一种卡套式单向阀,其特征在于:包括阀体、锁紧螺母、卡套、复位弹簧和钢球;所述阀体前端与锁紧螺母通过内外螺纹相连,锁紧螺母与阀体前端之间设置有卡套,卡套主体下端伸入阀体前端前段圆孔内,密封环密封设置于卡套上端的环形端面内,阀体后端设置有和待连接管道相配的外螺纹;所述阀体内设置有贯穿阀体的中心轴孔,所述的中心轴孔分为三段,分别为自前至后设置的前段圆孔,中段锥形孔和后段圆孔,所述钢球设置于锥形小孔小直径端内,并通过设置于锥形孔内的锥形弹簧抵压从而实现其与锥形孔的小直径端密封配合,卡套由卡套主体和密封环组成。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卡套式单向阀。
背景技术
在化工厂管道常采用法兰连接、螺纹连接和焊接连接三种连接方式,但是这三种连接方式都有拆卸不方便,密封性不好控制的弊端。同时在化学管道中,物料回流会造成十分严重的后果,单向阀的存在对于控制物料流动方向具有很好的积极作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提供一种能够连接管道并控制管道内流体单向流动的一种卡套式单向阀,相较于传统的单向阀具有结构简单、密封性好、节省材料、可反复拆卸的特点。
本发明提供了一种卡套式单向阀,其特征在于:包括阀体、锁紧螺母、卡套、复位弹簧和钢球;所述阀体前端与锁紧螺母通过内外螺纹相连,锁紧螺母与阀体前端之间设置有卡套,所述卡套由卡套主体和密封环组成,所述的卡套主体下端伸入阀体前端前段圆孔内,密封环密封设置于卡套上端的环形端面内,阀体后端设置有和待连接管道相配的外螺纹;所述阀体内设置有贯穿阀体的中心轴孔,所述的中心轴孔分为三段,分别为自前至后设置的前段圆孔,中段锥形孔和后段圆孔;所述中段锥形孔的直径由前至后是逐渐增大的,中段锥形孔的小直径端直径小于前段圆孔的直径,中段锥形孔的大直径端直径大于后段圆孔的直径;所述钢球设置于锥形小孔小直径端内,并通过设置于锥形孔内的锥形弹簧抵压从而实现其与锥形孔的小直径端密封配合。
优选的,所述卡套由卡套主体和密封环组成,所述的卡套主体下端伸入阀体前端前段圆孔内,密封环密封设置于卡套上端的环形端面内。
优选的,所述阀体前段圆孔直径为10mm;中段锥形孔小端直径为5mm,大端直径为11mm;后段圆孔直径10mm,所述钢球直径为6mm。
优选的,所述阀体材料为不锈钢材质。
有益效果:
本发明提供的卡套式单向阀体积小、重量轻、动作灵敏、密封性好,能控制管道内液体单一方向流动,较普通阀门具有更好的使用寿命和可靠性,且卡套连接结构简单、密封性能可靠、使用方便、制造精良、外形轻巧美观,不用焊接,从而减少了管道杂质对系统性能的影响。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明为一种卡套式单向阀,包括阀体1、锁紧螺母2、卡套3、复位弹簧6和钢球7;所述阀体前端与锁紧螺母通过内外螺纹相连,锁紧螺母2与阀体1前端之间设置有卡套3,阀体1后端设置有和待连接管道A4相配的外螺纹;所述阀体1内设置有贯穿阀体1的中心轴孔,所述的中心轴孔分为三段,分别为自前至后设置的前段圆孔,中段锥形孔和后段圆孔;所述中段锥形孔的直径由前至后是逐渐增大的,中段锥形孔的小直径端直径小于前段圆孔的直径,中段锥形孔的大直径端直径大于后段圆孔的直径;所述钢球7设置于锥形孔小直径端内,并通过设置于锥形孔内的锥形弹簧6抵压从而实现其与锥形孔的小直径端密封配合,所述卡套3后端伸入阀体前段前段圆孔内,压紧环8密封设置于卡套前端环形端面内,所述锁紧螺母2内有贯穿螺母的中心轴孔,所述中心轴孔分为三段,分别为自前至后的前段圆孔,中段定位孔和后段螺纹孔;前段圆孔直径小于中段定位孔,中段定位孔直径和卡套3以及密封环8的环形端面相配合,后段螺纹孔和阀体前段外螺纹相配合。
优选的,所述卡套3由卡套主体和密封环8组成,所述的卡套主体下端伸入阀体前端前段圆孔内,密封环8密封设置于卡套上端的环形端面内。
优选的,所述阀体1前段圆孔直径为10mm;中段锥形孔小端直径为5mm,大端直径为11mm;后段圆孔直径10mm,所述钢球直径为6mm。
优选的,所述阀体1材料为不锈钢材质。
在进行连接时,先将阀体1后端和待连接管A4通过螺纹紧固连接,然后将卡套主体3下端插入阀体1前端圆孔内,在卡套主体3上端的环形端面安装好压紧环8,然后将待连接管B 5插入卡套内,将锁紧螺母2和阀体1前端锁死,此时卡套3在锁紧螺母的作用下会将待连接管道B 5锁死,完成连接。

1.一种卡套式单向阀,其特征在于:包括阀体、锁紧螺母、卡套、复位弹簧和钢球;所述阀体前端与锁紧螺母通过内外螺纹相连,锁紧螺母与阀体前端之间设置有卡套,阀体后端设置有和待连接管道相配的外螺纹;所述阀体内设置有贯穿阀体的中心轴孔,所述的中心轴孔分为三段,分别为自前至后设置的前段圆孔,中段锥形孔和后段圆孔;所述中段锥形孔的直径由前至后是逐渐增大的,中段锥形孔的小直径端直径小于前段圆孔的直径,中段锥形孔的大直径端直径大于后段圆孔的直径;所述钢球设置于锥形小孔小直径端内,并通过设置于锥形孔内的锥形弹簧抵压从而实现其与锥形孔的小直径端密封配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种卡套式单向阀,其特征在于:所述卡套由卡套主体和密封环组成,所述的卡套主体下端伸入阀体前端前段圆孔内,密封环密封设置于卡套上端的环形端面内。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种卡套式单向阀,其特征在于:所述阀体前段圆孔直径为10mm;中段锥形孔小端直径为5mm,大端直径为11mm;后段圆孔直径10mm,所述钢球直径为6mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种卡套式单向阀,其特征在于:所述阀体材料为不锈钢材质。
