The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: compared with the prior art, the trimming device and the trimming method for improving the fan-shaped deformation of the strip products are simple in structure, do not need to perform a die stripping process, and reduce the operation difficulty of trimming by contacting and extruding the strip through the up-and-down movement of the trimming insert group, selecting adjusting cushion nails with different heights to adjust the interference between the trimming insert and the insert holes to adjust the fan-shaped deformation of the strip, and adopting an intermittent trimming method to correct the trimming deformation of the products.

The invention adopts an intermittent fine tuning method, which can effectively avoid that after a part of deformed strips are fine tuned, other strips are influenced by factors such as stress and the like to deform, and after the deformed other strips are fine tuned, other strips are influenced again to deform.
