function, and can automatically translate the introduction information of the target scenic spots into audio or video introduction information expressed by a target language such as English.
When the user demand information comprises the multiple demands, the cloud server performs comprehensive processing to obtain personalized guide information meeting the personalized demands of the user, such as historical story data of a target scenic spot explained by using English.
In step 133, the personalized guidance information is pushed to the user terminal, so that the user terminal displays the personalized guidance information of the target scenery spot to a terminal user.
And in the same way, the cloud server sends the acquired personalized guide information to the user terminal for display. Or the user terminal matches the personalized guide information aiming at the target scenic spot from a prestored scenic spot information database and sends the personalized guide information to the intelligent guide application for information playing.
Therefore, in the present disclosure, after a visitor enters a target scenery spot with a user terminal, the user terminal may obtain current position reference information of the user terminal under the trigger of the user, where the current position reference information includes: current geographical location information and image capture information of a current scene. The user terminal or the cloud server can match the preset scenic spot information database based on the current position reference information of the user terminal, so that a target scenic spot is accurately matched from the preset scenic spot information database in a mode of combining position information and image information, accurate tour guide information is pushed to the terminal user in time, the terminal user can conveniently and freely tour the target scenic spot according to the tour guide information, and the tour experience of the user is improved.
Furthermore, in the process that the user acquires the tour guide information, the personalized tour guide information can be acquired according to the self demand, the intelligent degree of tour guide information pushing is effectively improved, and the user experience is further improved.
Referring to fig. 10, a flowchart of another method for pushing tour guide information is shown according to an exemplary embodiment, after step 13, the method may further include:
in step 14, obtaining user feedback information of the tour guide information for the target sight spot;
in an embodiment of the disclosure, after the user terminal displays the tour guide information of a scenic spot to the user, a user operation entry which can input user feedback information, such as a rating option, a satisfaction survey dialog box, and/or a text input box for feeding back use experience, may be provided to the user through a preset interface, so as to obtain user feedback information such as the satisfaction of the user on the tour guide information provided this time and comment opinions.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 11 illustrating another flowchart of a method for pushing tour guide information according to an exemplary embodiment, the step 14 may include:
in step 141, providing a feedback operation entry for the tour guide information under a target condition, wherein the target condition is a condition indicating that the end user is in an idle state;
regarding the above-mentioned target condition, it may be a preset time point of day, which may be a time point determined according to the scenic spot open time and the tourist's travel law, such as 20:00, and which is a relatively free time when most of the tourists have finished the visit of the day and finished eating. Alternatively, the target condition may be that the user terminal detects that the end user is in a preset state for a long time, for example, in a relatively static state for more than half an hour, it may be determined that the end user is currently in a non-tour state, and may be relatively idle, so that the user terminal has energy to feed back the user experience to the tour guide information displayed previously.
In step 142, user feedback information input by the user on the tour guide information is obtained through the feedback operation entry.
Therefore, the user operation entry provided for the user and used for inputting the user feedback information under the target condition can effectively avoid disturbing the user to continuously visit the subsequent scenic spots, and effectively improve the user experience. For example, after the user visits all the sights, a feedback operation entry of a plurality of sight tour guide information is provided to the user through a preset interface, so as to uniformly acquire the user feedback information of the plurality of sight tour information provided in a preset time period, such as a day.
After the user feedback information is obtained, the user feedback information and the tour guide information of the target scenic spot are correlated and stored, and information storage is made for an information database of the target scenic spot optimized through big data.
Or, the data architecture of the scenic spot information database is optimized according to the user feedback information, and the like, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In step 15, the preset scenic spot information database is optimized according to the user feedback information.
In the present disclosure, the cloud server or the user terminal may further optimize the preset scenic spot information database according to the user feedback information.
For example, ranking is performed according to the situation that different users score tour explanation information of the same scenic spot and different guides, and the tour explanation information with higher score is arranged at the front position, so that the following users can quickly acquire the tour explanation information with higher evaluation.
For another example, after listening to the tour guide information, the user has a comment about a defective cultural relic of the attraction: "I feel, if a model of cultural relics restoration is provided, the effect will be better! ". The cloud server can search or prompt system maintenance personnel to provide a restored image of the cultural relic or a restored three-dimensional model image according to the user evaluation information, and the restored image or the restored three-dimensional model image is stored in the information database of the scenic spot, so that richer scenic spot introduction information can be subsequently pushed to the user terminal.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the scenic spot information database can be continuously updated and perfected through the feedback information of a large number of users to the intelligently pushed tour guide information, so that more accurate, rich and vivid tour guide information can be provided for subsequent users, the intelligent degree of the system is improved, and the tour experience of the users is improved.
