Abstract
本发明涉及一种降低UGR值的货架灯,包括散热器,所述散热器中部设置连接座,所述连接座下端开设光源安装槽,所述光源安装槽内安装LED灯带,所述连接座下方还固定连接透镜,透镜位于LED灯带正下方开设集光槽,所述散热器下端设置定位格栅罩的翻边,所述格栅罩还连接到透镜下端,所述透镜下侧开设容置格栅罩格栅板的容置槽,所述散热器两端通过螺丝连接堵头,所述降低UGR值的货架灯,通过透镜可使LED灯带射出的光更加集中,使光斑可均匀的照射在货架上的产品上,且通过格栅罩可有效的降低了透镜上的URG值,另外,该货架灯结构简单、紧凑,安装方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明灯具,尤其涉及一种降低UGR值的货架灯。
背景技术
货架灯为应用在超市等对货架产品进行照明的灯具,现有的货架灯都是使用传统的日光灯光、工矿灯和轨道灯来充当,其使用过程中存在光斑不均匀、URG值高等缺陷,光斑不均匀会导致光打在产品上视觉效果不佳;UGR值高会对人眼造成伤害。
发明内容
本申请人针对以上缺点,进行了研究改进,提供一种降低UGR值的货架灯。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种降低UGR值的货架灯,包括散热器,所述散热器中部设置连接座,所述连接座下端开设光源安装槽,所述光源安装槽内安装LED灯带,所述连接座下方还固定连接透镜,透镜位于LED灯带正下方开设集光槽,所述散热器下端设置定位格栅罩的翻边,所述格栅罩还连接到透镜下端,所述透镜下侧开设容置格栅罩格栅板的容置槽,所述散热器两端通过螺丝连接堵头。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述散热器上端开设安装导向槽和出线孔。
所述透镜通过螺丝固定到连接座上,配合的所述连接座上开设螺丝连接槽。
所述格栅罩上设置挂钩,配合的所述透镜下端设置卡接挂钩的卡槽,格栅罩与透镜通过挂钩配合卡槽卡接连接。
本发明的有益效果如下:所述降低UGR值的货架灯,通过透镜可使LED灯带射出的光更加集中,使光斑可均匀的照射在货架上的产品上,且通过格栅罩可有效的降低了透镜上的URG值,另外,该货架灯结构简单、紧凑,安装方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本实施例的具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,本实施例的降低UGR值的货架灯,包括散热器1,散热器1上端开设安装导向槽15和出线孔13,散热器1中部设置连接座11,连接座11下端开设光源安装槽111,光源安装槽111内安装LED灯带2,连接座11下方还开设螺丝连接槽112,连接座11下方通过螺丝穿过透镜3连接到螺丝连接槽112内,将透镜3固定连接到连接座11下方,透镜3位于LED灯带2正下方开设集光槽31,所述散热器1下端设置定位格栅罩4的翻边14,格栅罩4定位于翻边14上侧,且格栅罩4上设置挂钩42,配合的透镜3下端开设卡槽33,格栅罩4与透镜3通过挂钩42配合卡槽33卡接连接,透镜3下侧开设容置格栅罩4格栅板41的容置槽32,散热器1两端通过螺丝连接堵头5。
所述降低UGR值的货架灯安装时,先将LED灯带2连接到光源安装槽111内,且将LED灯带2的连接导线从出线孔13穿出,然后将透镜3通过螺丝连接到连接座11下端,再将定位格栅罩4穿到散热器1内,并通过翻边14定位,且格栅罩4卡接连接在透镜3下方,再将堵头5通过螺丝连接到散热器1两端,完成货架灯的组装,货架灯组装完成后,再将散热器1通过安装导向槽15连接到货架上设置的导向座上,最后完成电源线连接,即完成货架灯安装,安装完成后即可通过货架灯实现产品的照明。

1.一种降低UGR值的货架灯,其特征在于:包括散热器(1),所述散热器(1)中部设置连接座(11),所述连接座(11)下端开设光源安装槽(111),所述光源安装槽(111)内安装LED灯带(2),所述连接座(11)下方还固定连接透镜(3),透镜(3)位于LED灯带(2)正下方开设集光槽(31),所述散热器(1)下端设置定位格栅罩(4)的翻边(14),所述格栅罩(4)还连接到透镜(3)下端,所述透镜(3)下侧开设容置格栅罩(4)格栅板(41)的容置槽(32),所述散热器(1)两端通过螺丝连接堵头(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降低UGR值的货架灯,其特征在于:所述散热器(1)上端开设安装导向槽(15)和出线孔(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的降低UGR值的货架灯,其特征在于:所述透镜(3)通过螺丝固定到连接座(11)上,配合的所述连接座(11)上开设螺丝连接槽(112)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的降低UGR值的货架灯,其特征在于:所述格栅罩(4)上设置挂钩(42),配合的所述透镜(3)下端设置卡接挂钩(42)的卡槽(33),格栅罩(4)与透镜(3)通过挂钩(42)配合卡槽(33)卡接连接。
