(1) firstly, fixing a flange 4 on a discharge port of polyurethane elastomer rubber granulation equipment, fixing two fixing rods 22 on the polyurethane elastomer rubber granulation equipment, and forming a triangular structure between the two fixing rods 22 and a connecting pipe 3, so that the fixing stability of a flow guide structure 7 is improved;
(2) when the driving rod 52 is driven, the pull ring 63 is pulled, the pull ring 63 drives the limiting rod 62 to be in sliding connection with the driving rod 52, the return spring 64 is contracted, the fixture block 65 is accommodated in the driving rod 52, the fixture block 65 is not clamped with one limiting hole 61, then the driving rod 52 is driven to rotate, the driving rod 52 is held by a hand, the driving rod 52 drives the rotating shaft 51 to rotate clockwise, the rotating shaft 51 drives the air cushion 54 on the adjusting plate 53 to be abutted against one side of the outer sleeve 72, so that materials enter the inside of one of the diversion channels 73 from the adjusting plate 53 through the connecting pipe 3, when the fixture block 65 corresponds to the other limiting hole 61, the pull ring 63 is released, the return spring 64 drives the fixture block 65 to be clamped with the limiting hole 61, the driving rod 52 is limited, the stability of operation is improved, when the other diversion channel 73 is used, the driving rod 52 is, the driving rod 52 drives the adjusting plate 53 to rotate anticlockwise through the rotating shaft 51, so that the air cushion 54 is abutted against the other side wall of the outer sleeve 72, and then another flow guide channel 73 is used, the air cushion 54 can deform by extrusion, and further the sealing performance of the adjusting plate 53 and the outer sleeve 72 is improved, and the sealing performance of the flow guide channel 73 is better;
(3) when accomodating the material, fix on sleeve 11 through passing through the rubber band with the wrapping bag, spacing post 14 cooperation spacing arch 15 and its rubber band are fixed the wrapping bag, spacing post 14 cooperation spacing arch 15 set up the area of contact that has increased sleeve 11 and wrapping bag, frictional force has been increased, it is more firm to make the wrapping bag fixed, when the inside of one of them wrapping bag is filled with the material, through opening and close of regulating plate 53 control water conservancy diversion passageway 73, and then make another one wrapping bag accomodate the material, be convenient for when accomodating polyurethane elastomer rubber granule, fixed wrapping bag in turn, polyurethane elastomer rubber granule has been avoided leaking in packaging process, and then the quality of accomodating of polyurethane elastomer rubber granule and efficiency have been improved greatly, operating personnel's working strength has been reduced.
Two ends of the flow guide structure 7 are provided with two containing structures 1, the connecting pipe 3 is connected to the flow guide structure 7, the adjusting structure 5 is matched with the limiting structure 6 for use, and the containing structures 1 at the two ends are alternately controlled to be conducted, so that packaging bags are alternately fixed when polyurethane elastomer rubber particles are contained, the polyurethane elastomer rubber particles are prevented from leaking in the packaging process, the containing quality and efficiency of the polyurethane elastomer rubber particles are greatly improved, and the working strength of operators is reduced; the same end of water conservancy diversion structure 7 is located to connecting pipe 3 and two fixed knot construct 2, and two fixed knot constructs 2 and connecting pipe 3 constitution triangle-shaped structure, and then has improved stability can, and it is more convenient to accomodate structure 1's use messenger wrapping bag simultaneously, and then has improved polyurethane elastomer rubber particle's packing efficiency.

1. A full-automatic polyurethane elastomer rubber granulation process is realized by a full-automatic polyurethane elastomer rubber granulation system, and is characterized in that:
the method comprises the following steps: firstly, fixing a flange on a discharge port of polyurethane elastomer rubber granulation equipment, fixing two fixing rods on the polyurethane elastomer rubber granulation equipment, and forming a triangular structure between the two fixing rods and a connecting pipe, so that the stability of fixing the flow guide structure is improved;
step two: when the driving rod is driven, the pull ring is pulled, the pull ring drives the limiting rod to be in sliding connection with the driving rod, the reset spring is contracted, the clamping block is accommodated in the driving rod, the clamping block is not clamped with one limiting hole, then the driving rod is driven to rotate, the driving rod is held by a hand, the driving rod drives the rotating shaft to rotate clockwise, the air cushion on the rotating shaft driving adjusting plate is abutted against one side of the outer sleeve, materials enter the inner part of one of the diversion channels from the adjusting plate through the connecting pipe, when the clamping block corresponds to the other limiting hole, the pull ring is loosened, the reset spring drives the clamping block to be clamped with the limiting hole, the driving rod is limited, the stability of operation is further improved, when the other diversion channel is used, the driving rod is held by the hand, the driving rod is driven to rotate anticlockwise, the driving rod drives, the other flow guide channel is used, the air cushion can deform due to extrusion, and the sealing performance of the adjusting plate and the outer sleeve is improved, so that the sealing performance of the flow guide channel is better;
