The screening assembly 6b comprises a screening plate 6b1 and a material collecting box 6b2, one end of the screening plate 6b1 is fixedly connected with the workbench 2, the screening plate 6b1 is obliquely arranged, the material collecting box 6b2 is positioned below the screening plate 6b1, and a plurality of screening holes 6b3 are formed in the screening plate 6b 1; when the aluminum alloy material and the first scraps rise and fall onto the screening plate 6b1, the aluminum alloy material slides down along the screening plate 6b1 to complete blanking, and the scraps fall into the lower material collecting box 6b2 through the screening holes 6b 3.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: a plurality of aluminum alloy sections are placed on a bearing platform 3a3 and a conveying frame 3a2 by workers, a vertical clamping assembly 3b and a horizontal clamping assembly 3b work to enable a vertical clamping block 3b3 and a horizontal clamping block 3b4 to clamp the plurality of aluminum alloy sections simultaneously, an electric cylinder 3a1 works to drive the aluminum alloy sections to move, in the moving process, a scrap sweeping plate 7c at the lower end of the moving frame sweeps scraps on the conveying platform 1 to the connecting position of the conveying platform 1 and the working platform 2, the scraps fall down through a scrap leaking hole 7a and slide along an inclined platform 7b into a collecting box, meanwhile, when the front end of the aluminum alloy section reaches the upper part of a cutting assembly 5a, a vertical positioning air cylinder 4b2 and a horizontal positioning air cylinder 4a1 work simultaneously to fix the front end of the aluminum alloy section, a cutting motor 5a1 works to drive a cutting wheel 5a3 to rotate, and a hydraulic rod 5b1 works to enable a lifting block 5b2 to move upwards, make the upper end of cutting wheel 5a3 remove to the upper end of workstation 2 and cut the aluminum alloy ex-trusions through cutting hole 5a5, after the cutting is accomplished, promote down flitch 6a2 through unloading cylinder 6a1 work and remove, on unloading board 6a2 pushed aluminum alloy material and sweeps to screening plate 6b1, the unloading is accomplished in the aluminium alloy material landing from screening plate 6b1 upper end, the sweeps falls into in the collecting box through screening hole 6b 3.
