Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
Some terms referred to in the embodiments of the present disclosure are explained below.
SIM (Subscriber identity Module) card: SIM cards may also be referred to as subscriber identity cards, smart cards, and the like. A GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) digital Mobile phone must be equipped with a SIM card for use.
ICCID (integrated Circuit Card Identity): the ICCID is the card number of the SIM card, which is equivalent to the identification card of the mobile phone number, and is usually composed of 20 digits.
IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber identity Number): the IMSI is an identifier that distinguishes mobile subscribers and is stored in the SIM card.
Briefly, the ICCID is used to identify the SIM card and the IMSI is used to identify the mobile subscriber.
Application scenarios of the embodiments of the present disclosure are described below.
After the holder of the terminal obtains the SIM card for the first time, the holder can instruct an operator to open the card, the operator sets the network access state of the SIM card to be a network access state, and then the SIM card is installed in the terminal. Then, the holder can install each application in the terminal, register and log in the user account in each application, and then perform various types of operations using the application logged in the user account.
When the holder loses the terminal, the user who takes the terminal can directly perform a predetermined type of operation by using the application in which the user account of the holder is logged. For example, when the predetermined type of operation is a transaction-type operation, the user may transfer the property in the user account of the holder to his name, thereby causing a loss of interest to the holder. Alternatively, when the predetermined type of operation is a read-type operation, the user may disseminate content such as a photograph in the user account of the holder into the network, thereby causing information leakage of the holder.
When a user does not replace the SIM card in the terminal and the holder realizes that the terminal is lost, the holder can report the loss of the SIM card to an operator, the operator can set the network access state of the SIM card to be a non-network-access state, and the network access state of the SIM card can be changed at the moment; when a user changes the SIM card in the terminal, the ICCID and/or IMSI of the SIM card may change at this time. Therefore, whether the user replaces the SIM card in the terminal or not, the information of the SIM card can be changed, and whether the user account is frozen or not can be determined according to the detection result by detecting whether the information of the SIM card is changed or not, so that the rights and interests of the holder are protected.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for managing a user account, which is applied to a terminal according to an exemplary embodiment, and the method for managing a user account, as shown in fig. 1, includes the following steps.
In step 101, before an application logging in a user account in a terminal performs a predetermined type of operation, first SIM card information of an SIM card in the terminal is acquired.
In step 102, second SIM card information pre-stored in the terminal is obtained, where the second SIM card information is recorded when any application, which has logged in the user account last time, completes a predetermined type of operation.
In step 103, when the first SIM card information is different from the second SIM card information, the user account logged in each application in the terminal is frozen.
In summary, according to the method for managing user accounts provided by the present disclosure, for a predetermined type of operation, when first SIM card information acquired before the current operation is different from second SIM card information recorded when the operation is completed last time, it is indicated that the SIM card in the terminal may be replaced or lost, and at this time, the user of the terminal may not be the holder of the terminal, so that the user accounts logged in each application in the terminal are frozen, and the problems that the user needs to report the user account to the customer service of each application one by one, the operation is cumbersome, and the user easily forgets to report some user accounts are solved, so that the user accounts can be reported as soon as possible and comprehensively, and the rights and interests of the holder of the terminal are protected.
In this embodiment, the operations that can be performed by the application logged in with the user account may include, but are not limited to: transactional class operations, social class operations, backup class operations, read class operations, and the like. Wherein each type of operation may involve multiple applications. For example, the application involved in the transaction-type operation may be a mobile banking application, a shopping-type application, a social-type application with a shopping plug-in, and the like. The application involved in the social-type operation may be a social application, a mail application, a microblog application, and so on. The application involved in the backup class operation may be a cloud disk application, a network disk application, or the like. The application involved in the reading operation can be an album application, a notepad application, a short message application, and the like.
In a first implementation manner, the terminal may execute the method for managing the user account provided in this embodiment before the application logged in with the user account performs any type of operation, so as to avoid any operation performed by the user using the application logged in with the user account of the holder. In a second implementation manner, the terminal may preset a predetermined type of operation, and execute the method for managing the user account provided in this embodiment before the application logged in the user account performs the predetermined type of operation, so as to avoid that the user performs the predetermined type of operation using the application logged in the user account of the holder. The second implementation is taken as an example, and the predetermined type of operation is a transaction type operation.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method of managing a user account, which is applied to a terminal, according to another exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2, the method of managing a user account includes the following steps.
