Background
The leather pendant finished products hung on the existing key ring or the backpack are all irregular animal figures, and the leather pendant finished products are hot-pressed by using a copper mold, so that the effect is better, and the current pressing mold method has the following defects:
firstly, the line ball process defective products behind the moulding-die are more, all because when the moulding-die, do not have enough seam portion, and the moulding-die is just pressed promptly, just scrap a leather-covered paper very easily.
Secondly, the existing leather hanging ornament mainly adopts cow leather and sheepskin, the fine lines on the surfaces of the two leather materials are smooth, scratches can be generated by pressing the leather materials through steel or plastics, the leather materials are not smooth after being wiped once like oil-coated paper, the value of a finished product is influenced, and the attractiveness is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the leather product of leather product malleation hangs decorations die assembly, its structure includes heating cabinet, mould, litter, volume seam structure, under casing, be equipped with the heating cabinet directly over under casing top end face, be equipped with the litter that two are parallel to each other perpendicularly between under casing and the heating cabinet, litter and under casing vertical welding, be equipped with complex mould with it on the litter, under casing top end face is equipped with volume seam structure, volume seam structure and mould adopt the activity to laminate, volume seam structure passes through the screw locking at under casing top end face.
The seam measuring structure mainly comprises a marker post, deformed fishbones and placing points, the marker post is provided with two and the two is welded on the top end surface of the bottom case in parallel and keeps a mutually perpendicular relation with a sliding rod, two deformed fishbones are installed at two ends of the two marker posts, the placing points are arranged in the middle of the closed space formed by the deformed fishbones and the marker post, and the placing points are arranged in the middle of the top end surface of the bottom case.
As a further optimization of the technical scheme, the deformed fishbone is a structure formed by joining more than two bone sections end to end.

As a further optimization of the technical scheme, the truncated cone-shaped contact column is in a truncated cone shape, and the area of the end, which is in contact with the rotating column, is larger.
Advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the positive-pressure leather hanging ornament pressing die device of the leather has the following advantages that:
1. the main deformed fishbone and the marker post are matched together, the marker post is used for fixing the longitudinal direction of the leather paper, so that the leather paper cannot move, and meanwhile, the deformed fishbone is bent and attached to the irregular leather pattern, so that when the pressing die is pressed inaccurately and in real time, the fishbone collides with the leather pattern, the leather cannot be pressed, and the leather is directly prevented from being damaged.
2. The deformed fishbone is provided with the rubber layer and the rubber body of the marker post, so that the end surfaces in contact with the leather paper are soft objects, sharp edges and high-density objects are avoided, and the damage to the leather paper is almost zero.
3. The deformed fishbone and the proofreading fishbone are matched together, the length of the proofreading fishbone extending out is adjusted according to the outer contour of the leather hanging ornament, the longer the distance of the inward concave structure extending out is, the more detailed parts of leather patterns can be traced, the proofreading is accurate, and once the details are not aligned, collision can occur and pressing cannot be carried out.
4. The deformed fishbone is matched with the bent steel ruler, and the bent flexible ruler can be used for bending and drawing the more detailed part of the leather pattern, so that the bent flexible ruler is suitable for use even if the larger concave-convex radian is larger, the details are not aligned, the collision can occur, and the pressing cannot be performed.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the invention provides a positive-pressure leather hanging ornament die assembly, which comprises a heating box 1, a die 2, a sliding rod 3, a seam measuring structure 4 and a bottom box 5, wherein the heating box 1 is arranged right above the top end surface of the bottom box 5, two parallel sliding rods 3 are vertically arranged between the bottom box 5 and the heating box 1, the sliding rods 3 and the bottom box 5 are vertically welded, the die 2 matched with the sliding rods 3 is arranged on the sliding rods 3, the seam measuring structure 4 is arranged on the top end surface of the bottom box 5, the seam measuring structure 4 and the die 2 are movably attached, and the seam measuring structure 4 is locked on the top end surface of the bottom box 5 through screws.
The seam measuring structure 4 mainly comprises a marker post 41, deformed fishbones 42 and placing points 43, wherein the two marker posts 41 are welded on the top end surface of the bottom box 5 in parallel and are perpendicular to the sliding rod 3, the two deformed fishbones 42 are arranged at the two ends of the two marker posts 41, the placing points 43 are arranged in the middle of the closed space formed by the deformed fishbones 42 and the marker posts 41, and the placing points 43 are arranged in the middle of the top end surface of the bottom box 5.
The deformed fishbone 42 is a structure formed by joining more than two bone segments 4a end to end, and deformation is realized by moving the bone segments 4 a.
