Description

Method, storage medium and device for stacking and forwarding call service of access equipment
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of soft switch communication, and particularly relates to a method, a storage medium and a device for stacking and forwarding call services of access equipment.
Background
An Integrated Access Device (IAD) is an Access Device that can simultaneously deliver traditional PSTN voice services, packet voice services, and data services (through LAN ports) over a single WAN link. The voice service system is suitable for small enterprises and home users, and can provide traditional PSTN voice service, VoIP voice service and data service for the users at the same time. The existing IAD has limited number of user ports, and when the user port expansion needs to be carried out on the IAD, the user port number expansion can be realized by configuring a plurality of user access modules in an Access Gateway (AG) through using AG equipment instead; or configuring a plurality of IADs to realize the capacity expansion of the user port. Because the access gateway equipment is the office equipment with more traditional telephone ports, when the access gateway equipment needs complex installation conditions and supporting facilities (such as a distribution frame arranged in a machine room), the condition for changing the access gateway equipment is strict, and the capacity expansion of the user port cannot be simply and quickly realized. When configuring a plurality of IADs, the access addresses and routing addressing configuration of the newly added IADs are required to be added to an external system correspondingly; as the number of configured IADs increases, routing configuration data in the external system grows in a geometric progression, resulting in a complex external system configuration. Meanwhile, since the calling service among the IADs requires the participation of an external system, when the external system fails and communication is interrupted, the internal calling service among the IADs is paralyzed.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, it is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a method for stacking and forwarding call services by an access device according to the present invention.
In a first aspect, the method for stacking and forwarding call services by an access device according to an embodiment of the present invention may be performed by any of the access devices, and the access device is taken as an execution subject for the following description.
The access device comprises a main access device and at least two stacked access devices, and the method comprises the following steps:
s101, according to a current call request, inquiring a local call routing table, and according to the call routing table, acquiring a stacking number of a target access device corresponding to the call request;
s102, if the access device corresponding to the stack number is judged to belong to the stack access device, the call request is sent to the stack access device so that the stack access device can perform corresponding call service processing;
s103, if the access device corresponding to the stack number is judged to belong to a main access device, the call request is sent to the main access device for processing, so that the main access device performs corresponding call service processing.
It should be noted that, in the method for stacking and forwarding call services by an Access Device provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the Access Device is an Integrated Access Device (IAD), which is an Access Device and can simultaneously deliver traditional PSTN voice service, packet voice service, data service on a single WAN link (through a LAN port), and the like; the IAD aggregates multiple voice and data channels across a single shared access link onto a carrier or service provider POP. Each access device is configured with a unique stacking number as an identifier, and the call request comprises a calling user number or a calling user name. And a call routing table copy is stored in each access device, and the call routing table is used for recording the mapping relationship between the user number or the user name which is handled by each access device and the stacking number of the access device. The user number or user name which the access device is responsible for processing is a user port managed by the access device, and the user number which the main access device is responsible for processing also comprises a user number or user name which the main access device is responsible for forwarding to an external system.
The access equipment queries a local call routing table according to a received current call request, and then obtains a stack number associated with a user number or a user name called in the call request, wherein the stack number is a stack number corresponding to the target access equipment. When the access device corresponding to the obtained stack number is judged to belong to the stack access device, the call request is sent to the stack access device so that the stack access device can perform corresponding call service processing; and when the access equipment corresponding to the obtained stack number is judged to belong to the main access equipment, sending the call request to the stack access equipment so as to enable the stack access equipment to perform corresponding call service processing. The call is established by addressing of the internal stack number, so that the access equipment can realize mutual call with any access equipment in the stack by internal routing addressing, and the internal user call service of the access equipment without the participation of an external system is realized. When the stack access equipment is added, only a unique stack number is needed to be configured for the newly added stack access equipment correspondingly as an identifier, the unique stack number is used as a mapping target of call routing addressing, and call routing tables in all the access equipment are updated correspondingly; after a call request is sent between any access device in the stack, the internal mutual call between the access devices can be realized by carrying out route addressing and call establishment through a local call routing table, an external system does not need to independently configure and manage call routing data for each newly added access device, and the smooth capacity expansion of the number of user ports during the stacking of the access devices is simply realized.
Further, the specific implementation process of step S103 may be:
on condition that the stack access device receives the current call request,
if the access equipment corresponding to the stack number is judged to belong to the main access equipment, the call request is sent to the main access equipment, so that the main access equipment directly carries out corresponding call service processing according to the call request; or sending the call request to the main access device to enable the main access device to carry out address updating on the call request, and forwarding the updated call request to an external system with built-in routing configuration to carry out corresponding call service processing;
on condition that the primary access device receives the current call request,
if the access equipment corresponding to the stack number is judged to belong to the main access equipment, corresponding call service processing is directly carried out according to the call request; or updating the address of the call request, and forwarding the updated call request to an external system with built-in route addressing configuration for corresponding call service processing.
It should be noted that, in another embodiment of the stacking and forwarding of call services by an access device provided by the present invention, the primary access device is further configured to implement forwarding of call routing services with an external system, and when a subscriber number or a user name called in the call request belongs to the external system, the primary access device is responsible for forwarding the call request of the internal stacked access device to the external system for processing. In the call routing table, the external call of the stacked access equipment is forwarded to the user calling the external system through the main access equipment by setting the mapping relation between the user number or the user name of the external system and the stacking number of the main access equipment. And when the external system forwards the external call to the internal stacked access device, the main access device receives the call, then addresses the target access device according to the call routing table, and forwards the call to the target access device. Therefore, the external system only needs to configure URL routing information of the main access equipment, when a certain access equipment calls from the external system, the main access equipment forwards the call request to finish calling any user number or user name in the stacked access equipment; when any stacked access device calls the access device of the external system from the inside, the call request of the stacked access device is uniformly forwarded by the main access device to complete SIP call forwarding.