In step 201, a page displayed by the terminal is acquired, and the page is provided by an application logged in with a user account.
When a user uses an application logged with a user account to perform transaction type operation, the user needs to control the terminal to display a transaction page first, and then the user performs some input or selection or voice operation on the transaction page, so as to control the application to perform the transaction type operation.
In step 202, it is detected whether the page is a transaction page.
In a possible implementation manner, the terminal may obtain an Activity property of the page, and detect whether the page is a transaction page according to the Activity property.
In step 203, when it is determined that the page is a transaction page, it is determined that the application logged in with the user account is to perform a predetermined type of operation.
When it is determined that the application logged in the user account is to perform the predetermined type of operation, that is, it is determined that the current time is the time before the application logged in the user account performs the predetermined type of operation, step 204 is executed.
In step 204, before the application logging in the user account in the terminal performs the predetermined type of operation, first SIM card information of the SIM card in the terminal is acquired.
Before an application with a user account is logged in the terminal to perform a predetermined type of operation, the terminal acquires SIM card information of the SIM card. The SIM card information is at least one of ICCID, IMSI and network access state of whether the SIM card accesses the network; or the SIM card information is generated according to at least one of the ICCID, the IMSI and the network access state of whether the SIM card accesses the network. For example, the SIM card information is a hash value generated according to at least one of the ICCID, the IMSI, and a network access status of whether the SIM card is networked, and the generation method of the SIM card information is not limited in this embodiment.
For the sake of convenience of distinction, the SIM card information acquired in this step is referred to as first SIM card information, and the SIM card information acquired in step 205 is referred to as second SIM card information. And the type of the information in the second SIM card information is the same as that of the information in the first SIM card information. For example, the first SIM card information includes an ICCID, an IMSI, and a network access status, and the second SIM card information also includes an ICCID, an IMSI, and a network access status; for another example, the first SIM card information includes an ICCID, and the second SIM card also includes an ICCID.
The terminal may interact with the SIM card through the operating system, so as to read the information of the SIM card.
In step 205, second SIM card information pre-stored in the terminal is obtained, where the second SIM card information is recorded when any application that has logged in the user account completes the predetermined type of operation last time.
The application that completes the predetermined type of operation in this step may be the same as or different from the application in step 204, and this embodiment is not limited.
When the application logged in with the user account completes the operation of the predetermined type, the application is controlled by the holder of the terminal to perform the operation of the predetermined type, and the second SIM card information recorded at this time is the SIM card information of the SIM card installed by the holder.
In step 206, when the first SIM card information is different from the second SIM card information, the user account logged in each application in the terminal is frozen.
And when the first SIM card information is the same as the second SIM card information and the subsequent application carries out the operation of the preset type, the terminal allows the operation and ends the process. When the first SIM card information is different from the second SIM card information, the following three scenarios may occur, which are explained below.
The first scenario is: the ICCIDs of the SIM cards are different, and the IMSIs of the SIM cards are the same. Since the IMSI is the same, the user of the terminal is the owner of the terminal regardless of whether the network access state is the network accessible state or the network inaccessible state, and at this time, the first SIM card information is different from the second SIM card information due to the fact that the owner replaces the SIM card in the terminal.
The second scenario is: the IMSI and the ICCID of the SIM card are different. Since the IMSI and the ICCID are different, the user of the terminal is not the holder of the terminal regardless of whether the network access state is the network accessible state or the network inaccessible state, and at this time, the first SIM card information is different from the second SIM card information due to the fact that the user replaces the SIM card installed by the holder.
The third scenario is: the network access states are different, and the ICCID and the IMSI are the same. Because the network access states are different, the user of the terminal is not the owner of the terminal, and at the moment, the first SIM card information is different from the second SIM card information due to the fact that the owner loses the SIM card.
For the three scenes, the terminal can determine which scene is according to which information in the first SIM card information and the second SIM card information is different, freeze the user account logged in the application when determining the second scene and the third scene, not freeze the user account logged in the application when determining the first scene, allow the operation when the application performs the predetermined type of operation subsequently, and end the process; or, the terminal freezes the user account logged in the application no matter which scene is the three scenes.
In this embodiment, the terminal may freeze the user accounts logged in all applications in the terminal when it is determined that the user accounts in the applications need to be frozen; it is also possible to read each application capable of performing the predetermined type of operation, and freeze the user account logged in the application, which is not limited in this embodiment.
