本发明涉及磨具技术领域,具体是公开了一种用于金刚石砂轮的陶瓷结合剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:氧化铝20‑30份、铁粉4‑12份、碳酸锂1‑5份、氧化钐1‑4份、滑石粉1‑5份、膨润土2‑5份、白云石2‑5份、黑锰矿石3‑6份、石英砂2‑5份,本发明克服了现有技术的不足,利用氧化铝、铁粉、碳酸锂、氧化钐、滑石粉、膨润土、白云石、黑锰矿石、石英砂经过高温熔炼,冷却后球磨成纳米陶瓷粉末,即可成为陶瓷结合剂,解决了现在金刚石砂轮寿命低,磨削效率低,砂轮本身在磨削过程中易变形的问题,同时提高了砂轮的硬度,耐热性,耐磨性,且陶瓷结合剂粘结性能好,可以有效地防止裂纹,解决了现有砂轮粘结剂性能不佳,磨料易脱落的问题,该发明社会效益明显适合推广。

本发明涉及磨具技术领域,具体属于一种用于金刚石砂轮的陶瓷结合剂。
背景技术
陶瓷结合剂金刚石砂轮是用配比好的陶瓷结合剂把磨粒粘结起来,经压坯、干燥、 焙烧及修整而成的,具有很多气孔、用磨粒进行切削的磨具。陶瓷结合剂金刚石砂轮有高强度,耐热性能好,切削锋利,磨削效率高,磨削过程中不易发热和堵塞,热膨胀量小,以控制加工精度。同树脂结合剂砂轮相比,它他解决了树脂金刚石砂轮的低寿命,磨削效率低,磨具本身在磨削过程中易变形的问题。因此陶瓷结合剂金刚石砂轮在钻石、工业陶瓷、金刚石、复合片、金刚石聚晶、金刚石刀具、立方氮化硼、硬质合金等高硬脆材料等一些特殊材料的磨削加工中,具有越来越明显的优势,在金刚石磨具的发展中有着良好的前景。被认为是高速、高效、高精、低磨削成本、低环境污染的高性能磨具,具有越来越广泛的应用,是近来世界各国磨削工具竞相研究开发的热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种用于金刚石砂轮的陶瓷结合剂,克服了现有技术的不足,利用氧化铝、铁粉、碳酸锂、氧化钐、滑石粉、膨润土、白云石、黑锰矿石、石英砂经过高温熔炼,冷却后球磨成纳米陶瓷粉末,即可成为陶瓷结合剂,解决了现在金刚石砂轮低寿命,磨削效率低,磨具本身在磨削过程中易变形的问题。。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种用于金刚石砂轮的陶瓷结合剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:氧化铝20-30份、铁粉4-12份、碳酸锂1-5份、氧化钐1-4份、滑石粉1-5份、膨润土2-5份、白云石2-5份、黑锰矿石3-6份、石英砂2-5份。
进一步,由下列重量份的原料制成:氧化铝25份、铁粉8份、碳酸锂3.5份、氧化钐2.5份、滑石粉3份、膨润土3.2份、白云石4份、黑锰矿石4.5份、石英砂3.5份。
进一步,所述的滑石粉的粒径为5~10μm。

本发明所述一种用于金刚石砂轮的陶瓷结合剂,利用氧化铝、铁粉、碳酸锂、氧化钐、滑石粉、膨润土、白云石、黑锰矿石、石英砂经过高温熔炼,冷却后球磨成纳米陶瓷粉末,即可成为陶瓷结合剂,解决了现在金刚石砂轮寿命低,磨削效率低,砂轮本身在磨削过程中易变形的问题,同时提高了砂轮的硬度,耐热性,耐磨性,且陶瓷结合剂粘结性能好,可以有效地防止裂纹, 解决了现有砂轮粘结剂性能不佳,磨料易脱落的问题,该发明社会效益明显适合推广。

所述的滑石粉的粒径为5~10μm。
