Further, as shown in fig. 4-6, the external cleaning branch 30 may be provided with a micro switch 33, the micro switch 33 may be triggered to control the control valve 40 to be in the external conducting position when the external cleaning assembly 31 is installed, and the micro switch 33 may be triggered to control the control valve 40 to be in the internal conducting position when the external cleaning assembly 31 is removed. Therefore, the state switching of the internal cleaning branch 20 can be triggered by the dismounting of the external cleaning component 31, the switching of the communication of the cleaning medium supply component 10 and the internal cleaning branch 20 or the communication of the cleaning medium supply component 10 and the external cleaning branch 30 can be realized only by one-step operation of dismounting and mounting the external cleaning component 31, and the operation is simpler and more convenient.
With continued reference to fig. 4-6, in embodiments having a branch junction 32, an outer cleaning portion 311, and an outer junction 312, the micro-switch 33 may be provided on the branch junction 32. When the outer joint part 312 is connected with the branch joint part 32, the outer joint part 312 can stop against the contact 331 of the micro switch 33 to trigger the micro switch 33 to enable the control valve 40 to be in the outer conducting position, when the outer joint part 312 is separated from the branch joint part 32, the outer joint part 312 can release the contact 331 of the micro switch 33 to trigger the micro switch 33 to enable the control valve 40 to be in the inner conducting position, and the position of the micro switch 33 is reasonably set.
In addition, the micro switch 33 may be detachably connected to the branch joint portion 32, that is, in the embodiment in which the micro switch 33 is required to control the on state of the internal cleaning branch 20, as shown in fig. 4, the micro switch 33 may be incorporated, and in the embodiment in which the micro switch 33 is not required to control the on state of the internal cleaning branch 20, as shown in fig. 10, the micro switch 33 may be removed.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4-5, the outlet of the branch junction portion 32 may be provided with a valve cartridge assembly 34, and the valve cartridge assembly 34 may be movable between an open position and a closed position. During connection of the outer joint portion 312 to the branch joint portion 32, the outer joint portion 312 may abut against the valve core assembly 34, so that the valve core assembly 34 moves to an open position that opens the outlet of the branch joint portion 32, and when the outer joint portion 312 is connected to the branch joint portion 32, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the outlet of the branch joint portion 32 is fully opened. When the outer joint portion 312 is separated from the branch joint portion 32, the valve core assembly 34 is not stopped by the outer joint portion 312, and the valve core assembly 34 can be reset to the closing position for closing the outlet of the branch joint portion 32.
Further, as shown in fig. 4-6, the valve core assembly 34 may include: a valve core 341 and a first elastic member 342. One end of the valve core 341 may abut against the outer joint portion 312, so that the valve core 34 assembly may move under the abutment of the outer joint portion 312. The other end of the valve element 341 may be provided with a sealing portion 343, and the valve element 341 may be provided with a fluid passage. The seal 343 may be configured to close the outlet of the branch junction 32 and the fluid passage may communicate the outlet of the branch junction 32 with the inlet of the outer junction 312 when the valve cartridge assembly 34 is in the open position.
In addition, the first elastic member 342 may be stopped between the branch joint portion 32 and the valve element 341. As shown in fig. 5, the valve element 341 moves to the open position by the stop action of the outer joint portion 312, the first elastic element 342 is in a compressed state, and the fluid passage communicates the outlet of the branch joint portion 32 with the inlet of the outer joint portion 312. As shown in fig. 6, when the outer joint part 312 is detached, the valve element 341 loses the stopping action, the first elastic element 342 is restored to the original state, and the valve element 341 can automatically return to the closed position under the stopping action of the first elastic element 342, so as to prevent the cleaning medium from leaking from the outlet of the branch joint part 32 to cause an injury accident, and thus, the cleaning device is safer and more reliable.
Further, in the specific embodiment shown in fig. 5, the valve element 341 may be formed substantially as a cylinder extending in the flow direction of the cleaning medium, the sealing portion 343 may be formed substantially as a circle extending in a plane perpendicular to the flow direction of the cleaning medium, and at least a portion of one end of the valve element 341 adjacent to the outer joint portion 312 is formed with a fluid passage.
