The full-insulation protective needle insulator has the advantages of good insulation performance, convenience and firmness in installation, stable structure, high bending strength, low cost and safety and reliability.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of insulator equipment, in particular to a full-insulation protective needle insulator and an assembly method thereof.
Background
Insulators are devices mounted between conductors of different potential or between a conductor and a ground potential member, capable of withstanding voltage and mechanical stress. The insulating control is a special insulating control and can play an important role in overhead transmission lines. According to the material classification, the insulator comprises a porcelain insulator, a toughened glass insulator, a silicon rubber composite insulator and the like, and the porcelain insulator has the earliest application time, but the performance of the porcelain insulator can be rapidly reduced under the pollution and humidity conditions, and the line pollution flashover accident can be easily caused; the toughened glass insulator has the main advantages of high mechanical strength, zero value self-explosion, reduced operation workload, better arc resistance and slower aging process than porcelain. The method has the defects that the self-riot rate is high, and the glass fragments which are damaged and scattered by the impact of external force are easy to affect cultivation.
The silicon rubber composite insulator is generally composed of a core rod and a basic insulator which is made of silicon rubber, has higher bending resistance, impact resistance, shock resistance and explosion resistance, has the advantages of good pollution flashover performance, light weight, small size, low price, basically maintenance-free operation, small corona, small electromagnetic interference and the like, and is an ideal updated product of the traditional toughened glass insulator. The needle insulator with the stitch needle cap is used in large quantities at home and abroad at present, the needle insulator with the stitch needle cap made of metal is high in cost, and particularly the composite needle insulator with the high bending resistance requirement is higher in cost, and the needle insulator is fragile and easy to have insulation failure.
The needle insulator used at present is fixed on angle steel by using a nut up and down respectively when being installed, and the lower nut can vibrate and fall off when running for a long time, so that the insulator is in a string falling accident.

In the technical scheme, the structure that the insulating sheath is sleeved outside the core body is adopted, so that the use of metal parts is reduced, the cost can be reduced, the discharge gap between the wire and the cross arm can be increased, and the possibility of discharging the high-voltage wire in severe weather is effectively reduced. The screw rod and the core body are in threaded connection through the embedded tubular connecting piece, and the embedded tubular connecting piece can greatly improve the bending strength of the insulator and is convenient to install. The embedded tubular connecting piece and the upper end and the lower end of the screw rod are both provided with passivation ends, so that the discharge of the lead to the tip can be effectively prevented. The screw (lower hardware) is embedded and connected in the core body, so that the insulation performance can be effectively improved, the mechanical strength is improved, and the product cost is reduced. The lower end of the screw rod is provided with a limiting end head to replace the lower nut, so that the insulator is ensured not to fall down due to loosening of the lower nut.
Preferably, the limiting end and the screw are of an integrated structure.
Preferably, the width of the limiting end head is larger than the diameter of the screw rod and larger than the diameter of the mounting hole on the cross arm for mounting the insulator.
Preferably, the core is integrally cast of DMC material. DMC material Dough molding compounds, i.e., bulk molding compound, is a dough-like prepreg formed by thoroughly mixing GF (chopped glass fibers), UP (unsaturated resin), MD (filler) and various additives. The bulk molding compound has excellent electrical performance, mechanical performance, heat resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, can meet the requirements of various products on performance, and is suitable for various molding processes. The core body is integrally cast by adopting DMC materials, so that the use of an upper hardware fitting (needle cap) is omitted, and the insulation gap and the bending strength can be effectively improved.
Preferably, the inclination angle of the umbrella skirt is more than or equal to 5 degrees. The umbrella skirt which is obliquely arranged can reduce dust accumulation, natural wind can easily clean the dust accumulation on the umbrella skirt, and the self-cleaning capability is strong.
Preferably, the umbrella skirt is vertically arranged in parallel, wherein the diameter of the middle umbrella skirt is smaller than that of the upper umbrella skirt and the lower umbrella skirt, so that the voltage bridging gap can be increased, and the insulation performance is improved.
Preferably, the insulating sheath is made of silicone rubber. The external insulation is made of silicon rubber material, so that the full insulation performance of the insulator can be ensured.
Preferably, the thickness of the insulating sheath is more than or equal to 5mm.
The invention also relates to an assembly method of the all-insulation protective needle insulator, which comprises the following steps:
(1) The upper end of the screw rod passes through a mounting hole on the cross arm, and the nut is sleeved on the screw rod by the rotation of the upper end of the screw rod, so that the screw rod is primarily fixed on the cross arm;
(2) The method comprises the steps that a core body with an insulating sheath is arranged on the upper part of a screw rod, and the upper part of the screw rod and a tubular connecting piece on the core body are tightly arranged together through threads;
(3) After the angle of the insulator is adjusted to a proper position, the nut is fastened, and then the installation is completed.
After the full-insulation protective needle insulator is installed, the insulator cannot fall off even if the long-term conductor breeze vibration influence is carried out, but only becomes more and more tight, so that the insulator is fastened and stably installed.

The core body is integrally cast by DMC material, so that the use of an upper hardware fitting (needle cap) is omitted, and the bending strength is met. The outer insulating sheath is made of silicone rubber to realize full-insulating protection, so that the inner core body can be prevented from being wetted, and the insulator whole body has the characteristics of stain resistance, self cleaning, hydrophobicity and the like of the silicone rubber, and long-term reliable operation of products is ensured.
The full-insulation protective needle insulator has the advantages of good insulation performance, convenience and firmness in installation, stable structure, high bending strength, low cost and safety and reliability.

Example 1: referring to fig. 1, the full-insulation protection needle insulator comprises a core body 1, an insulation sheath 2 and a screw rod 3, wherein the core body 1 is formed by integrally casting DMC materials, the insulation sheath 2 is covered outside the core body 1, an umbrella skirt 4 is arranged on the insulation sheath 2, the umbrella skirt 4 and the insulation sheath 2 are of an integrated structure, the inclination angle of the umbrella skirt 4 is more than or equal to 5 degrees, the insulation sheath 2 is made of silicone rubber, and the thickness of the insulation sheath 2 is more than or equal to 5mm. In this embodiment, the umbrella skirt 4 is vertically arranged in parallel, wherein the diameter of the middle umbrella skirt is smaller than that of the upper and lower umbrella skirts.
An assembly hole is formed in the center of the lower part of the core body 1, a tubular connecting piece 5 with internal threads is fixedly sleeved in the assembly hole, external threads matched with the internal threads are formed on the outer wall of the screw rod 3, and the upper part of the screw rod 3 is mounted with the tubular connecting piece 5 through threaded fit; a limiting end head 6 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the screw 3; the limiting end head 6 and the screw rod 3 are of an integrated structure, and the width of the limiting end head 6 is larger than the diameter of the screw rod 3 and larger than the diameter of a mounting hole on a cross arm 8 for mounting an insulator; the screw 3 is sleeved with a nut 7 for fixing the screw 3 on the cross arm.

The full-insulation protective needle insulator can well meet the running requirement of a 10-22kV line, the damage bending strength is greater than 8kN, and the higher damage bending load can be realized by increasing the diameter of a core body, so that the requirement of 5kN in China is far higher.
