技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于医疗器材的清洗装置。
背景技术
在医疗工具领域,清洗消毒非常重要,目前医疗工具先进行清洗消毒,然后运送到干燥装置中进行干燥,在搬运的途中可能因为环境中的细菌造成感染,如果对医疗工具进行清洗消毒之后,直接进行干燥就能够减少细菌感染的几率。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于医疗器材的清洗装置,其设计合理,结构简单,解决了现有技术中医疗器材清洗设备结构复杂,使用不便,并且功能单一的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是提供一种用于医疗器材的清洗装置,其包括:箱体、传动装置、出水口、水池、净水装置、支腿、滑槽、滑杆、电机、转轴、托盘、挡板、超声波净化器、支杆、置物杆、喷头、紫外灯和风机;在所述箱体的底端中心设置传动装置,且传动装置的右侧与箱体连接,传动装置的左端与箱体之间形成出水口;在所述出水口的底端设置水池;在所述水池的内部底端设置净水装置;在所述箱体和底端两侧和传动装置的底端中部分别设置有支腿;在所述传动装置的上端设置滑槽;在所述滑槽内设置滑杆;在所述滑杆的顶端设置电机;在所述电机的上端设置转轴;在所述转轴的中下端设置托盘;在所述托盘底端的转轴周围设置挡板,且挡板包围电机;在所述转轴的内部设置超声波净化器;在所述转轴的中上端周围分别设置有支杆;在所述支杆上设置有置物杆;在所述箱体的内部左侧壁上和顶壁左侧分别设置有喷头;在所述箱体的内部顶壁右侧上设置紫外灯;在所述箱体的内部右侧壁上设置风机。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,设计合理,通过设置滑槽,便于带动滑杆在滑槽内左右移动;通过设置电机,便于带动转轴的转动,同时也带动托盘和支杆的转动;通过设置挡板,便于保护电机,防止喷头喷出的水对电机造成损坏,增加了电机的使用寿命;通过设置置物杆和托盘,便于放置医疗器材;通过设置喷头和超声波净化器,便于对医疗器材进行清洗;通过设置紫外灯,便于对医疗器材进行杀菌消毒;通过设置风机,便于对洗净的医疗器材进行风干;通过设置水池和净水装置,便于对排出的废水净化处理。

本装置通过设置滑槽7,便于带动滑杆8在滑槽7内左右移动;通过设置电机9,便于带动转轴10的转动,同时也带动托盘11和支杆14的转动;通过设置挡板12,便于保护电机9,防止喷头16喷出的水对电机9造成损坏,增加了电机9的使用寿命;通过设置置物杆15和托盘11,便于放置医疗器材;通过设置喷头16和超声波净化器13,便于对医疗器材进行清洗;通过设置紫外灯17,便于对医疗器材进行杀菌消毒;通过设置风机18,便于对洗净的医疗器材进行风干;通过设置水池4和净水装置5,便于对排出的废水净化处理。
