Claims (9)

1. A protective sleeve of an LED nixie tube comprises a mounting base (4) and a protective cover (2), wherein the mounting base (4) is arranged below the protective cover (2), and the protective sleeve is characterized by further comprising a mounting mechanism and a dehumidifying mechanism, wherein the mounting mechanism and the dehumidifying mechanism are both arranged inside the mounting base (4);
the installation mechanism comprises a driving assembly, a fixed seat (7), a transmission assembly, two reinforcing sleeves (5), two second transmission rods (6), two first springs (9), two connecting wires (10), two first transmission rods (3) and two side baffles (1), wherein the fixed seat (7) is arranged inside the installation base (4), the driving assembly is arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the installation base (4), the transmission assembly is arranged on the fixed seat (7), the two reinforcing sleeves (5) are respectively arranged on the inner walls of two sides of the installation base (4), the two second transmission rods (6) are horizontally arranged, the two second transmission rods (6) respectively penetrate through the two reinforcing sleeves (5), the two first springs (9) are respectively sleeved on the two second transmission rods (6), one ends of the two first springs (9) are respectively connected with the two reinforcing sleeves (5), the other ends of the two first springs (9) are respectively connected with one ends, close to the transmission assemblies, of the two second transmission rods (6), one ends of the two connecting wires (10) are respectively connected with one ends, close to the transmission assemblies, of the two second transmission rods (6), the other ends of the two connecting wires (10) are respectively connected with the transmission assemblies, the two first transmission rods (3) are vertically arranged, the bottom ends of the two first transmission rods (3) are respectively connected with one ends, far away from the transmission assemblies, of the two second transmission rods (6), the two side baffles (1) are respectively arranged on two sides of the protective cover (2), and the top ends of the two first transmission rods (3) are respectively connected with the two side baffles (1);
the dehumidification mechanism comprises an air exhaust component and two non-return components, the two non-return components are respectively arranged on the two side baffles (1), and the air exhaust component is arranged inside the mounting base (4);
the air extraction assembly comprises a driving unit, a second connecting rod (23), a piston (21), a cylinder (22), a first pipeline (20) and a second pipeline (19), wherein the cylinder (22) is horizontally arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the mounting base (4), the driving unit is arranged on one side of the cylinder (22), the piston (21) is arranged inside the cylinder (22), the second connecting rod (23) is horizontally arranged on one side, close to the driving unit, of the piston (21), one end of the second connecting rod (23) is connected with the driving unit, one end of the first pipeline (20) is communicated with one end, far away from the driving unit, of the cylinder (22), the other end of the first pipeline (20) is arranged on the inner wall of one side of the mounting base (4), one end of the second pipeline (19) is communicated with one end, far away from the driving unit, of the top of the cylinder (22), the other end of the second pipeline (19) is arranged on the inner wall of the top of the mounting base (4), a one-way valve is arranged at the joint of the first pipeline (20) and the air cylinder (22), and a one-way valve is arranged at the joint of the second pipeline (19) and the air cylinder (22);
the non-return assembly comprises an air outlet (14), a baffle plate (15), a moving plate (16), two first connecting rods (18) and two second springs (17), the air outlet (14) is arranged on one side, far away from the protective cover (2), of the side baffle plate (1), the baffle plate (15) is vertically arranged inside the air outlet (14), a through hole is formed in the center of the baffle plate (15), the two first connecting rods (18) are horizontally arranged at the top and the bottom of one side, far away from the protective cover (2), of the baffle plate (15), the moving plate (16) is vertically arranged on one side, far away from the protective cover (2), of the baffle plate (15), the top end and the bottom end of the moving plate (16) are respectively provided with a through hole, the two first connecting rods (18) penetrate through the moving plate (16), and the two second springs (17) are respectively sleeved on the two first connecting rods (18), one ends of the two first springs (9) are respectively connected with one ends, far away from the protective cover (2), of the two first connecting rods (18), and the other ends of the two first springs (9) are connected with the moving plate (16).

The protective sleeve for the LED nixie tube according to claim 1, wherein a wireless signal transceiver module and a single chip microcomputer are further arranged inside the mounting base (4), and the wireless signal transceiver module is electrically connected with the single chip microcomputer.

The protective sleeve for LED nixie tubes according to claim 1, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a gear (12) and a rotary disc (8), the gear (12) is hinged at the middle of the fixing base (7), the rotary disc (8) is disposed at one side of the gear (12), the gear (12) and the rotary disc (8) are coaxially disposed, and one ends of the two connecting wires (10) far away from the second transmission rod (6) are wound around the periphery of the rotary disc (8).

The protective sleeve of the LED nixie tube according to claim 1, wherein the driving component comprises a first motor (13) and a worm (11), the first motor (13) is arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the mounting base (4), the worm (11) is horizontally arranged below the gear (12), the worm (11) is matched with the gear (12), and the first motor (13) is in transmission connection with the worm (11).

The protective sleeve for the LED nixie tube according to claim 1, wherein the driving unit comprises a second motor (25), a driving wheel (26) and a third connecting rod (24), the second motor (25) is disposed at one side of the cylinder (22), the second motor (25) is in transmission connection with the driving wheel (26), one end of the third connecting rod (24) is hinged at a position of the driving wheel (26) far away from the center of the driving wheel (26), and the other end of the third connecting rod (24) is hinged at one end of the second connecting rod (23) far away from the piston (21).
6. The protective cover for LED nixie tubes according to claim 1, wherein a rubber block is further provided on a side of the moving plate (16) adjacent to the baffle (15).
7. The protective cover for LED nixie tubes according to claim 1, wherein the top of the mounting base (4) has a sliding slot at each end, and a sliding block is disposed below each of the two side baffles (1) and disposed inside each of the two sliding slots.
8. The protective sleeve for the LED nixie tube according to claim 1, wherein the protective cover (2) is made of tempered glass.
9. The protective sleeve for LED nixie tubes according to claim 1, wherein the piston (21) is further provided with a sealing ring on the outer periphery.