step three: when materials are stored, the packaging bags are fixed on the sleeve through the rubber band, the limiting columns are matched with the limiting bulges and the rubber band to fix the packaging bags, the contact area between the sleeve and the packaging bags is increased due to the fact that the limiting columns are matched with the limiting bulges, friction force is increased, the packaging bags are fixed more stably, when the materials are filled in one packaging bag, the opening and closing of the flow guide channel are controlled through the adjusting plate, the other packaging bag is used for storing the materials, the packaging bags are fixed alternately when the polyurethane elastomer rubber particles are stored, the polyurethane elastomer rubber particles are prevented from leaking in the packaging process, the storage quality and the storage efficiency of the polyurethane elastomer rubber particles are greatly improved, and the working strength of operators is reduced;
the full-automatic polyurethane elastomer rubber granulation system comprises two storage structures (1), two fixing structures (2), a connecting pipe (3), a flange (4), an adjusting structure (5), a limiting structure (6) and a flow guide structure (7); the end part of the flange (4) is fixedly provided with the connecting pipe (3) which is of a cylindrical structure and provided with a containing cavity, and an included angle between the central axis of the flange (4) and the central axis of the connecting pipe (3) is 15-30 degrees; one end of the connecting pipe (3) departing from the flange (4) is fixed with the flow guide structure (7); the two fixing structures (2) and the connecting pipe (3) are arranged at the same end of the flow guide structure (7), and the two fixing structures (2) and the connecting pipe (3) form a triangular structure; the two ends of the flow guide structure (7) are provided with the containing structures (1) for fixing the packaging bags; the flow guide structure (7) is provided with the adjusting structure (5) for controlling the connection and disconnection of the accommodating structure (1), and the adjusting structure (5) is provided with the limiting structure (6) for limiting the adjusting structure (5);
the fixing structure (2) comprises fixing blocks (21) and fixing rods (22), the two fixing rods (22) and the connecting pipe (3) are arranged on the same side wall of the flow guide structure (7), the two fixing rods (22) and the connecting pipe (3) form a triangular structure, one end, away from the flow guide structure (7), of each fixing rod (22) is fixedly provided with the disc-shaped fixing block (21), and one surface, away from the fixing rods (22), of each fixing block (21) and one surface, away from the connecting pipe (3), of each flange (4) are on the same plane;
the flow guide structure (7) comprises an overhaul plate (71), an outer sleeve (72) and flow guide channels (73), the fixing rod (22) penetrates through the overhaul plate (71) and extends to the outer sleeve (72), the connecting pipe (3) penetrates through the overhaul plate (71) and is fixed on the outer sleeve (72), the overhaul plate (71) and the outer sleeve (72) are enclosed into two symmetrically arranged flow guide channels (73) for discharging materials, the flow guide channels (73) are communicated with the connecting pipe (3), and an included angle between the two flow guide channels (73) is 120 degrees and 150 degrees;
the adjusting structure (5) comprises a rotating shaft (51), a driving rod (52), an adjusting plate (53) and an air cushion (54), the rotating shaft (51) penetrates through the outer sleeve (72), the adjusting plate (53) with a rectangular structure is fixed on the rotating shaft (51), the driving rod (52) is fixed on the rotating shaft (51), the air cushion (54) with a cylindrical structure and a storage space is fixed at the end part of the adjusting plate (53), the air cushion (54) is abutted against the outer sleeve (72), and the length of the adjusting plate (53) is greater than the maximum height of the flow guide channel (73);
the limiting structure (6) comprises two limiting holes (61), a limiting rod (62), a pull ring (63), a reset spring (64) and a clamping block (65), the limiting rod (62) of a cylindrical structure is in sliding connection with the driving rod (52), the pull ring (63) is fixed on the limiting rod (62), the limiting rod (62) penetrates through the reset spring (64), the clamping block (65) of a cylindrical structure is arranged at one end, away from the pull ring (63), of the limiting rod (62), one end of the reset spring (64) is abutted against the clamping block (65), the other end of the reset spring (64) is abutted against the driving rod (52), the limiting holes (61) of the two cylindrical structures are arranged in the outer sleeve (72), and the diameter of each limiting hole (61) is equal to that of the clamping block (65);
the accommodating structure (1) comprises a sleeve (11), a sealing ring (12), a through hole (13), a limiting column (14) and a limiting bulge (15), one end of a flow guide channel (73) close to the through hole (13) is of a semicircular structure, the through hole (13) is of a truncated cone-shaped structure, the through hole (13) penetrates through an outer sleeve (72) and the sleeve (11) to be conducted, the sleeve (11) is in threaded connection with the outer sleeve (72), the sleeve (11) is in conflict with the sealing ring (12), one end departing from the sleeve (11) is of a triangular structure, the sealing ring (12) is in conflict with the sleeve (11), the bottom end of the sleeve (11) is provided with a groove with a semicircular cross section, the bottom end of the sleeve (11) is provided with the limiting column (14) distributed in a multi-row multi-column circumferential array manner, and the end of the limiting column (14) is of a hemispherical structure, and the end part of the limiting column (14) is provided with the limiting bulge (15) with a hemispherical structure.