In addition, at least a portion of one end of the valve body 341 adjacent to the outer joint portion 312 is formed by a plurality of plate bodies extending outward in the radial direction of the valve body 341 from the axis of the valve body 341, and one ends of the plurality of plate bodies remote from the axis of the valve body 341 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the valve body 341, and a fluid passage is defined between the adjacent two plate bodies. This ensures that the cleaning medium can enter the outer joint part 312 from the branch joint part 32 via the fluid channel when the valve element 341 comes into abutment with the outer joint part 312. It should be noted that the valve body 341 shown in fig. 5 is a sectional view, and a sectional line passes through the plate body, and therefore, the fluid passage structure is not shown in fig. 5.
Still further, the first elastic element 342 may be a coil spring sleeved on the valve element 341, and has a simple structure, can be recycled, and is not easy to age and deform. The sealing part 343 can be a sealing ring sleeved on the valve core 341, the sealing effect of the sealing ring is better, and when the outer joint part 342 is detached, the outlet of the branch joint part 32 can be effectively sealed, so that the cleaning medium is prevented from leaking, and the cleaning device is safer.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the branch joint part 32 may include a branch outside pipe 322, a branch inside pipe 323, and a sealing ring 324, the branch outside pipe 322 and the branch inside pipe 323 may be screw-coupled, and a space between the branch outside pipe 322 and the branch inside pipe 323 may be sealed by the sealing ring 324 to prevent the cleaning medium from leaking. The valve core 341 of the valve core assembly 34 may be inserted into the branch inner pipe 323, and when the valve core assembly 34 is located at the closed position, the sealing portion 343 of the valve core assembly 34 may be stopped against one end of the branch inner pipe 323 to close the outlet of the branch joint portion 32. When the valve core assembly is assembled, the valve core assembly 34 and the branch inner connecting pipe 323 can be assembled at first, and then the branch inner connecting pipe 323 and the branch outer connecting pipe 322 are assembled, so that the valve core assembly 34 is more convenient to install, and the structural design is more reasonable.
Further, the sealing ring 324 can be a silica gel ring, so that the sealing effect is better, the sealing ring is more wear-resistant and is easy to process.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4-7, the branch connector portion 32 may have a slot 321, and the outer connector portion 312 may include: the inlet of the joint pipe 313 can be communicated with the outlet of the outer joint part 312, the hook 314 can be connected with the joint pipe 313, and the hook 314 can be clamped in the clamping groove 321 to clamp the outer joint part 312 and the branch joint part 32, so that the connection structure is simple and firm.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5, in the embodiment with the micro switch 33, the contact 331 of the micro switch 33 may extend into the slot 321, and therefore, when the hook 314 is hooked in the slot 321, the hook 314 may stop the contact 331 to trigger the micro switch 33, so as to realize triggering of the micro switch 33 by detaching and installing the outer joint portion 312, and the structural design is more reasonable.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the hook 314 may include: a hook head 3141 and a hook arm 3142. The hook head 3141 can be engaged with the engaging groove 321, and in the embodiment with the micro switch 33, the hook head 3141 can stop against the contact 331 of the micro switch 33. One end of the hook arm 3142 is a free end, the other end of the hook arm 3142 is a pivot end, and a pressing portion 3143 may be formed between the free end and the pivot end. The free end may be rotatable relative to the pivot end such that the hook arm 3142 may be rotated relative to the connector tube 313 between a depressed position and a sprung position, and the hook head 3141 may be disposed at the free end of the hook arm 3142.
Therefore, when the external joint part 312 needs to be clamped into the branch joint part 32, the pressing part 3143 can be pressed to move the hook arm 3142 to the pressing position, at this time, the hook head 3141 moves inwards, namely, moves in the direction away from the clamping groove 321, and at this time, the hook head 3141 can be installed in the clamping groove 321. After the hook head 3141 moves to a position corresponding to the slot 321, the pressing portion 3143 stops being pressed, the hook head 3141 moves outward, that is, moves in the direction of inserting into the slot 321, the hook arm 3142 moves to the bouncing position, the hook head 3141 is clamped in the slot 321, and the installation of the external joint portion 312 and the branch joint portion 32 is completed.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 7, the outer joint 312 may further include a second elastic member 315, and the second elastic member 315 may be abutted between the pressing portion 3143 and the joint tube 313. When the hook arm 3142 is located at the pressing position, the second elastic member 315 is in a compressed state, and when the pressing portion 3143 stops being pressed, the second elastic member 315 is restored, and meanwhile, the second elastic member 315 can stop abutting against the pressing portion 3143 and push the pressing portion 3143 to automatically reset, so that the hook head 3141 is clamped into the slot 321. The clamping connection between the outer joint part 312 and the branch joint part 32 can be completed only by pressing or stopping pressing the pressing part 3143, and the operation process is simple.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the second elastic member 315 may be a coil spring, which has a simple structure and can be recycled, and is not prone to aging and deformation.
