本发明提供了一种单一剖面轻量型无源超高频抗金属RFID标签,包括高频基板和设置在所述高频基板上部的天线辐射层,所述天线辐射层上设置有芯片封装槽,所述天线辐射层上以所述芯片封装槽为对称中心还对称设置有两个缝隙沟槽,所述缝隙沟槽连通所述芯片封装槽,所述芯片封装槽和两个所述缝隙沟槽共同构成Z型闭环槽。该单一剖面轻量型无源超高频抗金属RFID标签具有设计科学、结构简单、薄型高增益、宽频域、量产成本低的优点。

单一剖面轻量型无源超高频抗金属RFID标签
技术领域
本发明涉及了一种单一剖面轻量型无源超高频抗金属RFID标签。
背景技术
射频标签是产品电子代码(EPC)的物理载体,附着于可跟踪的物品上,可全球流通并对其进行识别和读写。通常在UHF频域商用RFID IC chip阻抗特点是非常大的虚数以及小的实数。这样的标签芯片的特点使Q(Quality-factor)值抬高导致天线的匹配变得尤为困难,这也是阻抗频域变窄的主要原因。阻抗频域较窄导致对制作工艺的要求较高,造成制造工艺比较复杂、制作成本较高,以及基板的介电损耗进一步带来的辐射效率低下等的负面影响。
为了解决以上存在的问题,人们一直在寻求一种理想的技术解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,从而提供一种设计科学、结构简单、薄型高增益、宽频域、量产成本低的单一剖面轻量型无源超高频抗金属RFID标签。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种单一剖面轻量型无源超高频抗金属RFID标签,包括高频基板和设置在所述高频基板上部的天线辐射层,所述天线辐射层上设置有芯片封装槽,所述天线辐射层上以所述芯片封装槽为对称中心还对称设置有两个缝隙沟槽,所述缝隙沟槽连通所述芯片封装槽,所述芯片封装槽和两个所述缝隙沟槽共同构成Z型闭环槽。
基于上述,所述缝隙沟槽包括横向槽、纵向槽和拐角槽,所述纵向槽一端连通所述芯片封装槽,所述纵向槽另一端通过所述拐角槽连通所述横向槽。
基于上述,还包括下壳体和上壳体,所述上壳体和所述下壳体上对应设置有扣接件,所述下壳体内设置有多个连接柱,所述连接柱包括同轴心设置的第一凸台和第二凸台,所述第一凸台的直径大于所述第二凸台的直径,所述高频基板和所述天线辐射层上分别对应所述第二凸台设置有通孔。
本发明相对现有技术具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步,具体的说,本发明通过在天线辐射层上设置芯片封装槽和缝隙沟槽,缝隙沟槽和芯片封装槽共同构成Z型闭环槽,通过设置合适的缝隙沟槽长度来改变Z型闭环槽内部流动的电流,不仅可以诱导适当的容抗成分和感抗成分同时可以精细的控制标签的工作频率以及信号的激发,从而有效的与不同的芯片进行多样化共轭阻抗匹,其具有设计科学、结构简单、薄型高增益、宽频域、量产成本低的优点。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
如图1所示,一种单一剖面轻量型无源超高频抗金属RFID标签,包括高频基板和设置在所述高频基板上部的天线辐射层,所述天线辐射层上设置有芯片封装槽,所述天线辐射层上以所述芯片封装槽为对称中心还对称设置有两个缝隙沟槽,所述缝隙沟槽连通所述芯片封装槽,所述芯片封装槽和两个所述缝隙沟槽共同构成Z型闭环槽。具体的,所述缝隙沟槽包括横向槽、纵向槽和拐角槽,所述纵向槽一端连通所述芯片封装槽,所述纵向槽另一端通过所述拐角槽连通所述横向槽。
缝隙沟槽的长度,也即横向槽的长度由RFID标签中心频率对应的半波长(λ/2)决定,会诱导适当的容抗成分和感抗成分。Z型闭环槽周边会诱导激发中心频率对应的磁力线,根据电磁法则在天线辐射层中形成往特定方向流动的表面电流,根据选用的芯片使用适当长度的缝隙沟槽,从而实现多样化的输入阻抗的匹配。通过采用Z型闭环槽的结构,容易实现对芯片的共轭匹配,可将高频基本的厚度由现有的3-5mm有效减少到0.5mm,同时将现有在高频基本两侧设置天线辐射层的结构简化为仅需在高频基本一侧设置天线辐射层,有效减少了RFID标签的重量、降低了量产的成本,同时大幅度提升了标签识别距离。
优选地,该单一剖面轻量型无源超高频抗金属RFID标签还包括下壳体和上壳体,所述上壳体和所述下壳体上对应设置有扣接件,所述下壳体内设置有多个连接柱,所述连接柱包括同轴心设置的第一凸台和第二凸台,所述第一凸台的直径大于所述第二凸台的直径,所述高频基板和所述天线辐射层上分别对应所述第二凸台设置有通孔。射频标签的贴附对象是金属、液体或者高介电常数物体的时候,在不同介质界面会产生电磁波的反射、高介电常数物质的电磁波吸收,导体材质引起的电磁波干涉以及衍射等现象引起的RFID标签信号强度下降,导致RFID标签的性能下降以及标签读取成功率降低。所述上壳体和所述下壳体通过所述扣接件连接为壳体,扣接件为常用连接件。所述高频基板和所述天线辐射层设置在该壳体内,并通过与所述第二凸台和所述第一凸台的相互配合关系,所述高频基板和所述天线辐射层与所述下壳体之间构成一定间隙,使得在金属贴附物和标签天线之间产生寄生的容抗,减少了因金属贴附物的干涉和反射,从而最小化共振频率和输入阻抗,使得可以确保标签的频域广特性以及相对稳定的标签性能。
最后应当说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其限制;尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,所属领域的普通技术人员应当理解:依然可以对本发明的具体实施方式进行修改或者对部分技术特征进行等同替换;而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神,其均应涵盖在本发明请求保护的技术方案范围当中。

1.一种单一剖面轻量型无源超高频抗金属RFID标签,其特征在于:包括高频基板和设置在所述高频基板上部的天线辐射层,所述天线辐射层上设置有芯片封装槽,所述天线辐射层上以所述芯片封装槽为对称中心还对称设置有两个缝隙沟槽,所述缝隙沟槽连通所述芯片封装槽,所述芯片封装槽和两个所述缝隙沟槽共同构成Z型闭环槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单一剖面轻量型无源超高频抗金属RFID标签,其特征在于:所述缝隙沟槽包括横向槽、纵向槽和拐角槽,所述纵向槽一端连通所述芯片封装槽,所述纵向槽另一端通过所述拐角槽连通所述横向槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单一剖面轻量型无源超高频抗金属RFID标签,其特征在于:还包括下壳体和上壳体,所述上壳体和所述下壳体上对应设置有扣接件,所述下壳体内设置有多个连接柱,所述连接柱包括同轴心设置的第一凸台和第二凸台,所述第一凸台的直径大于所述第二凸台的直径,所述高频基板和所述天线辐射层上分别对应所述第二凸台设置有通孔。