Referring to fig. 12, a flowchart of another method for pushing tour guide information is shown according to an exemplary embodiment, before step 11, the method may further include:
in step 1001, acquiring original introduction data of the target scenic spot;
in step 1002, processing the original introduction data of the target sight spot to obtain structured data of the target sight spot, where the structured data includes: position information, reference image information, and interpretation data;
in step 1003, creating tour guide information of the target sight spot according to the structured data of the target sight spot;
in step 1004, the tour guide information of the target sight spot is stored in the preset sight spot information database.
In the present disclosure, the data source of the target scenery spot introduction information in the preset scenery spot information database may be obtained by a preset data processing method based on original scenery spot introduction data about the target scenery spot uploaded by different identity users through terminals.
For example, a scenic spot interpreter uses scenic spot introduction information about the target scenic spot sent by the terminal to establish tour guide information of the scenic spot in the database for the first time. Or, a large number of users with different identities use the scenic spot introduction information related to the same scenic spot sent by the terminal to extract information and establish the information data of the scenic spot. The process of obtaining introduction data about an attraction will be described in detail in the following embodiments.
Corresponding to the embodiment shown in fig. 12, the present disclosure further provides a method for creating a scenic spot information database, where the creating of the scenic spot information database includes, but is not limited to, creating an original scenic spot information database, and may further include: and adding data of a new scenery spot in the preset scenery spot information database, optimizing and updating scenery introduction data in the preset scenery spot information database, and the like.
Referring to FIG. 13, a flowchart of a method of creating a attraction information database is shown, according to an example embodiment, which may include:
in step 21, obtaining original sight spot introduction data of each sight spot;
if the method is executed by the cloud server, the cloud server can receive original scenic spot introduction data of the same scenic spot, which are uploaded by users with different identities through the terminal;
wherein the different identity users comprise at least one of the following users: scenic spot instructor, tourist guide, ordinary tourist, historian, archaeological student.
In step 22, processing the original sight spot introduction data to obtain the structural data of the sight spot;
in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the credibility of the original scenery spot introduction data may be determined according to the identity information of the sender of the original scenery spot introduction data; and processing the original sight introduction data by combining the credibility.
For example, in general, the reliability of the original sight spot introduction data uploaded by the scenic spot interpreter is higher than that of the original sight spot introduction data uploaded by the ordinary tourist, so that when introduction details, such as manufacturing time, of the same object, such as an ancient object, in different original data in a subsequent data processing process conflict, introduction information with high reliability can be determined as standard information transmitted to the tourist, and the accuracy of the tour guide information is improved.
Referring to fig. 14, a flowchart of a method for creating an attraction information database according to an exemplary embodiment, step 22 may include:
in step 221, obtaining preset type information of the attraction according to the original attraction introduction information, where the preset type information includes: image information, interpretation data and positioning information;
the original scenic spot introduction information can be information sent to a cloud server by personnel such as scenic spot interpreters, which record the explained content of one scenic spot into an audio file and a video file, or arrange the audio file and the video file into text information, associate with geographical position information, time information, attribute information of a terminal user and the like determined in real time. The attribute information of the terminal user may be information for labeling the user identity, such as information of a general visitor, an archaeological student, a historian, a tour guide, a scenic spot interpreter, and the like.
The cloud server extracts preset type information of a scenic spot from a large amount of original scenic spot introduction information according to a preset information processing method, and the method comprises the following steps: image information, interpretation data, location information.
In step 222, the preset type information is associated according to a timestamp to form the structured data of the scenic spot, where the structured data includes: position information, reference image information, interpretation data.
In the process of creating the scenery spot information, the preset type information can be associated according to the time stamp included by each type of information, and the information acquired at the same time is determined to belong to the related information of a scenery spot, so that the structured data of the scenery spot is formed.
In step 23, a sight information database is created based on the structured data for each of the sights.
When the scenic spot information is created according to the structured data of the scenic spots, in order to meet personalized requirements of different users, the method can further classify the explanation data.
Referring to fig. 15, which is a flowchart illustrating a method for creating an attraction information database according to an exemplary embodiment, step 23 may include:
in step 231, classifying the explanation data according to preset feature information to obtain different types of tour guide information;
wherein the preset feature information includes at least one of: language category, explanation style of the instructor, and scenery spot attribute information.
In step 232, the sight information database is created according to the different categories of tour guide information.
In summary, the cloud server may extract image information, text information, geographic location information, and the like from a large amount of original sight spot introduction information, construct a preset sight spot information database from the extracted various information according to the related technology, or update the introduction information of the preset sight spot in the preset sight spot information database, so as to provide more accurate and rich tour guide information for the tourist in the following. When the database is updated, if part of the subsequently acquired information conflicts with the pre-stored information, the contents in the database can be updated according to the time information, for example, by using the recently acquired information, so as to intelligently determine more accurate scenic spot information.