As shown in fig. 7, the pressing portion 3143 may be provided with a mounting protrusion 3144, and the outer side surface of the joint pipe 313 may be provided with a stopper groove 3131. The mounting protrusion 3144 protrudes from the inner surface of the pressing portion 3143 toward the direction of the joint pipe 313, one end of the coil spring can be sleeved on the mounting protrusion 3144, the other end of the coil spring can be stopped in the stopping groove 3131, and the mounting protrusion 3144 and the stopping groove 3131 can limit the position of the coil spring relative to the pressing portion 3143 and the joint pipe 313, so as to prevent the position of the coil spring from being shifted and the pressing portion 3143 from being pushed to return.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the outer joint part 312 may further include a housing 316, the joint tube 313 may extend into the housing 316, the housing 316 may protect the joint tube 313 to prevent the joint tube 313 from being damaged accidentally, and the outer joint part 312 may have a neat and beautiful appearance.
In addition, the housing 316 may be provided with an operation hole 3161, and the pressing portion 3143 may be exposed from the operation hole 3161, so that the user may press or stop pressing the pressing portion 3143 from the outside of the housing 316, which is more convenient to operate. The joint pipe 313 may be provided at both sides thereof with a stopper groove 3132, and both side wall surfaces of the housing 316 may be provided with stopper protrusions 3162, and the stopper protrusions 3162 may be inserted into the stopper groove 3132, thereby achieving connection of the joint pipe 313 and the housing 316.
It should be noted that the shape of the limiting groove 3132 and the limiting protrusion 3162 is not particularly limited, and only the requirement that the limiting groove 3132 and the limiting protrusion 3162 cooperate to connect the joint pipe 313 and the housing 316 is satisfied. For example, in some embodiments of the invention, the limiting groove 3132 may be a square hole groove, and the limiting protrusion 3162 may be a square protrusion, which may be inserted into the square hole groove to connect the joint pipe 313 and the housing 316.
In the present invention, the hook 314 may include a plurality of hooks 314, the plurality of hooks 314 may be distributed along the circumferential direction of the joint pipe 313, the pivot end of each pressing portion 3143 may have a shaft 3145, the housing 316 may have a shaft hole 3163 corresponding to the position of the shaft 3145, the shaft 3145 may be inserted into the shaft hole 3163 to connect the hook 314 and the joint pipe 313, and the shaft 3145 rotates in the shaft hole 3163 so that the free end may rotate relative to the pivot end.
For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 7, two hooks 314 are included, two hooks 314 are respectively disposed on two sides of the joint pipe 313, the user can operate the two hooks by the pressing portions 3143 on two sides, the operation is more convenient, and the hooks 314 are clamped by two sides, which can ensure that the clamping is firm.
Of course, in the present invention, the number of the hooks 314 is not limited to two, the number of the hooks 314 can be flexibly set according to the actual requirement, and only the requirement that the hooks 314 are clamped in the slots 321 to connect the outer joint portion 312 and the branch joint portion 32 needs to be satisfied. For example, in other embodiments of the present invention, the number of the hooks 314 may also be three, four or more. It should be noted that, in the embodiment where the hooks 314 are multiple, the number of the second elastic members 315, the mounting protrusions 3144, and the stop grooves 3131 may be the same as that of the hooks 314 and may be arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the outer joint part 312 may include: an inner sleeve 317 and an outer sleeve 318.
One end of the inner sleeve 317 may extend into an end of the housing 316 distal from the branch junction 32 and the outer cleaning portion 311 may extend into the inner sleeve 317 to connect with the outer junction 312, e.g., the outer cleaning portion 311 may connect with an end of the junction tube 313 distal from the branch junction 32. Therefore, the inner sleeve 317 can protect the joint between the outer cleaning part 311 and the joint pipe 313 and prevent the cleaning medium from leaking or damaging due to loosening.
The outer sleeve 318 can be sleeved outside the inner sleeve 317, the inner sleeve 317 and the outer sleeve 318 can form a shaft hole matching, on one hand, the connection part of the outer cleaning part 311 and the joint pipe 313 can be further protected, on the other hand, the outer sleeve 318 can be formed into a decorative pipe, and the appearance of the outer joint part 312 is more attractive.