The bone joint 4a comprises a soft rope 4a1, a tail pillar 4a2, a main bone 4a3, a rubber layer 4a4 and a universal joint 4a5, the head end of the main bone 4a3 is recessed, the universal joint 4a5 is horizontally arranged at the recess, a soft rope 4a1 is horizontally arranged between the universal joint 4a5 and the tail pillar 4a2, two ends of the soft rope 4a1 are tied to the universal joint 4a5 and the tail pillar 4a2, and the soft rope 4a1 is located inside the main bone 4a 3.
The tail pillar 4a2 of one bone joint 4a is connected and fixed with the universal joint 4a5 of the other bone joint 4a to form the deformed fishbone 42.
One side of the mark post 41 is provided with a horizontal clamping opening 411, the horizontal clamping opening 411 is of a square structure, the upper end and the lower end of the horizontal clamping opening 411 are provided with rubber bodies 412, the thickness of each rubber body 412 is smaller than one half of the width of the horizontal clamping opening 411, the distance between the two rubber bodies 412 is not more than 0.3-0.5cm, leather paper can smoothly pass through the horizontal clamping opening 411 after passing through the horizontal clamping opening, too short details between the rubber bodies 412 can be utilized to enable the leather paper to be longitudinally tightened without generating wrinkles, and the leather paper can not move during die pressing.
More than two proofreading fishbones 4aa are horizontally arranged on the outer wall of the main bone 4a3 above the soft rope 4a1, each proofreading fishbone 4aa comprises a table-shaped contact column 4aa-1, a rotating column 4aa-2 and a fixed seat 4aa-3, one end of the rotating column 4aa-2 is welded with the end face with larger area of the table-shaped contact column 4aa-1, the other end of the rotating column 4aa-2 vertically penetrates through the main bone 4a3 and then is fixed on the main bone 4a3 by the fixed seat 4aa-3, the extending length of the proofreading fishbone 4aa is adjusted according to the outer contour of the leather hanging ornament, and the extending distance of the concave structure is longer.
The outer wall of the main bone 4a3 below the soft rope 4a1 is horizontally provided with two bending steel rulers 4ab, the main bone 4a3 and the bending steel rulers 4ab are embedded and fixed, each bending steel ruler 4ab mainly comprises an installation seat 4ab-1, a bending soft ruler 4ab-2 and a movable buckle 4ab-3, the two bending soft rulers 4ab-2 are connected and fixed through the movable buckles 4ab-3, the other ends of the two bending soft rulers 4ab-2 are both installed on the main bone 4a3 through the installation seats 4ab-1, some leather hanging ornaments have more details, and the bending steel rulers 4ab are adopted to bend according to the outer contour of the leather hanging ornaments, so that the phenomenon that the seam pressing seam allowance of a later process is insufficient due to inaccurate detail correction is avoided.
The frustum-shaped contact column 4aa-1 is of a circular truncated cone shape, the end area of the frustum-shaped contact column contacting with the rotating column 4aa-2 is large, the outer structure of the leather hanging ornament can be clearly seen, the calibration is convenient, and the compression mold cannot exceed the outer contour of the leather hanging ornament.
When in use, the two ends of the cut leather paper are fixed in the longitudinal direction and tightened through the mark rod 41, the leather paper is ensured not to be wrinkled due to the pressing of a die, then the bone joint 4a of the deformed fishbone 42 is adjusted in the transverse direction to move and deform, the bone joint 4a can be elongated by the soft rope 4a1 to flexibly change, and the distance between the bone joint 4a and the outer contour of the irregular leather pattern is kept as long as 1-1.5mm as possible, but the positions of the deformed fishbone 42 such as ears of some animal patterns can not be completely attached by only using the deformed fishbone 42 in the current leather pattern, firstly, the fishbone 4aa is adjusted by adopting rotation correction to extend out the length of the fishbone 4aa, the distance for extending out the concave structure is longer, the distance for extending out the convex structure is shorter, the outer contour is determined by adopting a fixed point method, secondly, the concave steel ruler 4ab is bent and attached to the animal pattern through the bent soft ruler 4ab-2 of the bent steel, even if the details with larger concave-convex ratio can be used, after the structural lines with the same outline are drawn by adopting the method, the die 2 is pressed downwards, and when the details are not aligned, the die can collide with leather paper and can not contact with the leather paper, so that the leather product can be directly prevented from being damaged.
The invention solves the problems that defective products are more in the line pressing process after the pressing die, and a piece of leather paper is easily scrapped because no sufficient seam is left during the pressing die, namely the pressing die is not pressed rightly; secondly, the existing leather hanging decoration mainly adopts cow leather and sheep leather, fine lines on the surfaces of the two kinds of leather are smooth, scratches can be generated by pressing the leather with steel or plastic, the leather can recover to be smooth after being wiped unlike oiled paper, the value of a finished product is influenced, and the attractiveness is reduced.
