本发明涉及塑料制品领域,特别是涉及一种用于燃气用埋地管道的PE塑料。
背景技术
我国塑料管道发展很快,质量在不断提高。已初步形成以聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管、聚乙烯(PE)管和聚丙烯(PP-R)管为主的塑料管产业。聚乙烯(PE)是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂。在工业上,也包括乙烯与少量α-烯烃的共聚物。聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能(最低使用温度可达-100~-70℃),化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀(不耐具有氧化性质的酸)。常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性优良。

一种用于燃气用埋地管道的PE塑料,其特征在于:由下列重量份数的原料制成:PE树脂100-120份、玻璃纤维层30-50份、硬脂酸镁5-10份、二氧化硅10-15份、活性炭5-10份、稳定剂8-10份。
本发明具备以下有益效果:耐腐蚀和耐磨损性能强,使用寿命长,抗老化,韧性高,拉伸强度高,材质轻,耐压。