In addition, the connection and fixation structure of the inner sleeve 317 and the outer sleeve 318 is not limited in particular in the present invention, for example, in the specific embodiment shown in fig. 7, an outer annular groove 3171 may be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner sleeve 317, an inner annular protrusion 3164 may be provided on the inner peripheral wall of the outer shell 316, the inner annular protrusion 3164 may be inserted into the outer annular groove 3171, and the inner annular protrusion 3164 and the outer annular groove 3171 cooperate to fix the positions of the inner sleeve 317 and the outer shell 316 relatively.
One end of the outer sleeve 318 may be provided with an outer bent flange 3181, the end of the outer shell 316 may be provided with an inner bent flange 3165, and the outer bent flange 3181 may be stopped between the inner bent flange 3165 and the inner annular protrusion 3164, so that the positions of the outer sleeve 318 and the outer shell 316 are relatively fixed. The inner sleeve 317 and the outer sleeve 318 are fixed relative to the radial and axial positions of the outer shell 316 respectively, the fixed structure is simple and firm, but the inner sleeve 317 and the outer sleeve 318 can freely rotate relative to the circumferential direction of the outer shell 316 respectively, and the use process is more convenient.
Further, the outer shell 316 may include a first shell and a second shell, the first shell and the second shell may be connected by a snap connection or may be fixedly connected by a threaded fastener 319 to form the outer shell 316, and the joint pipe 313, the snap 314, the inner sleeve 317 and the outer sleeve 318 may be located in an installation space defined between the first shell and the second shell. In the assembling process, the inner sleeve 317 and the outer sleeve 318 can be assembled firstly, then the joint tube 313, the snap 314, the inner sleeve 317 and the outer sleeve 318 are installed in the first shell, and finally the second shell is connected with the first shell and fixed through the snap structure or the threaded fastener 319, so that the assembling of the outer joint part 312 is simpler and the operation is easy.
In addition, can be equipped with constant head tank and location arch on the face relative to each other of first casing and second casing respectively, the constant head tank can tentatively fix a position first casing and second casing with protruding cooperation in location, then the rethread joint structure or threaded fastener 319 isotructure are fixed, make the assembling process simpler.
The cleaning system 100 according to some embodiments of the present invention may further include a pressure switch assembly 50, as shown in fig. 1, the pressure switch assembly 50 may be connected to the control valve 40, the pressure switch assembly 50 may detect a pressure between the control valve 40 and the medium outlet 101, and when the pressure switch assembly 50 detects that the pressure between the control valve 40 and the medium outlet 101 reaches a second predetermined pressure, the pressure switch assembly 50 may control the control valve 40 to be in the inner conducting position, that is, the inner cleaning branch 20 to be conducting and the outer cleaning branch 30 to be disconnected.
Therefore, when the external cleaning assembly 31 is installed, if the external cleaning branch 30 is controlled by other devices or is blocked, so that the cleaning medium cannot be discharged from the external cleaning branch 30 for a long time, the pressure switch assembly 50 can turn on the internal cleaning branch 20, so as to reduce the pressure in the cleaning system 100, and prevent the occurrence of an injury accident caused by the excessive pressure in the cleaning system 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the washing system 100 may further include: a pressure relief branch 60 and a first pressure relief valve 61. Specifically, one end of the pressure relief branch 60 may be in communication with the medium outlet 101, and the other end of the pressure relief branch 60 may be connected between the control valve 40 and the inner cleaning portion 22 of the inner cleaning branch 20 for discharging the cleaning medium, where the inner cleaning portion 22 may be a nozzle or a spray head. The first relief valve 61 may be provided on the pressure relief branch 60, the first relief valve 61 may be in a normally closed state, and the first relief valve 61 may be opened to conduct the pressure relief branch 60 when the pressure between the medium outlet 101 and the control valve 40 reaches a third predetermined pressure.
Therefore, when the external cleaning module 31 is installed, if the external cleaning branch 30 is controlled by another device or is blocked so that the cleaning medium cannot be discharged from the external cleaning branch 30 for a long time, the first pressure relief valve 61 of the pressure relief branch 60 can control the cleaning medium to be discharged from the internal cleaning part 22, so that the pressure in the cleaning system 100 is reduced, and the occurrence of an injury accident due to an excessive pressure in the cleaning system 100 is prevented.