Specifically, the access device queries a local call routing table according to a current call request, and acquires a stack number of a target access device corresponding to the call request according to the call routing table; under the condition that the stack access equipment receives the current call request, if the access equipment corresponding to the stack number is judged to belong to the main access equipment, the call request is sent to the main access equipment, and when the user number or the user name called in the call request belongs to the user number or the user name which is responsible for the main access equipment, the main access equipment directly carries out corresponding call service processing according to the call request; or when the user number or user name called in the call request belongs to the user number or user name which is forwarded to the external system by the main access device, the main access device updates the address of the call request and forwards the updated call request to the external system with built-in routing configuration for corresponding call service processing.
Further, the access devices are each configured with a unique stack number.
Further, the method further comprises:
and after the address information is obtained or changed in the operation process, the stack number of the access equipment and the changed address information are sent to all the access equipment through IP multicast. Wherein the stack number and the address information are mapped one to one.
Further, the method further comprises:
and receiving the address information sent by any access device, and correspondingly updating the address information corresponding to the stack number of the access device in the local address information recording table.
It should be noted that the stack number uniquely identifies each access device and serves as a mapping target of call routing addressing, so that the IP address information of each access device can be a dynamic IP address, and a call routing table does not need to be frequently modified after the IP address of any access device changes. After each access device is started to operate, the stack number and the actual IP address of each access device are spread to other access devices in the stack in an IP multicast mode. Therefore, each access device in the stack stores a mapping table of the stack number and the actual IP address information, namely an address information recording table, and records the mapping relation between the stack number of all the operating access devices in the current stack and the actual IP. The IP multicast transmits IP packets to a host set of a multicast group (multicast group) according to a principle of maximum delivery by using a specific IP multicast address. The basic method comprises the following steps: when a person sends data to a group of people, it does not have to send data to every person, but only to a specific reserved group address, and all people joining the group can receive the data. Therefore, for the sender, the data can be sent to all the receivers only by sending the data once, and the load of the network and the burden of the sender are greatly reduced.
Further, the call request comprises a user number or a user name and address information; and the user number or the user name and the stacking number are in a many-to-one mapping relation.
It should be noted that multiple user numbers or user names may be mapped to a single stack number. A user number or user name supports wildcards (e.g.,.
Further, after the step S102, the method further includes:
inquiring the address information recording table according to the stack number to obtain address information corresponding to the stack number;
and constructing the URL call route of the SIP protocol according to the address information.
It should be noted that, the method for stacking and forwarding call services of access devices according to the embodiment of the present invention implements stacking of call services of multiple access devices by using an SIP protocol. Wherein, SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) is a multimedia communication Protocol established by IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force). It is a text-based application-layer control protocol for creating, modifying and releasing sessions of one or more participants.
Specifically, when the access device processes a call, the access device queries a local call routing table according to a current call request, finds a stack number associated with a user number or a user name called in the call request, and determines a destination access device addressed by a call routing; if the access device corresponding to the stack number is judged to belong to the stack access device, constructing a URL (uniform resource locator) call route of the SIP message and sending a call request to the stack access device according to the IP address corresponding to the stack number recorded in a local address information recording table;
under the condition that the stack access equipment receives the current call request, if the access equipment corresponding to the stack number is judged to belong to the main access equipment and the call request is an internal call, according to the IP address corresponding to the stack number of the main access equipment recorded in the local address information recording table, constructing a URL call route of the SIP message and sending the call request to the main access equipment so that the main access equipment directly performs corresponding call service processing according to the call request; or when the call request is an external call, the main access device updates the URL call route of the SIP message, updates the address of the call request, and forwards the updated call request to an external system with built-in URL call route and route addressing configuration to perform corresponding call service processing;
under the condition that a main access device receives a current call request, if the access device corresponding to the stack number is judged to belong to the main access device and the call request is an internal call, directly performing corresponding call service processing according to the call request; or when the call request is an external call, the URL call route of the SIP message is updated, the address of the call request is updated, and the updated call request is forwarded to an external system which is internally provided with the URL call route and route addressing configuration to carry out corresponding call service processing;
when the main access equipment processes the user number or user name called by an external system, inquiring a local call routing table according to the current call request, finding out a stacking number associated with the user number or user name called in the call request, and determining the destination access equipment of call routing addressing; if the access equipment corresponding to the stack number is judged to belong to the stack access equipment, updating the URL call route of the SIP message and forwarding the call request to the stack access equipment according to the IP address corresponding to the stack number recorded in the local address information recording table; and if the access equipment corresponding to the stack number is judged to belong to the main access equipment, directly carrying out corresponding call service processing according to the call request. The forwarding of the call routing service between the stacked access equipment and the external system is realized. Wherein, the url (uniform Resource locator) is a uniform Resource locator. In the SIP protocol, the URL is an SIP address scheme for calling another person, and includes information such as a user number, a user name, and an IP address. Through SIP call forwarding function of the access device, through the main access device in the stack, call routing service forwarding between the stack access device and the external system is completed in a unified way; the workload of configuring the URL call routing data of the external system and the access device is not increased geometrically due to the increase of the number of stacked access devices.
Further, the external system includes a soft switch.