After the terminal freezes the user account, the application logged in the user account can be prohibited from performing the operation of the predetermined type. For example, when the application is a mobile banking application, the terminal prohibits the mobile banking application from performing transaction operations with the user account of the holder, thereby ensuring the property security of the holder.
In step 207, when any application logged in with the frozen user account performs a predetermined type of operation, an authentication page is displayed.
When detecting that the ongoing operation of the application logged in the user account is a predetermined type of operation, the terminal displays an authentication page provided by an operating system, wherein the authentication page is used for authenticating the user.
In step 208, it is verified whether the current user of the terminal is the holder of the terminal according to the authentication page.
In this embodiment, the authentication mode may be determined according to the display content of the authentication page. For example, the authentication page displays an authentication question reserved by the holder, and the authentication is performed according to whether an answer input by the user for the authentication question is accurate; or, the identity verification page requires to input physiological characteristic information, and verification is performed according to whether the physiological characteristic information input by the user is the same as the physiological characteristic information reserved by the holder, where the physiological characteristic information may include fingerprint identification information, face identification information, iris identification information, and the like, and this embodiment is not limited.
When the verification result is that the user is not the holder of the terminal, step 209 is executed; when the user is not the holder of the terminal as a result of the authentication, step 210 is performed.
In step 209, when the current user of the terminal is the holder of the terminal, the user accounts logged in the respective applications in the terminal are defrosted and predetermined types of operations are allowed.
After the terminal unfreezes the user account, the application logged in the user account can be allowed to perform the operation of the preset type.
In this embodiment, the terminal freezes the user account, rather than reporting the user account to the customer service of the application. After the user account is lost, if the user account needs to be unfrozen, the user account needs to be unfrozen by carrying an identity card of the user to a business outlet, or the user account needs to be unfrozen by asking for help of friend verification, so that the operation is complicated; in this embodiment, the user account can be unfrozen by performing identity authentication on the user, so that the operation of unfreezing the user account is simplified.
In step 210, when the current user of the terminal is not the holder of the terminal, a predetermined type of operation is prohibited.
When the current user of the terminal is not the holder of the terminal, the terminal keeps the user account in a frozen state and prohibits the operation of a predetermined type.
The terminal freezes the user account number instead of reporting the user account number to the customer service of the application.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, when any application logged in with the frozen user account performs a predetermined type of operation, the operating system performs authentication. Optionally, the application may also perform the identity verification, and at this time, the step 207-.
In step 211, a first notification message is sent to each application with the frozen logged-in user account, where the first notification message is used to indicate that each application performs a predetermined type of operation, an authentication page is displayed, whether a current user of the terminal is the holder of the terminal is verified according to the authentication page, when the current user of the terminal is the holder of the terminal, the predetermined type of operation is allowed, and when the current user of the terminal is not the holder of the terminal, the predetermined type of operation is prohibited.
After the user account is frozen, the terminal sends a first notification message to each application of which the logged-in user account is frozen. And then, each application monitors whether to perform a preset type of operation when logging in the frozen user account, displays an authentication page when monitoring that the preset type of operation is performed when logging in the frozen user account, verifies whether the current user of the terminal is the holder of the terminal according to the authentication page, allows the preset type of operation when the current user of the terminal is the holder of the terminal, and forbids the preset type of operation when the current user of the terminal is not the holder of the terminal.
The identity verification page provided by the application may be the same as the identity verification page provided by the operating system, or may be different from the identity verification page provided by the operating system, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, because the application is developed more conveniently than the operating system, various kinds of verification can be performed on the authentication page provided by the application to enrich the authentication manner, thereby improving the accuracy of authentication.
In step 212, a second notification message sent by any application logged in with the frozen user account is received, wherein the second notification message is sent by the application when the application verifies that the current user of the terminal is the holder of the terminal.
In step 213, the user account logged in each application in the terminal is defrosted according to the second notification message.
The contents of the terminal unfreezing the user account are described in step 209, and are not described herein again.
In summary, according to the method for managing the user account provided by the present disclosure, since the application is developed in a relatively convenient manner compared to the operating system, various kinds of authentication can be performed on the authentication page provided by the application, so as to enrich the authentication manner, thereby improving the accuracy of the authentication.