Further, first relief valve 61 can be the check valve, simple structure, easily installation to can prevent the cleaning medium backward flow, safe and reliable more.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the pressure values of the first predetermined pressure, the second predetermined pressure and the third predetermined pressure may be flexibly set according to the actual requirement, and the pressure values of the first predetermined pressure, the second predetermined pressure and the third predetermined pressure may be the same or different, which is within the protection scope of the present invention.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-3, the cleaning medium supply assembly 10 may include: a liquid storage device 11, a steam generator 12 and a driving device 13. Wherein, the steam generator 12 can be communicated with the liquid storage device 11, and the driving device 13 can be arranged between the liquid storage device 11 and the steam generator 12. The liquid that drive arrangement 13 can drive in the stock solution device 11 flows into in steam generator 12 to can be equipped with the heating member in the steam generator 12, the heating member can form steam with liquid heating, and the play steam outlet of steam generator 12 is play medium mouth 101, and steam can be washed the inside or the outside of range hood as the cleaning medium by play medium mouth 101 outflow.
In the present invention, the liquid storage device 11 may be a water cup, the driving device 13 may be a water pump, the water cup may store liquid such as clean water or detergent at normal temperature, and the liquid may enter the steam generator 12 to be heated into a cleaning medium in a steam state and flow out from the medium outlet 101 under the driving of the water pump.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cleaning medium supplying assembly 10 may further include a second pressure relief valve 14, and the setting position of the second pressure relief valve 14 is not particularly limited, for example, the second pressure relief valve 14 may be provided between the steam generator 12 and the liquid storage device 11, or may be provided between the steam generator 12 and the driving device 13. The second pressure relief valve 14 is in a normally closed state, and when the pressure of the cleaning medium supply assembly 10 reaches a fourth predetermined pressure, the second pressure relief valve 14 may be opened to reduce the pressure of the cleaning medium supply assembly 10, so as to prevent an injury accident caused by an excessive pressure of the cleaning medium supply assembly 10.
It should be noted that the value of the fourth predetermined pressure can be flexibly set according to actual requirements. For example, in the example including the pressure valve 21 as shown in fig. 2, the pressure value of the fourth predetermined pressure may be greater than the pressure value of the first predetermined pressure, whereby, without malfunction, the pressure valve 21 may be opened prior to the second relief valve 14 to reduce the pressure within the washing system 100, avoiding waste of the washing medium.
For another example, in the example including the pressure switch assembly 50 as shown in fig. 1, the pressure value of the fourth predetermined pressure may be equal to the pressure value of the second predetermined pressure, so that when the pressure between the control valve 40 and the medium outlet 101 reaches the second predetermined pressure, the second relief valve 14 opens to relieve the pressure, and the pressure switch assembly 50 controls the control valve 40 to be in the inner conducting position. Of course, the pressure value of the fourth predetermined pressure may be greater than the pressure value of the second predetermined pressure, so that the pressure switch assembly 50 operates before the second relief valve 14 without failure, thereby avoiding waste of the cleaning medium.
For another example, in the example including the pressure relief branch 60 and the first pressure relief valve 61 as shown in fig. 3, the pressure value of the fourth predetermined pressure may be greater than the pressure value of the third predetermined pressure, and thus, without failure, the first pressure relief valve 61 may be opened prior to the second pressure relief valve 14 to reduce the pressure in the cleaning system 100, avoiding waste of the cleaning medium.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning system 100 may further include a collection device 24, and the collection device 24 may be disposed below the internal member 23 to be cleaned. When the cleaning system 100 cleans the interior of the range hood, the cleaning medium is sprayed out from the inner cleaning part 22, one part of the cleaning medium enters the atmosphere, the other part of the cleaning medium is sprayed out to the surface of the piece 23 to be cleaned and cleans dirt such as oil stains on the surface of the piece 23 to be cleaned, the cleaning medium condenses on the surface of the piece 23 to be cleaned, and the cleaned dirt and condensate flow into the collecting device 24.
Alternatively, in the present invention, the collecting device 24 may be an oil cup for collecting the condensate, and the collecting device 24 may also be a separating filter for separating dirt in the condensate, and the separated clean condensate of the cleaning medium may enter the cleaning medium supply assembly 10 again for recycling, which is beneficial to saving resources.
