Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging, in particular to an electric heater accessory package and an electric heater package. The electric heater accessory package includes: a main body; the first accommodating cavity is formed on the main body and is used for accommodating electric heater accessories; the second accommodating cavity is formed on the main body and is used for placing electric heater accessories; wherein, main part, first appearance chamber and second hold the chamber by cardboard integrated into one piece fold molding, and then hold chamber and second through setting up by cardboard fold molding's main part, first appearance chamber and second hold the chamber and can be used to the placing of accessory in the electric heater for the required material of electric heater accessory packing reduces to a piece, has simplified the required material of packing, and then has reduced the packaging cost of electric heater accessory, has improved the packaging efficiency of electric heater accessory.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging, in particular to an electric heater accessory package and an electric heater package.
Background
At present, when electric oil-filled heaters are sold and transported in the market, besides the main body of the electric oil-filled heater needs to be packaged, accessories of the electric oil-filled heater, such as clothes hangers, specifications and the like, need to be packaged.
In the prior art, as shown in fig. 1, for accessories such as clothes hangers and specifications, one scheme is to put the accessories in two paper boxes 92, then plug the accessories into a gap between the electric heating oil heater sheets 91, and finally fill the gap with paper cards 93 to fasten the paper box body. However, the scheme has the problems of more required materials, complex packaging process and low packaging efficiency.
Another solution is to provide a buffer material, such as foam, pearl wool or honeycomb cardboard, on top of the electric oil-filled radiator, and provide mounting slots on the buffer material, and then sequentially put the fittings of the electric oil-filled radiator into these mounting slots. But adopting this scheme needs to increase the thickness of top cushioning material, and corresponding packing box size also increases correspondingly, has the higher problem of packing cost, occupation space is big like this.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an electric heater accessory package and an electric heater package, which are used for solving the problems of complicated packaging and low installation efficiency of the electric heater accessory package in the prior art.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides an electric heater accessory package, comprising:
a main body;
the first accommodating cavity is formed on the main body and is used for placing electric heater accessories;
the second accommodating cavity is formed on the main body and is used for placing electric heater accessories;
the main body, the first containing cavity and the second containing cavity are integrally formed by folding a paperboard.
Further, the paperboard comprises:
a main body panel;
a side panel formed between two adjacent main body panels; and
the top panel is arranged on two sides of the main body panel, and the first containing cavity and the second containing cavity are formed by folding the main body panel, the side panels and the top panel.
Further, the paperboard also comprises a jack arranged on the top panel and a plug tongue which is matched with the jack and arranged on the main body panel.

The first accommodating cavity 20 is formed on the main body 10 and is used for accommodating electric heater accessories; the second accommodating cavity 30 is formed on the main body 10 and is used for accommodating electric heater accessories; wherein, main part 10, first appearance chamber 20 and second appearance chamber 30 are by cardboard fold formation, and then to the more problem of the required part of electric heater accessory packing among the prior art, electric heater accessory packing in this embodiment is through setting up by cardboard fold formation's main part 10, first appearance chamber 20 and second appearance chamber 30 can be used to the placing of accessory in the electric heater for the required material of electric heater accessory packing reduces to one, has simplified the required material of packing, and then has reduced the packing cost of electric heater accessory, has improved the packaging efficiency of electric heater accessory.
Meanwhile, when the electric heater accessory package is placed, the gap between the upper electric heater and the heater sheets is only needed to be folded by the first containing cavity 20 and the second containing cavity 30, and the first containing cavity 20 and the second containing cavity 30 are formed by integrally folding the paper board, so that the folded first containing cavity 20 and the folded second containing cavity 30 have an outwards-stretching acting force, and the acting force acts on the heater sheets at two sides in a butt joint mode, so that the electric heater accessory can be stably placed on the heater sheets.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, in particular, the cardboard used for forming the electric heater accessory package is in particular corrugated cardboard, having good cushioning properties. The electric heater accessory package includes: a main body panel 41; a side panel 42 formed between the adjacent two body panels 41; and top panel 43, set up in the both sides of the body panel 41, first appearance chamber 20 and second appearance chamber 30 are by body panel 41, side board 42 and top panel 43 fold formation, so very big saving the manufacturing cost of the electric heater accessory packing.

As shown, the paperboard in this embodiment further includes: the gap plate 44 is formed between the first accommodating cavity 20 and the second accommodating cavity 30, so that a certain gap is formed between the first accommodating cavity 20 and the second accommodating cavity 30 after the first accommodating cavity 20 and the second accommodating cavity 30 are folded, and when the formed first accommodating cavity 20 and second accommodating cavity 30 are folded into a heater sheet in an electric heater, a certain avoiding space can be formed between the first accommodating cavity 20 and the second accommodating cavity 30 to avoid the heater sheet, and the size of the avoiding space can be adjusted according to the thickness of the heater sheet to adjust the width of the gap plate 44.
Preferably, the first accommodating cavity 20 and the second accommodating cavity 30 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the main body 10, so that the electric heater accessory can be conveniently placed, and the attractive appearance is better.
Preferably, the paperboard in the embodiment is formed with a plurality of transparent holes 45, so that inspection staff can conveniently check the state of the internal fittings, and the possibility of missing the fittings is reduced.
The present embodiment also provides an electric heater package, including an electric heater accessory package, where the electric heater accessory package is the electric heater accessory package as described above, and further, the electric heater accessory in the present embodiment has advantages, and the electric heater package in the present embodiment should also have advantages, which are not described herein.

Claims (7)
1. An electric heater accessory package, comprising:
a main body (10);
a first containing cavity (20) formed on the main body (10) and used for placing electric heater accessories;
a second cavity (30) formed on the main body (10) for placing electric heater accessories;
wherein the main body (10), the first accommodating cavity (20) and the second accommodating cavity (30) are formed by integrally folding paperboard;
the paperboard comprises:
a main body panel (41);
a side panel (42) formed between two adjacent main body panels (41); and
top panels (43) disposed on both sides of the main body panel (41), wherein the first and second chambers (20, 30) are formed by folding the main body panel (41), the side panels (42), and the top panels (43);
the clearance plate (44) is formed between the first containing cavity (20) and the second containing cavity (30) so that a certain clearance is formed between the first containing cavity (20) and the second containing cavity (30) after the first containing cavity and the second containing cavity are folded, the certain clearance forms an avoidance space for avoiding the radiator sheet, and the size of the avoidance space is suitable for adjusting the width of the clearance plate (44) according to the thickness of the radiator sheet;
the first containing cavity (20) and the second containing cavity (30) are suitable for being folded in half and placed in a gap between upper heater plates of the electric heater.
2. The electric heater accessory package of claim 1, wherein the cardboard further comprises a receptacle (431) provided on the top panel (43), and a tab (411) provided on the body panel (41) in cooperation with the receptacle (431).
3. An electric heater accessory package according to claim 1, characterized in that the top panel (43) is glued to the main body panel (41) by means of adhesive.
4. A package for electric heater accessories according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said first and second cavities (20, 30) are symmetrically arranged on both sides of said main body (10).
5. A heater subassembly package according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the cardboard is corrugated cardboard.
6. A package for electric heater accessories as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the cardboard is formed with a number of see-through holes (45).
7. An electric heater package comprising an electric heater accessory package, wherein the electric heater accessory package is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
